Rented a 5×10 on the 22^nd of the month for a prorated rate which was good. Then things happened faster than I expected and was out by the end of the month. They proceeded to charge me an additional months rent because I didn’t give notice at least 10 days before the end of the month, which was impossible because I rented it on the 22^nd. Yes it’s in their contract but being charged approx. $ 70 for 9 days is ridiculous. But it is «in the contract», so oh well… I’ll just never rent here again or recommend this place. (Would have gave no stars if it was an option.)

I just finished renting out a 5×10 storage unit for 2 months and these guys here are the best. The staff is wonderful and sincerely concerned about the safety of your locker. I came by once in the middle of my two months and grabbed something from my locker and the staff here noticed that my gate code was used and called me a few minutes later to make sure it was actually me who was there. I was extremely impressed by this. It is nice to know that they do not just take your money and let you put a lock on a locker, but they watch out for your stuff while you are gone.
The storage lockers are the best priced around and they keep your belongings clean and dry. They also require that all lockers use the impenetrable shrouded disc locks which i think helps deter any criminals from even thinking about looking for a locker to break into here.
