Eric and his team re-​built my kitchen after a leaky water faucet ruined it right down to the studs. I lived 3.5 hours away from the project, so good communication was key. His supervisor, Donnie, is the best communicator of any contractor I’ve ever worked with. Both Eric and Donnie were very efficient at keeping the job moving and managing my deadlines for selections. If we had a setback (this is an old house from the forties), they had a creative solution. These are very clever guys and expert problem-​solvers. I spoke with at least a half dozen references before signing on with Eric, and everyone gave him a glowing review: honest, creative, professional, highly skilled… This is all true.

I asked Eric to build a modern shed in San Mateo and it surpassed my expectations. He is a responsible, legitimate contractor who cares about details and the completion of his project. I was blown away at his efficiency of the use of space and how well he listened to what we wanted and delivered beyond our expectations. Thanks Eric.

Eric and his excellent sub contractors turned our 1920’s Mansion Park Bungalow from
a sweet little house that had seen better times to a lovely timeless beauty. Not only did Eric have the vision to see what we were looking for, he was patient with all of our ideas and was able to make a good deal of our dreams come true. He did a full kitchen remodel from the studs, built my office in our back yard as well as helped us generally bring the house back to where we knew it could be. I have since recommended him around town so if your looking for an excellent contractor with vision, you better call him now as he will be busy for the next few years!

I had Eric Enns build a hobby house/​den for me in 2012 and found him to be a good contractor and nice guy. I had no problems with him; everything was done well, reasonably priced and on time. One subcontactor said to me «this place is overbuilt» meaning it was built more substantially than it needed to be. There were no problems and Eric was very easy to work with and talk to. I talked to a couple of his references before I hired him and they highly recommend him as do I.
