Picked up a pie tonight…½ pepperoni and ½ chix, bbq, red onions on Tuscany crust… NEVER to much sauce… Thin crust rocks… Customer service great… You can tell in last 60 that they have had some staff turnover which is GREAT… both staffers friendly and really engaged!!! Are they trying to be gourmet NO… Great pie, fair pricing, fast service… super yummy, tasty toppings, and place is spotless! My kinda place… AND my son and his friends fav pie!!! We will be back soon…

I really like Pizza Guys, always have great coupons in the yellow coupon book. The pizza is tasty for the price and I have never been disappointed. The staff is always nice and the pizza is always hot.

Ordered through EAT 24 app. Friday afternoon, order confirmation at 4:39 PM and received pizza at 6:10 PM. Called the store and was told that they had something go wrong with their ordering system and that the EAT24 app didn’t print the order correctly. There are many different pizza delivery companies in Chico that will deliver your pizza in a timely manner. Pizza Guys is not one of them. The pizza that was ordered was a Hawaiian pizza along with a Gluten Free pizza. Both were average. Ordered Classic hot wings as well. Nothing special there. Buffalo Wild Wings (in the same complex) is 100 times better. They were overcooked and tried to mask that by over seasoning the wings with too much sauce. I am not going to order from this business in the future. Really disappointed.

Went here for the first time and was pretty disappointed. I was the only one in here, and there seemed to be only one staff member at the time. I do feel for her, but I was on my lunch break and in a hurry.
It was freezing in there, which sucked since I was in there for about 20 minutes. I just ordered a small pepperoni pizza– nothing special. Definitely took longer than I would have liked.
On top of the wait, the pizza tasted pretty similar to frozen pizza I’ve eaten before. I mean, it wasn’t gross or anything (it’s pretty hard for me to hate pizza), but it definitely wasn’t that great either.
All in all, just okay. Might try it again in the future, but ehh.

Ordered delivery from Pizza Guys and still have not received the order two hours later. Called customer service back and they said they had a maintenance issue. The employee answering the phone didn’t even know that we ordered it delivered and thought we would be picking it up. The employee sounded stoned on the phone…

Called in a delivery was told 45 minutes to a hour. When an hour and half had came and went called to see where pizza was and the kid laughed and didn’t take me serious. Called back 20 minutes later and still no pizza, cancelled order, kid then laughed again and still didn’t care. Almost two hours later and three kids starving, note to self never call Pizza Guys for delivery. Guess JT Pizza is going to gain some new customers.

If you’re looking for a somewhat cheap, quick pizza, this is a great spot to go. I’ve never had a bad pizza nor poor customer service. The pizza is always ready when they say it will be, their pick up service is fast, and they hook it up on the ranch.

We got a pepperoni, blk olive & mushroom pizza & it was scrumptious! I havent had really good pizza like this in awhile. Prices are abt the same as everywhere else. Delivery was fast & on time. I ordered online which was fairly easy.
I definitely recommend this pizza place for delivery!

Maybe im just spoiled and used to bay area pizza but this was pretty bad. Like not food poisoning or anything unsanitary just not tasty. Im sure that its ok if you arent a pizza connesuir but it was not up to par IMO. Best way to describe it maybe would be a low quality digiorno freezer pizza but with dough very much like little ceasers crossed with a subway white bread. Very much tasted like preservative/​frozen/​low quality food. Employees were awesome though so 2 stars.

I ordered a pizza online on Sunday to be delivered at noon Monday. Medium all meat on Tuscany thin crust, add jalapenos and cheddar cheese. When it wasn’t here by 12:15, I called the store. As soon as I said I ordered online the lady on the phone told me my name and which pizza I had ordered. She said the driver had trouble locating the customer ahead of me and was on his way. A few minutes later, the driver arrived and apologized for being late. The pizza was excellent. The only thing they could have done better was to have called me to tell me they would be late. Over all great customer service and pizza.

I don’t typically review chain pizza places… I’ve learned that at most the pizza is decent though ultimately forgettable. Pizza Guys is about the same but with two huge exceptions; First I spoke with a middle eastern sounding gentleman (I feel OK saying this because I am also a middle eastern sounding man) and ordered the pizzas. I then had to call him right back to change the order. Because he had already cooked the pizzas he instead gave us a small pizza of the desired type for free! That’s worth five stars for the effort and my appreciation.
Second their cheesy bacon bread is amazing!
Basically this review is to tell everyone that the service was incredible and unnecessarily generous — and the pizza isn’t bad either.

Reminds me of Dominoes Pizza from 1987. If you liked the way Dominoes pizza was back in the 80’s you will like these guys. I almost always pick mine up, and they give you a free 2-​liter when you pick up too… always ask what their special is. it varies from day to day. The prices are low and the taste is good.

Horrible service!!! I ordered an «All Meats» and I got something with mushrooms, green peppers and onions. When I called back they were extremely apologetic and said they would «rush» the correct pizza out to me (they are two blocks away). An hour and ten minutes later I called them back and the manager said that she tried to call me back but that my number had been disconnected. Really? The number I called her on three times over a two an a half hour period??? Then she said they wrote it down that I ordered a supreme. I have never ordered a supreme pizza in my 45 years on this planet. I hate onions and am allergic to mushrooms… hmmmm. Then the manager said that its their policy to take to wrong pizza back… come and get it! 3 hours after my first phone call, still no pizza. Moral of the story, be careful if you order pizza from Pizza Guys, it’s either wrong, late, or somebody else’s returned order… or «D» all of the above.
