Always make My coffee perfect:) Very clean AMD quite environment to get studying done. The staff is always sweet too.

Love the service… love the coffee! My satellite office in downtown Chico. Can’t beat the small-​town meet up spot.

I come here at least twice a week and a few employees are very friendly but the majority are cold and even rude at times. The wifi is terrible here. My drinks are always made correctly though. Esplanade shop is way better in every way.

If you’re a dark roast coffee lover, beware! They switch over to brewing Pike Place only well before noon, and do not offer to make a pour-​over for you. Too bad, since they have several «coffee masters» wearing their black aprons.

In town working for the week. This was only my second time in the store and the older gal with brown hair already knew my order 2 Café Americanos simply amazing thank you very much for the top notch service the great coffee drinks.

This downtown Starbucks is the one we seem to frequent the most in Chico. It’s convenient to the parking garage and its corner windows offer a great view of the city streets and the sidewalks that are frequented by local characters.
This «bucks» is quite elongated leaving plenty of space should any long lines occur.
The service is always friendly and the coffee is always screaming hot. But I usually get an iced or frappucchino coffee. Love the seasonal items, especially in the Autumn.
On a recent trip, I accidentally spilled an entire cup of my dads coffee all over the floor. I quickly ask for a towel but the employee got a mop instead and began to clean. I kept apologizing but he said it was no big deal and was very kind. I was so embarrassed. I never do things like that. I felt so bad.
The only concern I have is that there was no baby changing table in the restroom.
But we will continue to return to this Starbucks whenever we are downtown and need a little pick –me-​up.

Coffee is good as usual. The store is small for the amount of traffic it gets and very few seats have outlets for your computers, which is very disappointing at times. Love the free refills with my Starbucks app.
I hate it when they start closing an hour before they actually close. I know the workers want to go home, but its very rude when they sweep beneath your feet and stack all the unused chairs, while barricading the entrance with the outdoor patio furniture. HAZARD and ruins the enjoyable vibe I come there for.

This location is nice. I haven’t had any bad drinks here but it definitely is different depending on who makes it. Great place to grab a coffee and study for an hour or two.

My favorite Starbucks location in Chico! I come here at least twice a week when school is in session. It can get really noisy and crowded but once I put my earphones on I can go straight to studying. The baristas are always friendly and I never have to complain about my drink. It’s only a five minute walk from here to Chico State and a three minute walk from here to the transit center which is very convenient. I just wish they would stop raising their prices!

This is a nice Starbucks. It is in a great location right downtown and is quite large. It has been slammed every time that I have been in it so others must agree right? Don’t expect a quiet relaxing place but if you want some good people watching, this is the place to be.

Very good and consistent service all the time. The manager that is there in the morning is so nice… I wish everyone at all the other Starbucks I go to are that nice !!!

The atmosphere is great, and although the tables are great for studying it can get a bit loud. Be sure to avoid the rush when the high school gets out.
My latte is always perfect and the staff is very friendly.

What else to do in Chico besides smoking (not cigarettes) with the notorious Downtown Chico homeless guys? Go to this Starbucks and enjoy people watching
Beautiful location

The layout of this Starbucks is quite poor, but everything thing is is what you want from Starbucks.
More specifically they have a ramp as the entrance that divides the room oddly. I understand the ramp as my Mom has MS and I get what angles ADA requires and such. The line to order is just bizarre, primarily due to the table that they put behind the area where you order. If that was removed for a more conventional line, while losing some surface space for sales, you would gain additional seating and a more cohesive line. Just awkwardly laid out is the only real problem.
Damn first world problems…

I come here whenever I visit Chico. This location is great. Lots of parking, fun shops and restaurants too. Plus this Starbucks is quite large and has a lot of sitting areas.

It is way too cold in here to get comfortable and their foam could use some improvement, but the employees are very sweet and friendly, the location and natural daylight from the front windows are great, and the décor is schnazzy.

Nice staff with my chai latte made perfectly. Yum! Love the people-​watching at this location too… great Chico vibe.

location wise this place rocks! air conditioned and near campus. Not open till 12 but at least till 10. Free wifi lots of long tables, bar tables with stools, outside seating the works. Downtown chico starbucks rocks for convenience of being near my apt and school.

It’s Starbucks, I think we know what that means. But this is my favorite Starbucks in the world. Best baristas, super friendly — and the atmosphere is always good. There’s always a good mix of students and business people, but it’s not snobby or too loud to read, or to catch up with an old friend. There is seating outside, right in the heart of downtown (best for people watching). And the location of this Starbucks is absolutely perfect — only about 3 blocks away from the CSU Chico Campus. It’s great to escape a hot or rainy day.

One of the bigger starbucks (seats about 25); great location in downtown Chico on the corner overlooking the park, although I’m not a huge fan of the park since they renovated it. I’m not a huge fan of chain stores, but I generally like starbucks and this one has pretty good service– friendly and fast. Pretty good place to study although very close to the college so it gets a bit crowded at peak times and there is no free wi-​fi. The only other draw back is that it’s downtown parking, so metered 2 hour time limit and it’s sparse during daytime hours.
