Went in to get a trim, I think the girl cutting my hairs’ name was like Tanya or something with a T. She had a lot of tattoos. I asked for an inch an a half to be cut off, & she cut off around 3 ½ inches. More than twice what i wanted. She also left my hair soaking wet, it was literally dripping when I left, she didn’t offer to blow dry it. She was nice, & my hair was cut well & even, just way too much off. Not sure if I’ll go back.

I can’t believe what a terrific haircut I got from Olivia. This is the best haircut I’ve gotten in years! Everyone puts down Supercuts, so I wasn’t expecting much. However, my regular stylist was out of town, and I got tired of my hair looking shaggy. The haircut turned out a little shorter than I had in mind, but the cut itself is perfect. I want Olivia to cut my hair from now on!

I had a haircut with Kellie today. She did a fantastic job. She is so nice and patient, she listened carefully to what I wanted and did my hair exactly the way I wanted or even better!

I really liked Tanya! She did a great job on my hair! I called an hour ahead to make sure I didn’t have to wait and I got sat right away. I have been cutting my own hair for about 2 years, I can never find someone that cuts long, curly and thick hair very well. I was a little scared but Tanya did a wonderful job and she was really nice and personable! Great shampoo and cut for $ 19… Definitely coming back! :)

Just moved into town, needed a hair stylist that understood how I want my cut. Walked in, spoke with Victoria, and she got it right away. It’s very easy to cut my hair wrong, but Victoria was locked in the whole way. She wasn’t rushing to get me out, she knew what she was doing, and she was chill. Great girl, great cut, my new regular spot.

I went to Supercuts today (my hair was in desperate need for a cut). I’m new to the Chico area, and don’t have a stylist or salon yet, so I decided to drop in to Supercuts. Kellie was awesome! She listened to my needs and was patient with me while I described how I wanted my haircut. She took her time and made sure that it looked just right. Even though they were busy and people were waiting, she did not rush (which is great!). Overall my haircut looks better than what I had expected, and I was so happy with the service I received. I would recommend this Supercuts, and will return next time I need a cut.

Got my hair cut here yesterday. Kellie was my stylist, I guess there are two girls with the same name that work there but she spells it «ie» on the end. ANYWAYS she did an amazing job on my hair, just a simple guys cut. What I liked is that she took her time and made sure I got it the way I wanted. I will definitely be going back and asking for her again!

I had a great experience with them. Krishna cut my hair and did exactly what I wanted, even though I wasn’t sure how to describe it. She was friendly and helpful, and I will definitely be going back.

The 45-​minute wait was acceptable for a Saturday morning. The icy cold reception was not.
The stylist was awesome with my 11-​year old daughter during her cut but REALLY grumpy with me when I in true «I’m obviously a single-​dad and clearly don’t know what I’m doing» mode tried to explain what kind of haircut my ex-​wife wanted for her.
The lady at the front counter was cold as ice.
Easily a four star establishment if the customer service would improve a bit.
I still left a $ 6 tip (on a $ 14 haircut) for the stylist because I figured everyone has a bad day, and she did a very good job with my daughter tricky hair. Problems with her man maybe?
Considering giving them another chance … hoping they are in better moods next time.

Still going here in 2012. I have been getting the same haircut for about 10 years and finally voiced my frustration to Krystal (I think thats her name) and she took it upon herself to spice things up and give me a new hairdo. I then came back and had Tony, he hooked it up with a frohawk… and then La’Tanya fixed it up for me the last time I went in. I have been getting nothing but compliments ever since. I love this Supercuts and am not going anywhere else… everyone of these people knows what they are doing!

Left me unimpressed. My haircut was easy– all sides the same length– yet they didn’t do the front evenly. The guy who did my hair rushed through it– nice that it only took 10 minutes, but just not a very good experience. And they wanted $ 14. Really? I won’t be going back here soon.
