This place is the best always fresh and workers are always in fab moods! I use pocketpoints and they always hook it up. Will definitely come back

The fries and coleslaw salad are very good. The wings are extremely salty ! And for that I don’t think I will be coming back for a long time.

Poor service, extremely rude. The same guy who took my order had the nerve to tell me I didn’t order when he lost my ticket.

I ordered at noon on the app and asked for my food to be ready at 12:30. At 12:05 I got an email confirming my order was submitted. I ordered one 6 piece boneless combo meal with well done fries and blue cheese dressing (not difficult at all). I got there at 12:35 and they couldn’t find my order even though my receipt was sitting on the top of a stack next to the register. I was told by someone that my order hadn’t been put into their system yet and it would take 5 minutes. I said fine and rolled my eyes (yes, rude, but it just happened). The guy told me they’ve been busy and I said that I had submitted my order 40 minutes earlier and when you order that far ahead you expect your food to be ready when you get there. He told me I was a liar and that I’d only submitted it 10 minutes before even when I tried to show him the email with the 12:05 time stamp.
That all said, the food was just ok. Fries were limp and too salty as usual despite asking for them well done. But I did end up getting 8 boneless wings instead of 6… Oh, and a buttchewing from my boss for being late back to work. Thanks WingStop!

Wing Stop is the Best in town for boneless wings! Waaaaay better then Buffalo Wild Wings

Just left Wingstop and it took over an hour to get my food. The guy gave my order to someone else who came in way after us. They didn’t even figure it out until we asked where our food was 30 minutes later. Another 30 minutes and multiple people got their food and left. I have always liked the food here but I’m pissed and probably not going back. The guy said he was sorry and said he would hook us up, he offered me some veggies (which are free anyway) and we politely said no give us our food, then left. Now there’s no time to eat and we have to go to work thanks Wingstop! A standard small lunch order took over an hour when the place wasn’t even busy!!! We got screwed over.

First of all, the food is always delicious. I love their fries, i love the wing sauces. But then again it’s a chain and the recipes are always the same.
That being said, the customer service is a joke. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for a long time and I know the right way and wrong way of taking care of customers. Every time we have to wait at least 20 minutes for our food. That can’t happen, especially considering the menu only has a handful of options. Whatever system they have set up isn’t working. I can never tell who is in charge of what responsibility.
There was a time where all 3 workers stood there and watched the game that was on their flat screen. None of them even made eye contact with me at any point while taking my order.
Tonight is what made me have to sign up for Unilocal.They were blasting rap music (the songs sucked btw) and it made the eating environment both awkward and uncomfortable. My girlfriend chose to wait for our food outside because of the headache it gave her. That shouldn’t happen. Also waited 20 minutes for a ten piece and fries. But because the food is good we will continue to eat here and hope the service improves.

I love wing stop but this place has the worst customer service ever. I don’t think I will be back to this location after giving them a 3^rd try. They have never once got my order right. The first time they forgot food. The second didn’t give us any ranch for our 4 orders, then we called, and they offered us a free meal, then when we went back to pick up ranch they told us they would only take back all the food or give us ranch, no free meal. And as if they were going to sell our wings again, that’s illegal, they just wanted them for themselves I bet. No refund, or next meal free like they said. Today I ordered half lemon pepper half original hot and they gave me lemon pepper and BBQ. Seriously is it that hard to do your job right the first time?
DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I will never go to this Wingstop again.
We called to order online so it would be ready when we got there. We showed up when they said to come and we still had to wait 20 minutes, They hadn’t even started cooking our order!
Then a time after that eating there the wings delivered to my girlfriend and I were not only undercooked, they were HALF FROZEN.
I’m usually a fan of Wingstop, but I will never go to this location again.

Well, it just taste like the desired seasonings. Based on average food, I gave an extra star for cheaper beer v the Bears, and a friendly service.

I am reviewing this solely on the food. One of the guys that works here has an amazing personality and appears to care very much about each customer. However this place is very understaffed, and the wings here are extremely disgusting. I tried 5 different flavored wings, atomic flavor «the hottest of the hottest» only tasted like seasoning to me no chicken at all. The next hottest, Hawaiian had a very similar taste besides a pinnaple flavor it was also gross. Cajun was super heavily seasoned as well and tasted very similar to the classic hot wings, minus the seasoning. I would probably only ever
again to use the bathroom. Wings n things tops this any day it’s unfortunate chico doesn’t have one. ill be heading to the bear next time to suit my wing crave.

It is clean, and no wait in line. The menu is simple as it should be in my opinion… I mean, it’s chicken wings. The prices are reasonable for what you get. Also, I like my wings done well and it didn’t take nearly as long as I thought it would. All in all, it’s a decent place to pick up a bite to eat.

I’ve been a Wingstop fan for years, way before they opened one in Chico. Today after a long day at school I decided to stop by and grab some wings. I was also craving a beer, like a normal Chico state student, and to my surprise they had their boneless wings for .60 cents and their bottled beer for $ 1.07! I was pretty excited about that, not going to lie. The wings were great, the beer was awesome and the girl at the register was very nice and had great customer service. If you don’t feel like cooking and love beer, wings and awesome deals Wingstop is the place to be at on a Tuesday.

Okay, first let me state that I am extremely critical about my food and I have literally zero problem being «that girl» that will send it back or ask for a discount, only in situations where my service has been dreadful or the food inedible.
With that being said, I almost didn’t come to this place because of the super shitty reviews, but, my boyfriend really wanted wings.
I don’t know what all these other ass holes have against this place but it’s pretty good.
I mean it’s wings, the sauce wad great, the veggies were cold and crisp, it was a very clean environment, my soda wasn’t flat, the guy helping us was super friendly and nice.
It took about ten minutes or fifteen to get the food, because God forbid it’s made fresh to order, totally ok with that!
Basically, if you like wings, don’t mind having people actually make them, go eat here.
It’s nothing fancy, it’s wings!

They are chicken place eat the chicken.
Chicken takes 10 minutes to cook so be patient.

The fries this time were amazing, they must have taken notes since my last review.
Fries were cooked to a golden crisp and powered to perfection with seasoning.
We complemented the cook. The girl up front is always pleasant.
We will be back soon!

My husband and I got chicken strips around 10:30pm tonight, and our cashier was super nice and helpful. Strips and sauces were all delicious. I’d definitely go back!

I am done with Wingstop.
Regardless of ANYTHING else, Wingstop’s chicken wings are poor. Actually, they are very poor. The sauces are uninspired and boring, the chicken has a bad taste to it, and the wings are not cooked long enough. I give this restaurant two stars based solely on their sides.
I have no idea how Wingstop has managed to build so many restaurants (700+) using their current ideas. I would recommend almost anywhere else to get better wings.
I look forward to the Buffalo Wild Wings that will be opening in Chico soon. In the meantime try Madison Bear Garden, Pete’s, or even Chili’s for decent wings.

I decided to give it another shot since it’s been 6 – 7 months since my last time… figured the food would get better, right? Wrong…
The service was actually really good this time… but then again my date and I were the only customers in there, and it was lunch time. The person taking my order was quick, which was nice.
The food still took 10 or so minutes to come out. I ordered Teriyaki boneless wings like last time… the sauce is still horrible. Taste like liquid gooey brown salt, no sweetness to it what so ever like it should have. I ate one and left them alone.
Also ordered the fries, veggie sticks, and the yeast rolls.
The fries were good, the veggies were veggies and the yeast rolls were probably the best part of the whole meal.
I ended up taking the «wings» home for my dog.

Wing stop, bro, seriously… those are the Tyson’s frozen wings with different sauce on them, I swear to god lol.
The staff isn’t friendly at all, they seem as if they reallllly hate their job, I mean even if you do, don’t come off that way to your customers.
Sure, the wings are cheap but I received cold, nearly frozen wings that were so loaded with bar b q sauce I could barely stand it. I’m usually really into places like this but I can’t for the life of me go back. Cheap but not worth the money… or the drive there. Bye bye wing stop.
