This place is absolutely FILTHY. The entire work crew is ghetto and unprofessional. Never again. They need all new management to come in and clean the staff up. The staff then needs to clean the place up. Also, when people walk in to be seated the three employees hanging out at the front desk should greet customers instead of glaring. I am in awe this particular store hasn’t been shut down by health inspectors.

Tried this Dennie’s after the terrible experience on Boston rd and I have to say it was much better. The ladies there are much better and much nicer. The food gets it the 4 star the eggs were a little dry but other then that it was great. Great job ladies and cooks there!

AWFUL, didn’t get my food on time. Waited like 45 mins. Me and my friends didn’t even get to eat together. Messed up my order. Pancakes were awful made my stomach hurt after I ate it. NEVERGOINGBACKAGAIN

My friends and I came here for breakfast because we were staying at the hotel across the street. The free breakfast at the hotel was a nice gesture but didn’t really cut it in terms of nursing the massive hangovers we had from the night before. I had pancakes, bacon, eggs, and homefries with juice. The food came out hot and tasted okay. I requested that the bacon be extra crispy but it wasn’t so I only ate parts of it. The pancakes and eggs were good. After all was said and done I was pretty sure I ate my daily recommended calories all in that one meal. No matter though because I was starting to feel normal again. The food took a bit of time to come out and the restuarant was only moderately busy but fortunately we were not in a rush. The waitress was friendly overall but wasn’t too happy when we wanted to use two separate credit cards to pay for the meal. We figured it out though. After our food was brought to us she didn’t really check on us so we had to flag another waitress down to ask for condiments. The last time we saw her was when she came by to bring the check. Not a horrible dining experience, it definitely could have been worse but it’s Denny’s not a five star restaurant.

There were lots of servers, two cooks and two managers working tonight… only our waitress made any attempt to make us feel welcome. We sat at the counter and were ignored by everyone even though Denny’s has a rule that employees must greet and be friendly to everyone within five feet of them. I spoke with the two managers about it and one of them became very defensive and argumentative and the other one had no response at all. They don’t understand how to make customers feel welcome. Also the food was substandard. The chicken sandwich was very tough, the roast turkey was dry and the instant mashed potatoes were pretty bad. This used to be a fun place to eat with good food and enthusiastic, friendly service. Not tonight, and I have no confidence that the two managers on duty have the skills to improve things. Probably won’t be going back again.

Hi There, Just to let you know about our latest experience. My fiancé and sister stopped by the Chicopee, ma store to pick up 3 meals to go on Friday the 3rd of Oct. I really had a craving for the Country fried Steak meal. During the wait, the following was observed, after the meal was paid for and the ladies were waiting, an employee walks up and hands my fiancé a credit card and tells her the card was being declined. My fiancé responds to the waitress that she is mistaken and the meal was already paid for and that the card was not ours. During the waiting period Shawna the hostess or waitress was waiting on two young men also, Telling them they could go online and put a code in and get something free for the survey etc. There is no code on our receipt and no one explained that to us. Also Shawna put our order in to stay, when the food was ready the employees had to put it in the trays to go. While waiting for the order, my sister decided to order and try a pumpkin spice coffee, the coffee was way to dark and sweet, she had to throw away the coffee. Also when she tried to pay one employee walked by and stated she could not accept payment because she was a new hire. So my sister had to stand there for quite some time. Also, Denny’s was not busy at this time of the evening either. There were no more than 8 guests in the entire place. Now my biggest complaint and observation. The food. Portion wise. Country fried steak. Really one tablespoon of macaroni. Not even a full tablespoon. Potatoes 2 little globs. The country fried steak was salty as all can be. All dinners were pitiful in size. Taste for 2 out of 3 dinners were not pleasing. We paid 39.24 not counting the coffee for our meals and this was a disgrace. I have been going to Denny’s for years and frequent Enfield. But I tell you, Chicopee, this was my worst experience of food with Denny’s. Thank You for listening. But I tell you, I was just as hungry after my meal as I was prior to eating. Update, I received an email from the General Manager and I must say, He is really reaching out to make things right. For that, I will thank him and try again.

The last time I went here the black girl, the Asian guy, and the Hispanic looking guy(me) didn’t get their meals… but the white guy I was with did. Some of that good olé ‘Cism from Sambo’s is still alive!

A popular night-time hangout for the town-kids and the stoners. The food and waiters are alright for someone working a cheap-paying job at 3am. They’ve pretty much gotten used to the night crowds, so they aren’t as grumpy as you might think. The food is never really bad, just don’t expect hotel service. Sometimes the cheese on your fries is so late that the cheese has turned solid again, sometimes the food in general is really late. The shakes kick ass. Go here if you know you have some time to kill and aren’t looking to wow your palette. It’s food. It’s a place. It’s fine. And it’s just about the only thing in town you’ll find open so late.
