Damn good crispy chicken sandwich meals. We were travelling home to the Berkshires in Western Mass and stopped off to get a bite to eat. We decided to go to this brand new place, last time we came here it wasn’t built. The chicken sandwich was so deluxe and good, piping hot and fresh solid piece of chicken coated, lettuce and tomato was crisp and fresh, the pickles were crispy too. The roll was soft and fresh and the whole sandwich was put together very well. The waffle fries were crispy, hot, and delicious! We got mayo and honey mustard for sauces. The drinks had just enough ice and were very effervescent and good(sometimes soda at these places isnt mixed n and is flat) All n all we went to the right choice for lunch. Yummo!!!

It’s long been on my bucket list of chain restaurants to try Chick-fil-a. Not having one that I know of in upstate NY(upstate which is beyond Poughkeepsie) we haven’t had the chance to try it. After a visit to Six Flags New England, where we knew there was a Chick-Fil-A near, we ventured to our dinner choice. We showed up 5pm, all six of us. The line moved very quick, placed our order and proceeded to our seat. Something felt strange after we placed our order, an unfamiliar feeling. Friendly face, the words«thank you» and a smile. After discussing with my husband these odd occurrences we concluded that what we had experienced was called customer service. Chick gave us this little square, tall box that had straws and our chicken sauce choices. I was disappointed in the choice of styrofoam cups for beverages, which are not great for the environment. Small thing to overlook. At the table we looked at the flowers and were pleasantly surprised to find that they were real. Our food arrived rather quickly, brought to us by a member of the staff. We each ordered a sandwich meal, I had the original chicken sandwich with an order of fries and diet Dr. Pepper — not commonly found in fountain drink options. Two of the six in our party had the deluxe chicken sandwich, which from what I could tell included cheese, tomato and green leaf lettuce. Two of our party had the spicy chicken deluxe meal. Which one described as good«but not as good as KFC» and the other claimed he liked it better than KFC. Husband added that the spicy chicken sandwich was not overpowering, but did have a pop attributed not to the cheese but rather the chicken. We also sampled the nuggets. Overall, the chicken was not greasy and had a nice spice in the batter. Chicken itself was juicy but cooked all the way. The coating was not a thick as KFC, but it did have a nice flavor. There were all the standard chicken sauces. We tried one of each, ranch, bbq, parisan(sweet and sour) and the Chick-fil-a sauce which was basically a honey mustard. The waffle fries, while a different choice, compared to other fast food establishments were not great. There were unsalted, so we added it of course. All the teens enjoyed the ketchup dip and squeeze packets which they stated«were adorable.» One of the subtle things that we quickly noticed was the music that was piped in — we realized that the songs were elevator versions of contemporary Christian tunes we were familiar with. Very nice touch. Noticed on the sign as I was leaving, following the Hobby Lobby business motto — closed on Sundays. Bravo to them. Putting God before the dollar. Beverages were of the Coke variety and Dr. Pepper. One teen had the frozen lemonade which was almost creamy he said, an opinion seconded by my husband. During our visit we noticed several employees politely interacting with customers. One staff member made rounds asking if we needed refills on our beverages. When you place an order, they ask for your first name, addressing you that way rather than a number. Chick-fil-a clearly gets customer service and proves you can provide it in a fast food chain. We still hope that this chain comes to a town near us. Half of the group said it was not better than KFC. The other half said there was not really a comparison. Just marked this off my chain bucket list. Family of six ate for $ 67 which is not really bad considering we ordered a few extra items.

Once again this restaurant had excellent food. The market salad was great. Grilled chicken and strawberries, blueberries, and apples all fresh with a low calorie berry balsamic dressing. They also have excellent chicken strips and sandwiches. The staff are friendly and have great manners!!!

Ok y’all. This was my third time coming here and it has yet to disappoint me. I went for a trunk or treat event(which was awesome) and decided to stop in for a bite. The staff at the counter were extremely polite and were patient with my order as it took forever for me to decide what I wanted. I took a seat and the server was prompt. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with bacon and it was delicious! The chicken was juicy and the produce was fresh. The flavor was wonderful and the servers were great. I’ll definitely be back.

Great restaurant. Good location, good prices, waitstaff are all great, prices very reasonable, they bring your food right to the table and always have a smile for you. Little play area for your kids to stay busy if your looking for that.

The most amazing service for a fast food establishment: They bring the food to your table, and when I said thank you, she replied my pleasure. The waffle fries are out of this world, and the peach handspun shake is outrageously good(the peach gets stuck in the straw) so you may have to fight with your straw, but its worth it. The chicken was very tender and well seasoned. I did not utilize the sauce as i really wanted to understand the flavors of the chicken and it did not disappoint. Its also extremely clean and well presented all around. As far as a fast food establishment this is hands down the best in my humble opinion.

They came from the jungle They stole our children Crowded in a large box we cried, Cluck cluck, cluck cluck It’s always dark They pierce us with needles… Just kidding. Keep them chicken’ sandwiches coming. We’ll let the next generation worry about animal rights as we have the whole climate change thing. I recommend the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with ‘Merican cheese and or the Nuggets with Chic-fil-A sauce. Can’t go wrong.

This place is unbelievable! Chick-fil-A is one of the very few fast food joints I will eat at. I really can’t put my finger on what it is that makes their food so delicious compared to other fast food. I actually travelled 1 hour and a half for the sole purpose of filling my tummy with their delicious chicken! What a treat. Well worth the 1 hour and a half both ways. My visit was so satisfying that it left me with a lasting pleasure for the rest of the day. On the way home when talking to friends on the phone I found myself sneaking in a comforting«My pleasure» whenever possible. Definitely a joy. Make sure to try out the Chick-fil-A sauce if it is your first time there! It may be the birthing of a new love and appreciation for fast food sauces.

I am totally shameless. I love Chick-Fil-A, and it is what I miss most about living in Virginia. Service is always great. Chicken is delicious. This particular CFL is always clean and services is quick. Even the salads at this place are good. On this trip we chose to eat outside in a nicely laid out patio with great attending to detail including mason jars on the tables with utensils and string lights. Inexpensive but a nice touch. Today I tried the frozen lemonade which was a little bit of heaven, almost like lemon meringue pie vs. a lemon square. Awesome!

Honestly the cleanest place I’ve been inside since moving to Western MA. Quick, attentive service and the food was piping hot. I’m normally a nugget kinda girl, but I went for the spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets this time and the sandwich was so good I went back and ordered a second one. Only 16 cents to upgrade from a soda to a lemonade, which was a no brainer for me. The only thing that I didnt like was the religious decorations. There were crosses hanging on nearly every wall and that weirded me out a bit. I know they’re a Catholic establishment but they don’t have to push their beliefs on their customers like that.

Standard Chick-fil-A fare, just like all the rest. Very, very crowded and long waits on a Friday at about noon. My only real problem with this location is the parking and how you get into the place. They need to pay someone to do a way, way better job of snow removal! The snow banks are soooooo high; it’s very difficult to navigate and snow is taking up parking spaces. Parking was extremely limited. I had to wait like 5 minutes till someone exited to steal her spot. Another gripe… who designed getting into this place? It’s like a corn maze. Seriously? Morons. Food is good! No surprise there. Try the Chick-fil-A sauce. It’s the bomb. And their choco shakes are worth an assault charge.

I’ve stopped here for lunch quite a few times in the past and I’m quite impressed with the quality of food, seeing its a fast food restaurant, and the quality of service. I really enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with waffle fries. Their salads are decent, depending on your taste. From what I could see from the few times I’ve been inside, it stays pretty clean and plenty of places to sit down. The best aspect of this place is the service you’ll receive, as I’ve never been treated so nicely at a fast food restaurant.

Hands down the BEST«fast food» in America. While originally falling for it in South Carolina, I was in disbelief when it came to my hometown. AWESOMENESS. All the staff there are genuinely kind and you feel it. Also a big plus they they’re Christian and are closed on Sundays. No wonder they’re so successful. Blessings.

Luckily, this fast-food chain has arrived in the area. To be honest, it’s not worth a 45 minute drive for your first Chik-Fil-A, but it’s worth the trip if you’re an addict that only gets CFA when on vacation. This location was new, clean, well staffed and the food did not disappoint. The most difficult part is getting into the lot. Then entrance is rather convoluted between a Friendly’s and an Aldi. The play place is clean and fantastically new. My daughter spent about a half hour in tubes suspended a few feet from the ceiling. The CFA car was still white and the area was clean. There is a toddler activity board that is entertaining. The patio has ample seating and was clean. However, it really isn’t enclosed, it’s open right to the drive through around a corner, so watch yourlittle ones when they run off. The staff was very friendly and the owner/operators were both in the store when we were there. This shows me there commitment to the success of this location.

Our love affair here started about a month ago when visiting family in Houston. They brought us to a Chick-Fil-A down there and instantly we were hooked. This one in Chicopee opened the day after we got back(they opened on a Thursday) so we went Friday. I was a little concerned that maybe it wouldn’t be as good here as it was down south but I was wrong, it was just as good. We get the spicy chicken sandwich(love it!!) with a half and half to drink. Since they’ve opened we’ve been maybe once a week? Not great for you I know. But it’s SO. DAMN. GOOD. Try it out, I highly doubt you’ll be disappointed.

5 piece star(no way youll stop at 5) 40 minutes away from the homestead, im not going to drive here for it, but when i travel down 90 you can bet I WILLALWAYSPLANONGLOMMINGONTHESEJAUNS! ok, lines/waits are longer then a ‘typical’ chick fil. envision sonic when they opened, now you go there and its pull right up, so give it 6 – 10 months this place that time and youll have a better turn around. there is one in the burlington mall in ma, so its not alien, but it sure is good chicken. i saw a playplace for your runts, id go here over mcd’s everyday and none on sundays, cause they are closed. im not deducting for that either, nor am i because of their philosophy on anything other than chicken, and the occasional waffle fry. bock
