Williamsons Clothiers was recommended due to our son’s 26×34, five years ago. We have been shopping at Williamsons Clothiers ever since. We have taken advantage of their free alterations as our son continues to grow. The Williamson’s Team has always been friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this shop to all– they will make this a wonderful experience for the shopper.

I have been a customer of Williamson’s for many years — and there is no better men’s store in a 60-mile radius for suits and unique high-quality men’s clothing. Ken and his team provide great customer service, quality products, up-to-date/constantly changing styles, and custom tailoring services that make each visit enjoyable. I have always left Williamson’s extremely satisfied after a purchase. This store is a true gem, and if you want to look great(while supporting a local business), Williamson’s is as good as it gets!

While in Western Massachusetts for the Thanksgiving holiday I went to Williamsons Clothier in Chicopee MA and purchased three dress shirts. The store did not have my size in stock, so the owner, Ken Williamson offered to order my size shirts and then mail them to me in Providence RI where I live. The shirts were not custom in any way, but were just in my size. I knew I was taking a risk purchasing shirts without first trying them on, so I asked the owner if I could return the shirts if I needed to. He confirmed that this would not be a problem. Additionally, the store policy stated that returns could be make if accompanied with an original receipt. After I received the shirts and tried them on, I decided that I liked one shirt, but that the other two did not fit me properly. I gave the shirts back to my parents to return along with the original receipt. The shirts were in perfect condition and had only been worn to try on. When my parents returned to the store with the original receipt they were told by the same store owner that he would not accept the shirts back either for store credit or a refund. He stated that he would have trouble reselling the shirts as they were in a small size. After my parents told me this, I called the store and spoke with the owner. I expressed my extreme frustration at the prospect of being stuck with two very expensive shirts that do not fit. The owner outright rejected my request and made no offer to to make me whole in any way. The owner of this store lied to my face, and also contradicted his own written store return policy.
