I love this place! Fast service, fresh bread(much better than Subway), and the meat is real and not super processed. Workers are courteous, efficient, and friendly. And the place is always nice and clean. All five of my kids like it, too!

Great sandwiches but the parking in this lot or shopping center is horrendous, which makes it even better that they deliver!

Service was friendly and fast. The sandwich was well constructed. However, the bread, while fresh, had a glue like quality that detracted from sandwich experience.

I love this Jimmy John’s. Their delivery is fast and correct. If you want to eat in its also very clean. Jimmy John’s is the best fast sandwich out there.

«We deliver» my A$$!! They only deliver within 2 miles!?! I’m 4 miles away and they won’t deliver. What a joke!

Freaky fast! Love jimmy johns since I got it delivered almost everyday to my off campus apartment freshmen year in college! I hit the spot in chino hills quite often and actually grabbed a beach club chips and a drink for dinner tonight.

More like…2.5 stars Gourmet? Uhm, no. Definitely NOT gourmet. Their sandwiches are aiiiite. Been here twice, and once, we had our company luncheon catered by them. Not impressed. The bread is bland and dry and the selection of toppings is very limited. That’s why they are«freaky fast» because you don’t have a lot of choices and you don’t get to make it «your way». They only have ONE type of cheese(provolone), and cheese is also EXTRA on most of their sandwiches. Pffft… minus one star for that! They also don’t offer any hot sandwiches here so they really need to take down that stupid neon sign that says«free smells». For the price I paid, I should have just gone over to Corner Bakery. Or better yet, stick to my norm, Manna’s. Manna’s sandwiches never disappoint!

$$$$, for a sandwich. That I can even add or take away from. Most places do it your way. Like Subway. I can put whatever I like on it. Hello customer is always right, especially if I’m paying those prices. I should have a say on what I want in it.

Husband and I are beginning to be regulars here now. We both enjoy the JJ Gargantuan. We’ve tried a few other ones, this one stuck. If it’s your first time here I’d recommend that. They also have very quick service. No complaints!

It does the job. It’s true the subs seem to contain alot more lettuce, but I’ve started to get the unwich Vito so instead of a bunch of shredded lettuce, it’s just a couple leaves holding in the meat. It’s rather pricey, too pricey for what you get for sure, but they are good and my kids love them, in fact, they are their favorite. I just can’t go often because I’m a family of 5 and that’s easily $ 40 out the door — alot for just a sandwich(that’s not as big as Jersey Mike’s for around same cost).

Been to JJ three times. Sandwiches are dry, bread is hard, and no flavor. Employees don’t listen either. No tomatoes means no tomatoes. Add onions means add onions. Once again, disappointed. Will not return for a forth time. Jersey Mikes is 100 times better.

Plain and very simple. Sign on the door says«FREESMELLS» but walked in and smelled absolutely nothing!!! The service is upbeat and fast. But the sandwiches are pretty bland. I had the #12 Beach Club«Unwiched»(short for lettuce wrap) cool term… extra point for that. Taste more like brown bag sandwiches made at home. Sorry :(

Probably one of the cleanest establishments I’ve been too. There is lots of pride in this location. Ordered the usual #14. Packed with meat, nothing skimpy. Best sub’s around. Friendly people greet you the second you enter!

From the outside appearance of Jimmy John’s, I was lead to believe that this was a more unique sandwich spot. Inside, however, you’re greeted with an average Subway/Jersey Mikes atmosphere. However, this place was packed for a Sunday afternoon, so that seemed promising. Perhaps the people of Chino Hills were onto something… I was quite surprised to find out they do not sell any hot sandwiches. Something about the red neon signs and«free smells» made me believe they had hot sandwiches… bad assumption on my part. I settled on a «Club LuLu» on wheat. Turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I added avocado for $.75 extra. Cheese was not included, so that was another $.75. What sandwich DOESN’T come with cheese? My $ 7.49 sandwich was now $ 9. My wife had the«Italian Night Club» on wheat. Salami, capicola, ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and Italian Vinegrette. The finished product was rather average looking. No extra credit points for the presentation. The bread slices were«mismatched» so things got a little sloppy towards the end. The sandwiches were tasty, but nothing unique or mind blowing. The portions were really big, so next time the two of us will save $ 8 and just share one sandwich instead. Two sandwiches, a bag of chips, and a cookie came out to nearly $ 22, which is very high for what we got, in my opinion. The sandwiches were good, but nothing that we will go out of the way for.

Disappointing! Had lunch there today… I ordered the tuna and my BFF ordered the bootlegger. Both needed salt and pepper… When I asked for it, they looked at me like I had a third eye! We don’t carry salt and pepper here, she said! Huh? What restaurant doesn’t have salt and pepper? Funny they sell sodium potato chips, which I shoved into my sandwich to give it flavor! We were both disappointed in the food… Sorry JJ we won’t be back!

I’m going to update my previous harsh review to a somewhat positive review. The sandwiches are still pricy but they are good. I especially like the turkey on a white bun or the Vito(Italian) Kudos to management for turning the music down and the air conditioning up, if they go back to the opening week of blaring music and overly conditioning the space I will take my business elsewhere. Where I can enjoy conversation and don’t need a jacket to eat in the summer.

Fresh ingredients, fast service, reasonable prices, three great reasons to eat here. I’ve been to 4 different locations and all are equally good. I always get the veggie or tuna, only because I’m not a meat eater. The pickles are the best!

It’s ok. Jersey Mike is way better. I got a giant night Italian Club, nothing special with the sandwich. The only thing this place has over Jersey Mike is their variety. Update: came back second time. Got #16. Confirmed Jersey Mike is better. This still better than subway at least.

Don’t waste your money or your time with this place. I don’t know where to start! Seriously if you get the 8″ subs might as well be a kids meal. Very very very little meat, or tomatoes. Just look at pictures I took. Maybe also issues with ordering because it’s to loud for the teenage cashier to hear or even care. We tried to order a slim for the kids and add lettuce but you must upgrade to 8″! Oh and did I mention we asked for pickles but it’s extra!!! Sounds like everything was extra! Sorry but I’m sticking with Jersey Mikes!!! Very NOT worth it or the price!!! Feels like I just had an appetizer with a restaurant price! Not even worth the one star I had to give!!! So upset I went here!!! They don’t take Amex and you definitely don’t get it your way!

Like the other reviewer said– a big giant welcome/hello when you arrive! The second thing: The LOUD music– it’s like– whoa, where’s the dance floor? Am I in LA? Is this WEHO? Do they serve sandwiches in this club?! Lol I don’t mind an energetic environment– and the music wasn’t awful– but it sure was deafening. Alas, when the person taking your order has difficulty hearing your order– maybe the music should be bumped down a notch or two? Huge speakers on the wall that I’m sure weren’t cheap– so loud may be the whole point? As for the sandwich– actually very delicious internals– I forget the name but the roast beef was excellent. It was also delivered lightning fast. However, the bread was over-baked and very tough. You know when you get pizza where the crust cuts? The outer crust was that tough. I’d like to chalk this up to «new location learning curve.» The design of the place is clean and bright– the restroom is definitely unique– and while I found the tiles humorous– some that I was with felt they were tacky. Just a bit odd. That begs an interesting question about this place– what are they trying to be and«who» is their target customer? 20 something’s only? While I will definitely go back and give it a second go hoping the bread is an isolated incident, older folks I doubt would enjoy it because of the noise etc. My advice to whomever owns this new location: 1. Watch that bread in the oven! 2. Keep the music but check the decibels 3. Let the employees express their«hellos» and«goodbyes» a little more naturally. 4. Add a trash receptacle towards the back tables 5. Switch out the employees broom for a quiet, high quality rechargeable vac to make for quicker, more complete cleanup of customer crumbs with far less dustup. Update: as I’m witting this one of my friends just told me when they didn’t hear her order correctly, they asked her to repeat it– twice. She did and commented«you know the music is too loud when…» for her original order eaten in with me and apparently it happened AGAIN later when she ordered a sandwich to go for her mom. She said there was almost no reaction from the employees. Hmm– that’s pretty disappointing to learn and it just nixed another star.
