We ordered delivery and the sweet and sour chicken had no sauce on it so the driver had to come back with the sauce. Then we discovered that the chicken an broccoli we ordered was beef and broccoli so they had to come back for that. The food was just ok the orange chicken was good. But the $ 1 add on fried rice was not good. It had no vegetables in it.

One of my favorite Taiwanese café; fresh, delicious home made taste feeling. There are many boba drinks choices as well. Love them all!

Needed some food delivered at work today and wanted to try something a little different. I tried the«best selling» honey glazed walnut shrimp and WOW! sooo good! I also ordered an almond milk tea with boba which wasn’t bad just different(that’s what I wanted right? Lol) Delivery confirmation said approx time of delivery was 45 – 60 minutes and they were there in less than 45! Will totally order from here again!

One star because this restaurant blames its customers for their mistakes. I found this place on GrubHub and was given an estimated delivery period. I get that stuff happens— first it was 15 minutes past the expected time and then it became 30. Maybe something went wrong so I was ready to pick up the phone when the doorbell rang. It was the delivery guy with the food so that was awesome, I thought. I wasn’t pissed about the late arrival, but about the first words that came out of the guy’s mouth. Me: «Hi! Thanks for coming by. Lots of traffic tonight?» W Café Staff in a frustrated tone: «You’re too far from the restaurant, I shouldn’t have delivered to you. It took 45 minutes to get here.» I was at a loss for words because what else do you say after that? I looked at the restaurant address later and it was 7 miles from my place. Anyway, this restaurant needs to take the time to configure their delivery settings on GrubHub properly(or maybe GrubHub operates on zip code and therefore doesn’t use a radius parameter or something). I digress. They rudely complained at their customer about the job and I in turn didn’t feel like buying from them ever again. If you take a look at the GrubHub reviews, there’s one that says they never even got their order delivered. Bottom line: don’t order delivery from here. They’ll whine about the job and point the finger at you for making them drive out so far because they couldn’t get their online service settings done right. Sounds silly, doesn’t it? Lowered-car friendly score: moot point.

They put really hot sauce in a styrofoam container that the inside of the container melted away. I was very upset that we didn’t see it in the beginning and ate that molten styrofoam sauce. Toxic!

The boba is still good. However, the staff and the new management is not. The staff is slow and untrained, and the owner herself is rude. And how do you run out of boba at 3 in the afternoon? Shouldn’t a boba place always have some ready? I really don’t understand why this keeps happening every time I go.

We tried this place today and it was just so-so. If I being honest, the food didn’t really have much flavor. The Kung Pao wasn’t spicy at all, it really was kind of tasteless. The hot and sour soup was pretty good, and the rice was nice and sticky. The garlic chicken had some flavor, but not what you would expect. The Mongolian beef was decent, the most flavorful dish we had. The beef was juicy and flavorful. Some positives are that they do deliver. The price was also pretty reasonable, and didn’t add on any huge delivery charges or anything. This place had some really good reviews on a page I follow on Facebook, but I felt a little let down by the food here. I don’t think it was worth all the hype. If I had to choose there are several other places I would go to before I would choose to go here again.

I’ve been here about three times already and I’ve never left the restaurant satisfied. The food isn’t that great. I usually come only for drinks or desserts. Today I ordered the iced milk w/caramel, coffee jelly, and honey boba. I asked for 75% sugar lol The first three bites tasted really good, but then it started to taste a little nasty afterwards. I feel like it’s the caramel that made me sick of the drink. If I do come back, I wouldn’t have caramel added to my drink. However, the honey boba was very chewy and sweet. My cousin says that the almond milk tea here is the best so I might try that next time. We also ordered popcorn chicken. My cousin said that the popcorn chicken is pretty good here and many people on Unilocal said that too. Well, it wasn’t good at all today. We were all pretty disappointed. The chicken was also in tiny pieces so trying to pick the pieces up was pretty annoying. They were pretty sneaky at putting the bigger chicken pieces on top and then basically chicken crumbs on the bottom. The service wasn’t that great either. We were the only table around 4pm and the waitresses kind of just left us at our table. We had to shout for their attention sometimes and even got up and went to them to ask for napkins. They actually ran out of napkins so they gave us paper towels from the bathroom. My cousins and I weren’t too pleased with that. They do delivery now and if you’re in the radius of 5 miles from them, delivery is free. It seems like the quality and everything here is decreasing. I really hope it gets better. 2.5 stars!

I’ve had a Unilocal account for years but I’ve never cared to write a review until this place. As a Chino Hills resident, I’ve tried this place several times for both delivery and in-dining. The food and service are mediocre at best for in-dining, but what really prompted me to write this review was the last time I got delivery. Two times I tried the delivery. First time I had gotten the Boba Milk Tea, and there were tiny chunks of powder floating all around. Second time I ordered I got the Steamed Fish, and it was RAW! One piece was cooked, but the other was completely raw. As a Taiwanese I don’t know why I tried this place the several times I did, but I figured I’d keep giving it additional chances. Never again! Also, thank you for the food poisoning.

Great food and drinks but crappy attitudes from the guy with glasses behind the counter. Not to mention… They were out of BOBA.

Everything was on point. I ordered vegetable chow mien, orange chicken and white rice. Best part besides this great tasting food? Delivery service to your door, can’t beat it! Found my new spot for some great tasting Chinese food.

The restaurant is very clean, music was playing before it was old school hip hop(:! The food was amazing. I had the house pepper beef steak Yummm 100% worth it. The mango slush with the boba was good you can’t go wrong with that. Honestly the food reminds me of New York haha Sunway restaurant in Flushing Queens, NY. Keep it up W-Café! Only reason I didn’t give it full stars was the AC was on blast and it’s winter time in California. It’s already chilly outside but other than that keep up the good work!

Ordered spicy Kung pao beef and got chicken instead. Definitely not a hint of spice either. The chicken teriyaki was dry and the cream cheese wonton was so so so so so stale yet rubberish! They also took over an hour for delivery. Overall– My first time experience was two thumbs down. Nothing special

After Tapioca Express, Mandarin Bistro and a couple other failed businesses, W Café is here to stay. It’s the BEST boba spot in Chino Hills with buy one get one half off specials Monday through Friday. The only downside is its only for certain flavors. But they do have the honey bona or half & half size cups. They do serve food, which is very good. They have lunch specials until 3pm daily which comes with soup and an eggroll. They have recently gone under new management and if you order from their new menu, they give you a 10% discount. They’ve been open for a while, so not sure until how long that will last. I recommend the orange chicken, broccoli beef and honey walnut shrimp. The orange chicken is very good and crispy, something different but very yummy. The portions come in Medium and Large, with the medium still being a very good sized portion. I have to take away 1 star because the dine-in service still needs work. Sometimes each dish comes out one after the other and some people prefer to have all their food when they eat. And the service can be slow. So if you dine-in, make sure you’re not in any rush. If you decide to order to go, call ahead first, so you don’t have to wait. They also do offer delivery, I believe if you’re within 5 miles of the restaurant. If you have Spot-On, don’t forget to log in! They have a couple offers when you reach certain stars.

They deliver and we got 10% off. All fresh food yummy good! We had orange chicken and beef broccoli with white rice. The orange chicken wasn’t very spicy but it was very good. The beef broccoli was cooked just right. Will recommend to all my neighbors!

This is my favorite place for Kung Pao chicken but it seems that they have made some changes in the kitchen. I just got home from getting my usual to go order and was disappointed at what I saw. The chicken is not the same as it was before. Now the chicken slices are thin it seems the recipe has changed as well. It lacks in spice. Really disappointed, I hope they change back to the same quality as it was before.

*this review is for delivery orders only* Great little Taiwanese joint with typical café style food and great drinks. I’ve ordered delivery with them via Eat 24 twice already and the food arrived on time and piping hot each time :) I recommend their –ground pork stirred noodles: I LOVE this dish! The pork mixes so nicely with the noodles and crunchy veggies –pork chop rice: pretty standard but I love how they include a side of mabo tofu –popcorn chicken rice: again, standard popcorn chicken seasoned well Drinks –iced milk with pudding and honey boba –house milk tea (Drinks are in half and half style cups– a good portion. *tip*: if you don’t have a sweet tooth order drinks with half or ¼ the amount of sugar, they come pretty sweet if you don’t customize it) Love this place! I’ll continue to order from them! :)

I really like their boba here, a bit more firmer than other places. Plus, the cup sizes are larger than other places. I usually get a regular milk tea with boba for $ 4.05. The girl who took my order was nice and quick with my order Place is clean and quiet. Located next to Rokuan, same plaza as Oh Queso. They have wi-fi, so a good place to study.
