I first called their Chino store to respond to Daniel’s Furniture website where they had an advertised bonded leather reclining sectional they had for $ 899. I talked to, I think her name was Adriana. I found out they didn’t have it in the store, but Adriana promised me she would have the love seat portion delivered to the store so I could sit on it and see if I liked it. Then if I liked it I would buy the whole sectional. She asked me when I would be coming in and I said Friday(4 days from the phone call). So I put it on my schedule to come in on Friday and see the sample. I even took my wife with me, drove down there spending time and gas, and it was my day off. When we arrived, we were met by Adriana. I asked to see the sample, and disappointedly she said it didn’t come in from the warehouse, and could we come back on Monday. I was so mad and disappointed. I am not a yo yo who has nothing better to do, who is just going to come back Monday. At that point I did not trust that she would have the sample monday, and I really doubted if she even ever tried to get it in the first place. I had to work Monday anyway and I had the day off on the day I had arranged. So unprofessional. Do not go to this store, The furniture they advertise was not even at the store. Adriana is unprofessional and not to be trusted. I went to another store and got what I wanted. Stay away from this store! If I could give negative stars I would.

DONOTBUYFROMHERE. The salesman is all happy and dandy when you’re going to buy something. I bought a carpet for my daughter he clearly stated I can bring it back if I don’t like it. So I bring it back 3 days later and says I can’t return it. So he charges me a 30 $ restocking fee. Are you kidding me. Don’t bother anyways this place has cheap merchandise. $ 350 for a cheap quality carpet. The manager helio was understanding but the salesman was not.

we just got a place and I’m expecting a baby in feb… if that isn’t stressful enough. we needed a dinner table with four chairs, saw one and bought it. the sales employees on the floor were nice that day. didn’t bother us and let us look around which I like. anyway, we put the deposit of $ 40 and the guy said we can come back to pick it up and pay the balance. so we come back and the girls at the cashiers counter seemed bothered to help me. one thing I can’t stand is bad customer service. I will return merchandise based on the interaction of the people I’m dealing with. snobby girls that are dressed like they’re going to a nightclub with too much eye makeup won’t give you 5 stars. it makes the business look trashy… besides that, the chairs that we assembled had screws that wouldn’t fit properly and one of the leg rests had a crack in it. the merchandise is not one of a kind! it’s obviously made in China. mass produced furniture that Daniels overpriced to make profit. we had to return the chairs twice. I’m expecting and shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced because of crappy merchandise. wouldn’t shop here again. I deserve a credit just for the hassle of it all.

Came here to buy a dining table and a TV stand a few days ago. Items they have on display is not in stock so you have to wait the next day for pick up. I didn’t come till 3 days later which should have given them ample time to get my order right the first time. When I came for pick up needless to say, the item was still not there. They did not even offer some kind of compensation for their screw up. I ended up asking for a refund and will be avoiding this place from now on.

If there was zero stars, I would take it! I bought a couch on 3÷28÷10. Within months, the fabric stated fraying. Then, the cushion springs started popping. I wish I could post photos. Finally, the entire arm rest fell off the side. I called customer services in October of 2012. They said my warranty expired and nothing they could do about it. I told them this couch has disintegrated. Not a little damage but falling apart. She said I only had a year warranty. I told her«but your slogan is you treat us like family». She ACTUALLY said to me: Only for a year. REALLY??? So, I sent a letter to them with the pics. This isnt just wear and tear. This is a horribly made couch. They responded to the letter with the name of a seamstress to help me – at my cost. So in 1 year, the fabric was frayed. Less than 2 years, the cushions were shot. Then by 2 years, the arm fell off. DONOTBUYFROMTHEM. QUALITYSUCKSANDCUSTOMERSERVICEISTHEWORSE. I put the couch out on the street — someone takes anything you put out there in 12 hours. Its been there 2 days and no one has taken it. That is how much this couch SUCKS, DONTBUYDONTBUY.
