Not gonna trust this place again when it comes to drive thru. Asked for BBQ sauce, employee said everything is in the bag. Got home and no BBQ sauce for my chicken nuggets!

Horrible manager named Norma. I found out that she lied twice about her name to me… incident happened 5÷15÷16 I politely told the gentleman at the window I would not be pulling forward. Then he sent another gentleman and I politely declined again. Then the lying Biatch came to the window and demands me to pull forward, I said firmly I will not be pulling forward. She said that I was holding up the line and she needs to serve them before me. At that point I said I’m not pulling forward and I was here first, as she is getting louder I rolled up my window. About 1min or less my food is ready… she gives me my food and as I’m driving away she yells out the window with her head out don’t you ever come back here! I stopped and said what did you just say… She said don’t ever come back! I said you can’t tell me not to come back! Now I’m furious! I said what’s your name? She just kept yelling at me to to leave don’t come back blah blah. So I got out my car and went inside and a yelling match too place and I asked her for her name she wrote it on a receipt it said Joe… I told her I will be making some calls. …she told me she was going to call the police… I’m like call em. When I got home I called the store and asked what that lady’s name was and she said Lenda. It was a lie… all of this because I didn’t pull forward. Btw I had ordered two egg mcmuffins, hash brown, drink… this place is notorious for telling you to pull forward, and then you are waiting and waiting and waiting! 3 – 4 cars can go by before you get your order. Now my food is cold and and have to go in… This lady has no business as a manager if this is what example she is showing to her employees… SHEISNOT A LEADER… I’m sure her peoples are afraid of this lady Norma,!!!

I love chicken nuggets. They’re so addicting. I’ve spent my last 12 paychecks here. I can’t believe they don’t have honey mustard dipping sawce anymore… It makes me sad, but they replaced them with spicy ranch and hot mustard which is satisfactory, but nothing that can heal the wound in my heart. I love the McGAINZ that I get from these sludge nuggets.

No stars for a place like this!!! The worst costumer service I have EVER experienced in my 30 years ! Both soda machines were out and they didn’t change them so we paid for the drinks for nothing! While we were eating, one of the girls starts sweeping literally under our feet like seriously, this irritated me very much! I asked her to stop and as she continued, she just giggled and said«sorry» but didn’t stop! Then started to mop ! Worst mc donalds ever

Went here this morning with the hubby, a 4 yr old, and 2 yr old. I was impressed with the service and it looks great after remodel. The fact that my food was brought to table made it my new favorite place.

This McDonald’s is probably the worst one in the southern california. Expect your order to have items missing and lukewarm… If you’re lucky. I don’t think ive ever gotten bbq sauce with my nuggets unless I search my bag and make them give me some. if I ever feel like McDonald’s I’ll drive a bit farther to go to a quality one, I suggest you do the same k.

So I haven’t gotten my food yet, but I’m hoping it’s HOT off the grill cuz I’ve been waited a while. It takes this FASTFOOD restaurant no less than 15 – 20 mins to even take your money. It’s embarrassing to see people leaving the line cuz they’ve waited forever. Haha. Pitiful. My gf warned me about this place but I didn’t believe it. NOWONDER the line is open for ANYONE to leave at anytime… THEYWANTYOUTOLEAVESOTHEYDONTHAVETOWORK. Get some new management and staffing.

Well i couldnt say to much but this one really pissed me off. Their drive thru ordering system sucks! They need to make it easier for people to order and pick up and leave. If you have two pick up windows make them both available during the day. The service was slow and their food was cold. I will not be returning to this location any time soon. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! If your going to be that busy you should have a food server out there taking the orders to speed up the process.

They messed up my order. When I said I want my coffee black they gave me an iced latte instead while it should be my additional beverage ordered. And they told me they can’t make the latte iced if to come with the breakfast. What’s wrong with this restaurant? Besides the store manager holds a really bad attitude toward the customers. They should really fix this attitude issue and improve the employee quality otherwise they will keep receiving bad reviews.

We ordered Sugar Free Ice Coffees at the Drive Thru. Both Coffees you couldnt Taste the Sugar Free. We asked them Nicely If they could add some. The girl at the window gave us a Upsetting look and she turn and kinda whispered to the girl who making the coffees and they keep questing for over 5 mins. Why we wanted some more when she already put some. Explained her and finally she took our coffee and told us to park and they would bring them to us because they were going to have to make new ones. We waited in car for more than 5 minutes and they never brought our coffees. We had to get off our car, and go get them and the Coffees were still terrible not to mention their attitude. I will never go there again, they need custmer service training. Store #2334.

As always, everytime i come to this location they always mess up my orders, the service is slow and some of the employees are rude. I decided to give them a few chances before i wrote my review but it is the same result all the time. My most recent visit here i ordered large fries and they were stale, along with my big mac which had old hard meat on it. It seriously makes me wonder if the people working here even care what they serve to customers. Anyway, i would just stay away from this location just to avoid the bad experience and go spend my money somewhere else. I do have to agree that they did do some renovations to the building and it is nicer than before but then again people are here to eat and not to see how nice the building is. If you do decide to stop here to eat please check your order before you drive off.

I frequent this McDonald’s because it’s a good location to pick up StreetPass Mii’s on my Nintendo 3DSxl. It’s not the world’s best McDonald’s but it is what it is nonetheless. This location is pretty popular with the locals and my only complaint I’ve ever had is that English is definitely a 2nd language at this location. Just be patient and let the Spanish speaking clientele be helped and you won’t have any issues.

A new«green» McDonald’s in Chino… Not really sure what the green is about. They’re probably doing something that is good for the environment but they really should work on their customer service before they think of saving the world. I came here on a Tuesday night at around 9:15pm and it was packed. There’s 2 lines for the drive thru, which is convenient. Also, they have 3 different windows to drive up to– pay here &2 pick up windows. Why 2 pick up windows? Just why. With that many people in line and so many windows to confuse everyone with, mistakes were bound to be made. Unfortunately, they managed to screw up mine and it took about 15 minutes just for my order alone. My order: 20 piece nuggets, large fries, large coke, 3 cookies, 1 chocolate covered strawberry frappé. (No, this wasn’t all for me. Or was it?) What I got: 1 large diet coke. WTF? The person totalllllly screwed up our order. She handed us the diet coke and slammed the window shut without saying anything else. We waited by the window for 2 minutes before she realized we were still waiting there. She said, «can I get you anything else?» We said, «yeah… The rest of our order?!» She was shocked. She began questioning us and got frazzled. The manager came and she was just as confused. Really? It can’t be that hard to work at a fast food place! C’mon… We ended up handing her our receipt because they couldn’t hurry up processing what happened. They slowly gave us our order piece by piece. First, the manager gave us our nuggets and fries in a bag. Cool. She slammed he window. Gave us our coke… It was the wrong size. Handed it back to her and finally gave us the right size. She asked if we were missing anything else. We told her we needed the cookies and the frappé. She gave us the frappé and said, «have a good night!» –___– we told her, we need our 3 cookies. She said«oh!» Then gave it to us. A total of 15 minutes passed and the people behind us were getting pissed. Wasn’t our fault! SHEHADRHERECEIPTINHERHAND! Can she not read our order?! I’m pretty sure that to be the manager, knowing how to read is a prerequisite. Apparently not here since they relied on us to tell them our order, or else we wouldn’t have gotten everything we paid for. I know this location is new, but this kind of customer service isn’t acceptable, especially when it’s extremely busy. This isn’t a difficult job to do, but they struggled so much in giving us our order. 2 stars because this location is clean and new(for now). I receive better service at my usual, old, run down McDonald’s, despite the fact that it’s old.
