I went thru the drive thru and the girl didn’t want to sell me the spicy nacho chicken by its self. She tried to sell me the number three instead. She ened up giving me the spicy nacho chicken and when I get home I see that it doesn’t have a single jalepeno. I am very upset because that’s the reason I was getting my meal. And I keep calling them and they don’t have the phone line in.

My drive thru order was completely wrong. I ordered a couple of burgers & had bacon added to both. When I left drive thru I noticed that none of the burgers had bacon in them. When I went back to Jack in the Box, I was told that my burgers were accidentally given to the car behind me as they had ordered the same burgers, but without the bacon. They remade our burgers & we were on our way. When we got home, I noticed that the two burritos we ordered were wrong as well. I asked for no hot sauce on mine, but there ended up being hot sauce on my burrito & none on my sister’s. Also noticed that we were missing 1 order of french fries :(

Order was ready before I ordered it. The frys are hot, but stale.
Didn’t get a receipt which is questionable.
The chicken sandwich, tasted better than expected. The chicken was still moist. The ingredients like tomato and lettuce was still crisp. The bread wasn’t soggy.
The chicken club sandwich was a win. Docked points because of missing receipt and fry quality.
I will revisit because it is a great location and I’ve had good experiences eating from here.

Went thru the drive thru and literally gave us half filled fries and horrible customer service. The cashier at the window seemed as she didn’t want to work. Why work in a fast food if you’re not a happy person and not willing to serve good customer service.

Needed a protein fix before a long bike ride, and stopped in for the meat lover’s burrito. This particular menu item seems to be designed to turn one into a meat hater. I know it’s fast food, but it really wasn’t that fast, and for the time it took to make, it could have been much better. No sign anywhere of napkins, and the water tasted funky. Del Taco and Carl’s Jr. do a much better job of wrapping some eggs in a flour tortilla.

Ate here the other day and it seemed… Different. When I say «different» I don’t mean it in the wrong way. I intend it to be complementary. The food tasted fresh but it was more on how my food was served. I can’t even put it into words really so I took a picture and I hope it says it all. Keep up the good work! I will be using this location from now on.

My #1 place to go for fast food. Staff is super friendly makes you feel welcome with their genuine smiles. Also, its always super clean! Manager /​workers always cleans the restrooms every 30 minutes even if they don’t need to. I’m shocked that there’s no other great review about this place! Once, I had to wait 15 minutes for my food which honestly isn’t that bad but they gave me a free cheesecake and apologized for waiting. You don’t see McDonald’s doing that! This place is by far one of the best places around the area for fast food. Always clean and fast.

Went through the drive thru and got my food. As I was pulling away I grabbed my breakfast jack and noticed my bun was as hard as a rock on one side. So I went inside to get a new one and 10mins later still no replacement. The girl that took it from me actually forgot why I was even there. Worst customer service ever. Never go there.

I just had the meat lovers burrito, like all fast food it’s not like advertised, it was small and not very filling at all like the cashier said it was when I complained about the size. Tasted ok, but not great. Why do all fast food places lie on their commercials, just wish we could sue them for false advertising!

I likes this Jack In The Crack in particular cos its a couple blocks away from my house. There has been a couple deals for cheap like the big chicken sandwich combo for $ 4 that I’ve eaten a couple times. the munchie meal after 9pm is cool with the loaded chicken nuggets or brunch burger with the hash brown and fried egg. the service when I roll thru in the middle of the night is really quick and the young lady working the drive thru is hella chill and friendly, hooks it up too! sick of the soy meat tacos though.

I came to buy breakfast and I was been very polite, but let me tell you the cashier that took my order has the worse customer service I have ever experience at any jack in the box that I had visit in all my life. Her name is Johanna, I was there today at 11:30am.

Surprisingly, the Jumbo Breakfast Platter is freaking good! We happened to be in the area and was starving, so we just settled for JTB for something quick.
My bf and I shared the platter but I wished I had my own! The bacon was the right crispness, the hashbrowns were great, the sausage was nicely seasoned, the pancakes weren’t «flour-​y» and the eggs were decent!
I’m sure my hunger upped the taste factor too but I’m thinking this platter is better than McD’s!
The female employee had a great personality too.

I’m a huge JITB fan, and this place is one of the best. I have never had a bad experience at this drive through. It’s always clean, they’ve never gotten my order messed up, and are very friendly and chatty. The last time I went, I got a free shake because the lady before me didn’t want the whipped cream on top … so rather than trash it, she gave it to me. Very nice. I really don’t have a bad thing to say about this place.

I love coming to this Jack. The employees are NICE and has a personality. Maybe it’s the new Jack In The Box thing for customer service, whatever it is, its an experience that’s welcomed if you ask me. They always ask if everything was to my satisfaction and at first I was weirded out but now I kinda expect it and its great. Little comments like that puts a smile on my face and I think that’s what the PR folks are trying to get at. Make the customers feel welcomed and appreciated and we as customers will return. Great job Jack!
