I went in to get my under arms waxed on 11÷18÷15 around noon and i should have walked out when i seen the back room where they do the waxing and facials. It just seemed messy and unorganized the table had a furry blanket on it no paper over the table like most places have for sanitation and after she put the wax on my arm pit she dipped the same stick back in the wax warmer rather than using a small cup or another stick.
*Bottom Line*
Dont get any waxing done here they double dip the stick and the table you lay on only has a dirty blanket that doesn’t seem to get changed

I always come here to get my brows and lip done. and every time I go, I get great service and they do a great job. They’re always friendly and really nice. I come here so often that they know me by my name! Every person that’s done my threading has been good. I’ve also done their waxing and it’s great too. Though I prefer their threading better. I’ve been coming here for two years and I’m going to continue coming here! I’ve been to other places but none of them have as good as a price and service as them.

This place is terrible. Please go here if u want the middle of your eyebrow thicker than the tail end. The person was really nice but she took half thickness of my eyebrow and left my arch thick and hairy. She didn’t even trim the hairs on the back half of my eyebrow. Not to mention my eyebrows don’t even match. At all. I just paid and left because I was afraid she was going to butcher them some more.

Came here for eyelash extension and threading. Very convenient that it’s in my neighborhood and inside the Walmart. They offer great deals and coupons!
The eyelash extension was very cheap last about a week before having to refill. The staff is helpful and sweet!

I’ve been coming here for months and I never leave disappointed! Usually I come every 2 weeks but this time I waited a month so my brows can grow for prom, Falgu made my eyebrows AMAZING. Everyone keeps giving me compliments. And the staff is super nice and I never have to wait too long and she works fast yet well. Highly recommend!

Great place for a facial. The ladies here are friendly and know their stuff. The prices are affordable I paid $ 41 for an anti aging facial and my face glows like new. I would recommend this place for facials and will return again.

Love love this place!!. Honestly the best place to get your eyebrows done!.. won’t go anywhere else. Eyebrow threading is 8 or you can do your eyebrows and upper lip for 10 $.

I came in for eyebrow threading and ending up getting my lip threaded too since it was a 2 for $ 10 deal.
I’m very pleased with the results. My eyebrows are very clean and has a natural shape.
The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it was a little awkward. The whole process had that feeling. I think they need to be just a bit more friendly and inviting.
Other than that they’re good.

Urgh. I called and made an appointment for waxing so everything would be ready. First, when I called a man picked up and I had to make the appt. with him. Which was really uncomfortable for me. Then when I got there no one had told the sales associate so she did not know there was an appt. in the book. What was the point of me calling and making one then. Also, because they had not written it down in the appt. book she ran out of wax and they only have one wax heater so she had to finish with another wax. And she wasn’t very good and I have sensitive skin so I had bruising, redness, and irritation. This was not the first bad experience I had had either I had come once before for facial threading and I had to go home and wax the same area myself because she had missed so many hairs

Jaya has done a fantastic job on threading my eyebrows! I have been to several places and all I ended up with was uneven brows! But even as amazing as Jaya is, she can’t work alone! Last time I was there, she was all by herself, waxing a client in the back, answering calls, and greeting the customers as they walked in. To make business much better, a receptionist is needed at the front desk to greet all customers and potential clients, while the associates take care of the clients’ needs. Besides all of that, the prices are great and the location is perfect! Irene

Worst customer service ever! Had to pop in Walmart for a quick purchase and saw that Seva offered eyebrow threading. Seeing that both associates were free, my mom and I decided to give it a try. We walked in and told them we were interested in getting our eyebrow threaded. One of the associates told us to sign in at the counter and proceeded to sit down on a chair to have the other associate thread her chin! We stood at the counter for a couple of minutes; confused, since there was only an appointment book open and no sign in sheet in sight. Looking behind us… the 2 ladies were still busy threading chin hairs, mom and I decided to leave cause of the lack of customer service. Super unprofessional… just lost 2 paying customers!

I came here for an eyebrow threading and came out with great results.
However, the opening associate was 10 minutes late. I told her I just wanted an eyebrow threading but she also did an upper lip. I honestly do not like it when they do a service you did not ask for.
She ended up charging me $ 10 for both services.

I absolutely recommend Seva Beauty eyebrow threading to anybody who is looking for the quality of a 5 star salon without the time consuming and costly expense of one. It is conveniantly located and the staff is always so nice and welcoming. I have tried several different places to get my eyebrows done but I find myself coming back to Seva everytime because I know the quality will always be immaculate and you cant find a better price anywhere in town!

This place was horrible to say the least. My daughter walked out in tears after being humiliated by the women who threaded her eyebrows. My daughter was told in front of customers out loud that she was hairy and had dry skin and needed moisturizer. My daughter then told her that she had lupus and the rude woman continued to announce out loud how she needed her forehead threaded and how bad her skin was (dry) when my daughter clearly told her NO, she went ahead and threaded her forehead anyways. The following day my daughter had blisters on her forehead. Shame on you for having such disrespectful, inconsiderate workers. I should have known to send her here after my first bad experience but I believe in second chances and though maybe I had just had a bad experience. Never again!

They were fast, sloppy, and I came out with uneven brows. They overdid one of my brows where the tail of my brow is thin to almost nothing and the overall brow is thin. The other brow is noticeably a lot thicker and looks unfinished. The arches of both brows don’t even match. They then tried penciling in my eyebrows to sale me their products, but they were probably trying to hide their terrible work. Even penciling in my brows looked terrible. Very disappointed, hoping to grow out my missing brow and will be going to my normal place.
