I was hoping to get it quick and go. The minute i went up the front desk I knew it was a mistake coming here. There were at least 5 ppl in the front working. I waited a full 5 min before someone ask me if I was help. Then a lady that was just went through the drive through complain that her food was cold. I was getting nervous about my order. I order two sweet tea but it was not sweet at all. On top of that the container was almost empty. I told them and they say they will take care of it which they didn’t. Thank god the manager got me fresh one. She was the only thing that made the visit good. Oh and my food was cold too but I couldn’t complain I was running late

They messed up our order — left two things off and we had to go back and point it out and wait quite a bit for one of them. They definitely prioritize drive-​through orders. The women’s bathroom only has two stalls — crazy for a restaurant right off of Highway 99. The wait was really long. Would give one star but was very impressed with the cheeriness and great service of one of the cashiers — Lauralynn, I think? She really set an example, and watching her kept me positive even as I waited a away from my family for our missing item. Some people really try hard at their work, and it makes a big difference.

I go in every morning for the same thing and I’m guessing she was new but completely got my order wrong and she didn’t bother to fix it so I got food I didn’t order and it sucks cause I go in they’re at least 4 times a week now I’m done looks like I’ll go to Starbucks for breakfast now smh

This is by far one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. It took me over 30 minutes to get my food through the drive-​thru and all i ordered was a hamburger & smoothie!!! It took the girl three minutes to even greet me when I pulled up to the speaker & then she didn’t even get my order right!!! Then when I got to the window the girl who took my money didn’t even smile or apologize for the ridiculous wait time!!! Not only that she was wearing gloves so was she taking people’s money & making food at the same time??? Who knows! Point being this is a terrible excuse for a fast food place. I certainly hope the owner reads this & sees what a crappy job his employees do,

i had the pleasure here of being the first customer on a Friday morning. Uh huh. That“s correct. 5 am. First one in. Inside I found out that I probably will not be coming back here. Ive been before and have encountered flies. Flies in the dining room = double the amount back in the kitchen where the food is. So I’m placing my order, shooing the flies, and I notice the dining room is kinda messy, but they just opened. Dirty tables, wrappers on floor etc. So they didn’t clean it up the when they closed a few hours ago and now they are opening it dirty. Good practice. So I place my order and head on over to the soda fountain to get my drink and notice that the metal on the soda fountain area is totally soaked with sticky soda spots everywhere. Again, they just opened and I am the 1^st customer. Ok, gett’n the ice for my soda and I ALWAYS look at the ice coming out and I see something small and brown on one of the ice cubes. So I dump the ice, and go for a fresh batch of hopefully clean cubes, slowly surveying. Success this time. Now I’m looking to stick my cup under a nozzle and what I think I’m looking at on the metal part of the soda fountain behind the nozzles, is just spots of unwiped soda, but they are moving. Oh, its just an ANT LINE, AND THAT WAS PROBABLY A ANT ON MY ICE CUBE EARLIER. I‘told the cashier that there was a ant line that had formed on the soda machine and if he could get me a soda from the drive thru. He accepted the challenge, but made no attempt to take care of the insect problem in the dining room. Not even glance over at it. Its like it was a common problem they have known about for awhile, and just have a cavalier attitude about the whole thing now. They may have remodeled the outside of the restaurant, but they didn’t do anything inside. It doesn’t matter. Its all a big piece of shit. The restaurant. The lazyness. Gas station food served fancily. Not returning

I give them one star! Because after eating there me and my brother got food poisoning! Never eating there again!

Sitting in the drive thru waitin on my McFlurries & an employee on break comes out & sits on a bench in front of the drive thru window & starts smoking. The stench is all thru my mini van & to complain some more– I actually sat in the drive thru long enough to suffer her entire cigarette.

Well i really don’t know why all the reviews are bad for this McDee’z, but as for ME, i had an awesome experience today starting from the time i walked in and was actually greeted from across the way by the person that would end up taking my order at the counter.
As i stand in line i overhear the guy in front of me place his order that would actually only come up to be like $ 2 and change in total but when the person at the register tells him the total is $ 23. his face just drops and asks how come it’s that much, well the guy behind the counter then tell him that it’s because $ 3 is for the food and the $ 20 is for his raise cuz he’s due for it for having great customer service LMFAO so i laugh and then the guy ordering laughs also.
Its my turn at bat and i order the usual, 2for $ 3 sausage egg and cheese muffins (protein baby) just take 2 buns off and put it all together Muahahahaha and a large diet coke (sugar free ;)) so he then tell me my total i pay and guess what i got from the guy! I got a souvenir yeiiiiiii well according to him that’s what i got but it was actually my receipt lol he tells me as he hands me my change «oh and you also get this pretty cool souvenir just for stopping by» and we both laugh and i say wow thank you kindly and we both wish a good day.
Now this might sound like a 20 min visit just at the counter from beginning to end but this all took only 3 minutes from the time i walked in to the time i got my food, can you believe that! Now they do have a lot of employees there but the service was very pleasant and of course i got my protein meal hahahaha.
So there you have it peeps, 5 stars.

Ok Prison Town, why does it take 10 minutes in a fast food restaurant to get a cup of coffee to go?
I just don’t get it! I also will not stop here again.
