Boot World

We drove all the way down to Chula from north San Diego because we were looking for a certain brand of boot. I called, I told the woman who answered the phone what boots I was looking for, and she told me they had them. When we got there, we were informed that they don’t carry the brand. Total waste of time. We decided to look around, and one of the employees helping us didn’t seem to know where anything was (we were looking at steel toe boots, and she said they were non-​steel toe) Very disappointing.

This girls were rude from when we came in they made very bad comments infront of me and my company, im guessing it was close to closing and one made a face saying «omg they all came together? nooo i dont want i want to home already“very unwelcoming and rude! There was one girl who was unlike those others but ill never be back horrible service

Great selection of steel toe boots for women, compared to other places. Vanessa was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful by providing information about the various choices and helped me make my decision. I will definitely recommend this location.

Visited this location during a trip to San Diego to see a friend that needed work boots:
Pros: A decent amount of boots and the customer service is OK.
Cons: Limited business hours and would benefit to have work pants/​gear.

Well I had to write this the next day to stay professional.
I went in to the Chula Vista Boot World in Chula Vist on Palomar ST with my husband on 3−25−13 after a long day at work to change my work shoes that came apart after on week. (50.00 shoes) And the cashier was the rudest person I have ever met. My husband said I need to change the shoes of my wife and she looked dead in my eyes and said where do you work with a sarcatic exspression. tapping pen on desk, talking down and obviously not happy at work. I answered Housekeeping she said I have never saw this before and started to look at us with disbelief well after her banging pen on desk and talk over us and treat us like we stold the shoes.
I had enough and told her that her customer service was bad she even banged the heal of the shoe saying we could not exchange again. She said do you understand??? Like OMG her attitude was terrible. She has a negitive inviorment and not sure why she would be able to work with out supervision but not my issue. My only issue is that as a customer and as a manager of a big chain hotel she would not be able to have that service any where else. With so many people looking for work??? I dont want anything for free I just wanted the managment to know that she is not using the skills she was probaly trained to use.
Sincerly not happy customer.

Spent over 100usd, treated me like I was not even buying anything. I said can I have the dansko, the lady kept on doing other things. Please I rather go to midway location. they help no matter if you buy or not.

Its getting colder outside and slipping your feet into a nice and comfortable pair of sheepskin shoes is the thing to do apparently.
I’ve seen people wear these boots year round. Wintertime or summertime, people in SD know how to keep it fashionable. This shop has a wide range of boots. Uggs in a variety of colors and designs.
I went in today and looked around… compared prices and what not. The workers were helpful and told us the difference between Ugg brands and the other similar products.
Uggs can be pricey… but you pay for the quality… if thats too much for ya… they always got cheaper brands such as EMU.
So there ya go ladies… Boot World is the spot… go and get your UGG on!
