Buffalo Wild Wings

I don’t why everyone is complaining about this location. I seem to have a good experience every time I decide to come and get wings. Drinks are always filled and our orders come out always in a timely matter. I have no to complain about! Other than the parking of course. You’ll see when you get there!

Get your shit together! 20 min wait time for wings to go. 40 minutes later only part of our order is ready, we should have just eaten here. At least we would have already eaten. Annoyed, Hungry and irritated. What do you get when you complain? All they say is we are waiting on the wings. No shit l, or else we would have left already.

This review is for take out I usually dine in. But this time my son wanted to eat at home. We had 12 wings and kids meal. 4 of the wings were just half of piece. It was missing most of the meat. They bearly added any sauce. And the kids mini corn dogs were a little burnt.

So last night I took the family out to dinner and I wanted to try something new of their new menu. I had the buffalo chicken mac-​n-​cheese and it was horrible. The chicken was dry, the noodles were crunchy and should have been cooked longer. The chicken was very bland. Since the name said buffalo chicken, I would have thought the chicken would have had some flavor, but it was terrible. I don’t recommend that dish. The server was hard to understand too.

All I have to say about this place is EXCELLENT! Best service and great food. My server’s name was Brenda and she was Amazing!!! Super nice and just great overall! Two Thumbs up! I absolutely recommend this place.

My sister and I walked in to buy sauces at this location and we were helped by Brianna at the front counter. My sister and I were so undesisive on which ones to get, so Brianna asked us if there was any we would like to try. She wrote down the ones we wanted and had a guy (captain) named Christian come and give us samples of different sauces. Just my over all experience was great, they were both super friendly and helpful although we were there just to get sauces… Thank you so much Brianna and Christian! We always come to eat here and get good service, but you 2 went out of your way to help us and make us feel welcome.

We went here with my brother in-​law because we wanted to mix things up a bit. We were very disappointed.
— We were told we couldn’t replace the mushrooms in the sampler, even though we didn’t want it. Just give us some more of the cheap deep fried chips or something.
— My wife’s chicken in her salad was cold.
— The meals came before our appetizers, which we usually get before… right?
— The wings were lackluster. The spicy garlic sauce was really quite bland and the dry meat didn’t help it out.
— I got a philly, which was alright. It was not my favorite though.
— My brother in-​law got a wrap and said that Subway had better quality even.
— The service was… ok. It was New Year’s Eve and they did seat us quickly. The biggest concern is that all the servers were just huddled up the whole time talking. I understand it’s New Years Eve, but you are still being paid.
Overall, I won’t be coming back. Too expensive for less then mediocre food and service.

Always great service and food is good. Best happy hour in town and servers are very friendly and care to make sure you are happy. Excellent bartender and good atmosphere. Love the tacos and wings always!

They have really come a long way with the service. Food has continually been good and I keep coming back for more.

Was enjoying a simple day off. I decided to stop in a make an attempt to grab a bite. Mercedes was horrible with customer service she was rude, not customer savy! She throw the pen as she walked away. Katie the manger was rudely siding on her employee versus looking at it from a customer service side ! I was disappoint and loss my respect and taste from Buffalo Wild Wings especially after Katie and Mercedes !

I have been to this location several times and decided to do a review on this location because the service is usually pretty bad. I also did the blazing challenge here and they claim that the record is 54 seconds. I am not an expert speed eater but the supposed record is ridiculous. If you don’t beat that record you have to pay for the blazin wings regardless if you beat in the allotted time. If that doesn’t sound rigged I don’t know what else to tell you. Good luck eating here on a game or a fight night because they will be under staffed and ill equipped to keep up with the service demand. I hope this was helpful.
p. s. The Fatburger next door has better wings for a better price.

Came here for dinner on Wednesday night. I had previously visit this location and thought the food was delicious. Completely opposite experience this time around.
When seating I asked the hostess for a both she looked around saying they didn’t have one available with really bad attitude rolling her eyes, when there was one actually available behind her and she went ahead and sat a couple waiting there instead.
We placed our order and asked the server to please make sure to bring us a side of ranch with our food. Food came and no ranch, I asked him for the side of ranch again and he said sorry I will bring it… 30min later no Ranch and we had to ask again, by then our food was cold. Worse service ever. Will try other locations in the future even if this is close to my home.

Came in during Monday night football and it was packed with football fans. They said they werent sure how long the wait would be and didn’t want to promise anything so we decided to wait a few minutes. There were many empty tables and we only waited five minutes.
Alden was our server and she was very sweet and kept checking up on us. I really enjoyed her. She explained the sauces and told us about happy hour and everything. She was very patient and knowledgeable of the menu as well.
I ordered chicken tenders and my friend ordered the boneless and regular wings. The garlic Parmesan sauce is to die for. The hot is pretty hot but still pretty good but I’d recommend the mild. I’ll definitely get the boneless wings instead of chicken tenders next time. The fries are excellent but I wish they gave me a bit more! Food rating– 4 stars. Service– 5 stars

I love chicken wings. I think they’re wonderful. They can be a appetizers, a meal or a snack. So as a lover of a good chicken wang I wasnt the biggest fan of buffalo wild wings. For one it gets crazy crowded when a game is going on. Me and my coworkers headed there after work while a charger game was on. We waited an hour for a table. I had my after work hunger too so it felt like 2 hours. The manager did walk past asking each party who was waiting if everything was fine. One of the girls in our group told him we’ve been waiting for an hour. We were seated shortly after.
I only ordered 10 bone in wings and drank a water and my bill came up to 13 something. The wings were alright, not bad but not the best I’ve had. I thought maybe a 13 dollar wing combo could come with some fries atleast or a breadstick. I think this isnt exactly a place to go if you’re just trying to grab dinner. Maybe I would’ve enjoyed it more if I was there to hang and watch the game.
When we did finished eating the manager came by to check on us again and I guess we weren’t convincing in telling him we were fine because 10 minutes later he came back with a complimentary ice cream and chocolate cake slice for us to share. All in all I guess I wouldn’t mind coming back, but I definitely won’t be the person who suggest it.

I am a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. I went to my first one a couple years ago in Vegas and always made it a point to eat there when I was in Sin City. I later found the Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta then visited one in VA while on vacation. I was so stoked to hear that BW3’s was coming to my city.
What a huge let down. The music was so loud, I could not enjoy my family’s company. You might as well go and feel as if your eating alone because you wont be striking up any conversations. Our waitress even yelled to us that she’s lost her voice twice since started there.
My food, Spicy Garlic Boneless Wings, (which I only get everytime I go there), were so freagin dry and hard. I had to reorder them because I had a hard time sticking my fork in them. The second order wasnt that great either. Unfortunately my wifes wings had the same problem and they didnt come back any better the second time around either.
Unfortunately I will be attending them again because I love BW3’s and have such high hopes for them. I pray that this was just some full moon weird funk that they went through tonight.

A cool place to hangout and enjoy cold beers and watch sports. Great food from appetizers, salad, combos, burgers, chicken wangs from hot, wild, regular. Laid back atmosphere. This location is by Chula Vista mall.

Well, we thought we’d give this Chula Vista Centre location a try again, even though the last trip was a bit lackluster. Wow. Not much of an improvement. Worse, actually. This B Dubs is in dire need of a Bar Rescue visit. We were greeted, although not warmly, by a bored-​looking young man who looked like he really wanted to be somewhere else. Although we were seated immediately, I was taken aback by the not-​so-​clean table and greasy menus. Our server Mark was actually a cut above, and is the only reason I didn’t assign the Single Star of Death. Mark was efficient, polite to a fault and kept drinks filled on a very proactive basis. Good job, Mark. Other than that? My wings, which were ordered with the Chipotle Dry Rub, were tough, over-​cooked and… HAD FREAKING FEATHER SPINES sticking out everywhere. Nasty. Just nasty. My daughter’s ribs were tough and not tasty, and the wife’s Cuban Sandwich was bland and seemed microwaved. Management– You’ve got a problem in the kitchen. This food was prepared poorly and without care. Also, a negative on the TV selection– These guys have satellite, which means no locals. Couldn’t see the Oregon-​Michigan State game since it was on ABC. Weak. Anyway, with food like that and cleanliness on the sticky side, I won’t be going back to this mediocre location anytime soon. B Dubs is a great franchise with a cool business model, but it’s definitely not being implemented properly here.

Por desgracia es muy cierto lo de las reviews acerca de la mala atención, de lo tardado que puede ser el ir a estas alitas (hay que ir con tiempo libre) refiriendome a la atencion .como que los jóvenes que trabajan allí están a la fuerza o no les interesa su trabajo así que ignoran a la gente (ellos estan felices siempre platicando entre ellos) ya he ido como 4 veces (a mi hijo le fascinan esas alitas y es el lugar mas cercano) y todas las veces ha sido igual :$ las alitas están muy buenas y no puedo decir que dejare de ir porque… pues a mi hijo le gustan mucho :$ y a mi tambien.

Not much of a fan. i prefer wings & things. My guy friends love this place which is the only reason i come here. I can never finish my food.
I a big fan of parmesean chicken wings, but the way this place makes it, its not the same. i was disappointed. I would come back to try other wings on their menu though :)

Went here with some family on a weekday for dinner… There were tons of open tables at the time, but we still waited several minutes for a table to be ready for us…
Our server was friendly. We ordered within a few minutes and everything was brought out within a decent timeframe. Our drinks were kept full.
For apps, I tried their soft baked pretzel. Yummy! They came hot, with that salty pretzel taste dipped in some cheese sauce. Has a hint of a honey mustard taste to it too.
My kid had a slider from the kids menu. I gave it a taste, and I have to say their burger patties had a great flavor and super juicy…
I ordered a salad, I was a little disappointed about… It was an asian salad with chicken… The chicken was grilled, but had a super spicy sauce on it, i coulda done without it, since it also came with dressing… It also was just a bunch of lettuce, nothing fancy or unique…
If you come for the wings, they do have a ton of different flavors and sauces (wet and dry) to try… I’ve had them before, but it’s been a while. And hubby didn’t share with me this time. LoL…
Definitely not the place to go if you are health conscience!
Connected to CV mall. Lots of parking, but it can be busy!..
