New York Buffalo Wings & Ribs

Service A, increased to A+ when the owner came to our table to ask how our food tasted and if we were satisfied. You do not usually get this type of attentiveness anymore at smaller food locations.
The Buffalo Fries were great. It is my go to plate here. A small is more than enough to put me in a coma. A must if you are a fan of both buffalo wings and carne asada fries. A really smart fusion.
I also ordered the BBQ strips to try a different flavor. A small late night snack to take home. Great choice, very tasty.
This place is a great alternative to the larger chains.

i had the lemon pepper wings and they were cooked welll however didnt like how they gave me mostly flat pieces. the baby back ribs taste like they were boiled. i guess i was i was expecting a grilled flavor

Not much to say other than Buffalo Fries and Lemon pepper fries are ridiculously delicious and the portion sizes are huge. Wings n Things Buffalo Fries has nothing on NYBW&R Buffalo Fries.

This place is Amazing! The reason we come back is for the customer service that the owner Adrian gives us really makes us feel welcomed. Tonight’s food was delicious the cook that was here tonight cooked my wraps perfect!!! It’s becoming a weekly thing to come out and have dinner with my family at New York buffalo wings!!! You need to try the chicken wraps and the chicken chipotle fries!!! And you also get a free ice cream for dessert!!!

The owner there is a sweetheart! Such a humble man you can tell he’s all about his business. Food was good as always! Definitely recommend this place!!!

Love the Buffalo chicken salad combo! $ 7.99 for a huge salad, loaded with wings in your choice of sauce with fresh outta the oven breadsticks… plus… real blue cheese dressing … all accompanied by free refills when you purchase a drink… aaannnd all alonng with timely service. What else could you want? Oh yes! They’re adding wine and beer to the menu :)

The customer service is awesome! Stephanie, the cashier, always has a smile on her face is to help 100%! We love the Buffalo Chipotle fries. They have amost replaced carne asada fries and have most definitely become my guilty sin.

My husband and I love this place. We like to bring our kids and have a family dinner. With a family of 5, ordering a family meal comes out pretty affordable. We love the food and the chicken is not overly breaded, lots of meat.
The manager is very friendly and customer driven. Thank you to Maggie Muro, she is always so nice and helpful when we come in. We will definitely continue coming here to eat and recommend it :)!

Well this review is strictly based on the service and serve time. Placed a to-​go order at 8:33 and here I am at 8:55 still waiting on my food and it really isn’t busy at all. 10 wings and a half slab… I think I could have cooked this myself in this time. I think at one point they forgot my order all together considering the cook was asking me what I was waiting for.
I hope the food is worth the wait but if this is what I have to look forward to in the future, I’ll likely take my business down the street to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Just had lunch here, I can honestly say it was pretty delicious. Coming here for a concert from LA. This place exceeded my expectations!

So it looks like the chill spot for the employees was the kitchen the cashiers were hanging in the kitchen area eating fries the cooks doing the same thing. While having a long conversation. Making my buffalo fries while eating it. Cashier not very friendly. No customer service what so ever.

It was my first time at this spot during a work day on my lunch and I had let the cashier know i was new to the franchise… you would think that because she knew this info she would be on top of my service but she literally printed the receipt at 12:54 pm and I got my food at 1:24 so that was exactly 30 min later and when I let her know how much time I had been waiting she totally said «no it hasn’t» that’s when I showed her the receipt and she had the dumbest look on her face. point is this place sucks good job lady. It’s all your fault.

This place is really good, I normally tend to go to wings n things but i figured i would give this place a shot after my best friend kept raving about their buffalo chipotele fries and boy was I surprised. They were really good and the chicken wasnt too breaded like most other places that do boneless chicken wings. I would recommened anyone to come and check this place out especially if you’re in the area.

Great Customer Service!!! Was there Yesterday night and had the rack of ribs which was excellente! Supersuper clean! One of the employees who stood out (and wasnt sure if he was a supervisor or manager) was Adrian he was very attentive with our group of 6. Was very patient explaining the sauces since it was the first time for two of our friends! One of the best experiences Ive ever had in this chain of fast food wings. Deffinitely coming to this location again!
Sidenote: place is very small, maybe not good for very large groups.
Other than that, everything is perfect!

The chipotle sauce is what makes this place. Without it, it would be any other chicken joint. Quality of food is comparable to wings and things. More flavors. And they have chipotle chicken fries. Pretty dam good!

It has been a couple months since I’ve been here, so they may have fixed some of the issues.
55¢ card fee, while other locations charge 35¢.
Menu setup is weird. No list of wing flavors up near the menu/​register where you’re actually ordering. I had to turn around and go back to the front door to look at wing flavors.
Ordered fries and salad.
They cooked the fries first, then noticed they were out of the flavor I wanted for the chicken on my salad. Asked me to wait while they went to the store. I was already hesitant because he was going to drive to the store, grab ingredients, stand in line, drive back, still have to cook food… I estimated 20 minutes at an absolute minimum. So I asked for my money back and the employees said, «but we already made the fries…»
I had to remind them that the fries would be sitting for who knows how long while another guy went to the store (at least 20 minutes?) so which they replied, «oh yeah…»
I hope they get it together because I’ve seen how deep people go into debt trying to franchise places like this…

When this place first opened, it was such a hot commodity because of the buffalo chicken fries. Basically, they’re fries topped off with pieces of buffalo chicken and buffalo sauce. It’s an «American» version of carne asada fries, if you will.
The buffalo chicken fries are about the only thing I’ve tried here, so I don’t know how their burgers or fries taste. I’m assuming the wings are good because the buffalo chicken in the fries are, but that’s boneless. All in all, the buffalo chicken fries won’t disappoint – they’re very filling.
The space is not too big, and the customer service is subpar.
