They will not honor online prices. I bought some items online and at the end of the transaction it gave me the option to check out at the store… so I decided to go to the store to avoid waiting for shipping… when I got to the store these people gave me a really bad attitude, like I was asking for stuff for free and they would not honor the prices online, they said they did not have the items… when I pointed that they did have the items(I pointed them out in their display cabinets) they responded by saying that they would not give it to me at that online price. They really need to get their stuff straight with their corporate office or something, the lady called«Maggie» is a hater… people need to be fired at this store, it incredible This is the worst jewelry store I’ve ever been in… worst customer service ever!

I would like to tell of a problem I am having with this jewelry place. My fiancé and I made the decision to get a ring that totaled to around $ 3000 in January. $ 1500 was put onto a Synchrony credit card and the remaining balance was put on a Daniel’s account. We were told that we would not be charged any interest ATALL if we paid off our balances within the first year. I have since then noticed that they are charging me interest as well as some type of insurance that l never authorized. I have attempted to call a customer service number that I never get through to speak with someone and I called another number and was immediately connected with someone only to be told that I would have to call the other number back because that line only deals with delinquent accounts. When I informed the woman that I had been trying to call that number on several different occasions she told me that they were short-staffed so basically that I just had to keep calling until I got lucky. I get countless calls and mail from these people attempting to get me to buy more jewelry from them, but I am never able to speak with anyone when I have an issue? I am beyond outraged at the poor customer service and misleading information that I have received. I would strongly suggest that anyone who is considering purchasing a ring here NOT to do so. I believe you would be better of going elsewhere.
