Starbucks

They have a line out the door, only one person at the register and one person making beverages. I would have left but I ordered and paid in advance via the app.

It doesn’t surprise me that this Starbucks has fewer stars than most I went there last week and got a coffee and they gave me the wrong one in the manager was really rude about it when I called and try to get a correction.
I guess that they think that their coffee is so good that they can ignore repeat customers.
I still love Starbucks I’ll just look for a new location to get my coffee

I asked for a water cup and I had no problem waiting. The cashier named «miguel» was like «okay it’ll be a minute» and I had no problem waiting a couple minutes I was in no rush. But I just wanted to make sure they didn’t forget it cause it’s just water. Ya know. So I politely asked the barista making the drinks again, and she got offended right away. And put my drink in a hot cup. Dude what the heck? (I used to be a barista for starbucks and ice drinks are supposed to be in the plastic cups) Never had a problem asking for water before at starbucks until now. Idk if the barista was having a bad day but come on dude I just asked for water and I just wanted to double check it was forgetten. Not coming back here anymore for a damn water cup

Just went in about 30 min ago… worst service ever!!! Rude ass faces, didn’t even ask my name… I ordered 1 mocha peppermint frap, cold tea, 1 bagel and 1 cheese Crossant… so I hear at register «1 cheese danish» than on other side «1 baguel» my husband got them. than we realized our drinks were ready on the other side of counter. wtffff
No: Good morning, no: have a great day. nothing…
3 employees there: 2 girls and 1 dude. all with a rude ass face, no smile, with a look like «shit, I hate my job, I hate people!!»
See yahhh… u just lost 2 customers. u probably don’t give a shit! But ohh well. .
Manager:check who was at that shift… you shouldn’t have employees with such a negative ass attitude… won’t be back!!!
I believe you have cameras. take a look at how bad the service is and how attitudes need to be fixed!

I work ems and when I went in yesterday w/​my partner and received a 911 call response before we had a chance to get our order. Lucky the day after when we went in the store manager was thoughtful enough to save our cups w/​our names on them so she remembered us and was more then happy to make our orders ! Now that’s great service !! We appreciated it and the friendliness too… it’s no wonder she’s management ! My latte was yummy.

Eh this place… is not for me. One they are talkative to each other. Everyone the costumers let’s talk about the shoes we have on our feet. Seriously girls? Can’t you wait till the end? Oh not only that I got my order after 3 people that ordered after me… and what did a buy a flipping CARMEL VENTO FRIPP the hell? Why did my 1 drink take them 3 people who ordered after me a long ass time?

We’ll, what can I say? It’s a Starbucks. We’ll, let me just say, I like the design of this one. There are multiple power strips along a bar like table at the windows. So, there is no one «fighting» over plugs so to speak. The staff is very personable and quick to help out with getting you the right drink.

I just moved down the street from this location and I hate that I hate coming here.
80% of the time I deal with a barista who seems mad at the world, or someone who moves so slowly that I want to go back there and make the drink myself.
Maybe I’m spoiled by the location in Santee by my work — they’re amazing. I will gladly commute to Santee before getting my morning coffee here.

This is a smaller starbucks. As such, their stock or merchandise and coffee are smalled than other stores. The staff is nice. They are usually busy as they are located in the mall.
If you are looking for a place to hang out, this probably isn’t it. Look across the street at the freestanding starbucks. But if you want coffee to go, this can provide.

Last Saturday May 3^rd, I opened up a bag of french roast and this komodo dragon bag been waitng to try and my coffee grinder went out. I went over to the Starbucks at the mall and ordered a blueberry muffin and explained to the barista what happened. To my surprise, he said they cant grind the coffee because it was open. I would have understood if they had a full shop and it was busy, but there were two baristas there and a customer was sitting at a table at 08:00am. Good customer service was have ground the coffee in one bag and politely say that next time they couldnt do that. Very disappointing way to start the morning… left him with blueberry muffin in hand and took my business elsewhere… peace out!!!

Came on a Sunday and it was very busy. The young man that took the order was very polite and profeasiinal but the woman that made the drink, her name was Rose, didn’t properly identify the drink as a vanilla bean frap with caramel so someone else picked it ip. My drink had liquid all over the lid. Another man had his drimk go missing as well.

This is a smaller sized location.
Great place to relax whilst the rest of the family is shopping. Since it is an outdoor shopping center there are other places to get your food and come back and take a seat after ordering your favorite espresso beverage.
The service was fast and my café Americano was prepared just the any I like it, Why not five stars? I am a fan and nothing grabbed me about the place to merit a five.
Do not get me wrong, nothing is wrong with the service or the place it is just not a five. I guess I am not a regular so the extra service is not to be expected :)

This Starbucks is a very busy one located at the Chula Vista Center. I stopped in after dinner next door at the new Project Pie for and pick me up, via an Americano an a slice of Very Berry Berry Coffee Cake. (

The Americano was strong, but went done smoothly and came hot! Very hot I may add. The Very Berry Coffee Cake was warmed and tasted good. The berries inside were no doubt noticeable and tasted very good. (
) The exterior sugary crust was a little crusty and sugary. I did expect a little more from the crust, but it was okay. (
)
The service was good here, even with the crowds and small work space, they have to deal with. They got my espresso and cake out in pretty good time and with a smile.
