Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt

The yogurt is good, but my 5 stars is for the service. I didn’t catch a name, but the young gentleman working this afternoon −1÷27÷16 @ 3:45pm was so sweet and attentive — excellent customer service. Kudos to you (whoever you are:)

Their frozen yogurt tastes really good. I love the chocolate, and the mango was also very good. They have a few tables inside and outside. The outdoor seating at this particular place is very nice, because just outside the restaurant, is a nice pond with lots of koi and turtles.

They now rotate a variety of unique favors. Customer service is now always excellent.

Great frozen yogurt. Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. Salted caramel is soooo good! Delicious treat without destroying the diet! Reasonably priced. Store is very clean. Easy to park. Friendly and fast service. Love this place!

This place is in an adorable little shopping center that has a bridge you are able to walk over with turtles and koi fish directly underneath. The assortment of flavors is always fresh and the employees are very nice and welcoming.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Customer service in on point. Clean facility with extremely professional staff. Ms. Chris is awesome. Super friendly and she makes you feel as if you were going there since you were a child.
We need more family oriented places like this in Otay Ranch!

Golden Spoon has the best frozen yogurt in San Diego! There’s a wide variety of tasty flavors, which have a creamy rich texture, while being non and low fat. The superb service is efficient and friendly!

The tall dark guy named Tre gave my family the best first visit possible! We will be coming in every Tuesday from now on.

Horrible customer service, asked a simple question if we could get toppings on my sons order, cashier got upset and gave us m&ms as toppings which I didn’t request, my son wanted gummy bears, he responded in very aggravated and condescending tone, my wife was embarrassed by the scene cashier was making, I had to remain quiet pay the amount and leave with items not wanted or even napkins provided, in fact we didn’t even receive a receipt. Never coming back,

Great place for Froyo if you’re in the Eastlake Area. Its great to go here in the day time because outside there is a bridge over a turtle pond. Its location is great as well because you could go shopping, grocery shopping, or heading here for dessert. They have many flavor choices and plenty of mix ins to choose from. I love coming here and they give you free stamp cards that you could use to rack up points!

Golden spoons in eastlake is the main yogurt shop my family goes to. They have a great variety of flavors but can also be stingy on the toppings.
The customer service is a hit and miss. There are many times when the people who work there are rude and just wants you to order fast and leave, but there are a few workers who are actually pleasant.
Overall, it is still a good place to grab some yogurt with the family.

Their products are delicious and they have a good rewards program. My only problems with this place are that the flavor options are limited and that it is not self serve.

Looked up self served yogurt and this place popped up but it’s not self served. The tall, dark young man who served us was a bit rude when we asked for samples and to add additional topping to our yogurt. I also don’t understand why they don’t put the waffle cone in the paper bowl. He just gave us the waffle bowl with a paper napkin and the waffle bowl had a hole in the bottom causing the yogurt to leak through the napkin and all over my car. Won’t be coming back

I am a mother of 3 beautiful girls and two of them have food allergies. Once my daughter told Ariel she had food allergies she got the toppings that were not on display to be on the safe side that they weren’t contaminated with nuts. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I drive past three different fro-​yo spots for golden spoon! It’s just so good. I always receive excellent service from everyone and they are always patient when my kids figure out what they want.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here. Glad I came back today, I didn’t know that Tuesday’s are double stamp days. I only came here though because my daughter just got her age 4 immunization shots. Boy was she upset! So I promised her I’d take her for some ice cream afterwards, now she’s not mad at me anymore! I guess some froyo with some rainbow sprinkles will make you forget about all your troubles!

I like this setup for my Froyo. No self service, prices for each size and pay for add-​ins. The self serve is too nasty with people dirty Hans touching everything. Service was really good here. I had a large Peanut butter cup with caramel and butterfinger pieces. The lady layered in the toppings into my bowl! Love it! She also gave me a lid to act as base for my Froyo in case it dripped. Nice touch. Froyo was really good — will be back!

I love me some creamy frozen yogurt and Golden Spoon with its amazing yogurt flavors and service sure hit the spot, in more ways than one.
I came in after having lunch at the new Filippi’s Pizza Grotto, I had dessert via a small container with vanilla bean and salted caramel topped with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup (
). Both flavors were great, with the vanilla bean’s mild flavor and salted caramel’s stronger rich flavor, but I was the cold creaminess of both flavors that caught my attention (
). This frozen yogurt is very well prepared, some of the best I have ever had, and no wonder it the place is called the «Golden Spoon.» In addition, the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup crumbles were outstanding and added not only great peanut butter and chocolate flavor, but added great texture as well (

What earns this place the final star to make five all the way, is the great customer service provided my Fiona. From the moment I walked in, the was in great spirits, warm, and very welcoming. I noticed as I over enjoyed my frozen yogurt, that she treated ever customer with the same respect. Well done indeed…
