Went there today and was pleasantly surprised. They have 3 driving bays and one for putting. Prices are good; $ 15 for an hour, $ 5 for club rental. Had a blast and still got money in my pocket. Highly recommend!

Wow! After finishing up a job in Rancho Del Rey, I called ahead for a half hour appointment to try out the technology and see exactly how far I hit. Rodrigo was great and rented me a full set of clubs to try my hand at. He even let me warm up first for ten minutes before starting my half hour. He also walked me through the amazing and super comprehensive tracking technology. I was excited with half an hour to whack an unlimited supply of golf balls. I tried a few practice swings with a driver off a tee(Rodrigo gave me a few since I literally had brought no golf gear of any kind). The trajectory, angle of each shot came up on the huge screen in real time. It was awesome! It felt just as great as the local driving range, except the sun wasn’t beating down on me and the wind didn’t pick up when I worked up a sweat to freeze me. Everything was awesome until I saw exactly how far my driving shots were going… I tried the irons and pitching wedge… everything seemed like it usually does. I went back to the driver… and I think Impact should start a support group. I managed to get over 200 yards a few times! Illusions shattered! But the crazy thing is I can’t wait to go back and get better :)

Impact Driving Range is where every serious/avid golfer needs to go. Equipped with Foresight Sports GC2 Monitors, golfers are able to dial in club yardages, test their various club configurations/balls, and see what kind of numbers(clubhead speed, ball speed, spin, etc) they are producing. I called on Thursday morning and booked a 7pm session. When I arrived, the manager/owner(I’m terrible with names, I think he said Rolando) was extremely helpful and provided first class service. He had the back left bay setup for me. He explained how to use the system and answered all my questions. After allowing me to warm up(how cool is that, time doesn’t start till you’re warmed up) I proceeded to bang balls for the next hour, learning everything I wanted to know about my swing and equipment. — 3 Hitting Bays and a Putting Green(based on what I recall seeing and the photos I took) — Good quality mats(they do move a little) — A+ Customer Service — Great value($ 15 for my hour session) — Good environment with a gym next door(shared wall) — Foresight Sports GC2 Monitors were extremely accurate(comparable to the numbers I produced the next day on TrackMan at the Ely Callaway Performance Center) I will be back to further dial in my clubs and to demo various balls for performance.

Impact is a great place to practice and dial in club distances for your next round. As well as to see when using the face tracking where on the club face you’re hitting the ball, swing path, and face angle. I just wish they were a lil closer to my house.

Simply amazing! The service was«on par» or should I say 3 under! Lol. They helped me with the hour session and stayed with me to explain every detail of my swing. I felt like I was a friend and it was a very enjoyable experience on the simulated driving range. They had snacks so I got some cheetos and an Arizona tea. I live right here in eastlake and I’m so glad I don’t have to drive to mission valley anymore to get my swing up to speed with the computer tracking guides.
