Super mal servicio… el pollo malo y todo mal presentado, pedí servicio a domicilio y una vez me cobraron un taxi libre para que me trajera el pollo y además dos horas después y frío… y otro día no me dieron complementos puro aderezo para el pure… por que se equivocaron y asta que llegue a casa me pude dar cuenta de su error… no le daría ni una estrella

I ordered an eight piece meal at the KFC drive thru on Medical Center Drive in Chula Vista, I specifically asked the staff for 4 plates with fork and spoon and didn’t get it. I even reminded the staff at the pick up window. Not really happy about the mediocre service. 3 stars

I don’t get why this place has such negative reviews.
Friday my kid and I stopped in after a dr appointment. Terry was such a nice lady throughout our visit. This is rare in fast food! She made my kid smile after the day she went through, which is a plus in my book! The food was decent, and service was great. In previous drive thru experiences, service was great as well and workers always had a smile on.
We’ll make the drive this way again if we get her as a cashier again.

I will never go back!
The service is consistently bad and the food is not much better. I recently visited and presented a coupon after mentioning it at the ordering mic. The woman seemed very bothered by the fact that I was using a coupon.
I attempted to submit comments via their website and only experienced time out errors. Oh well, at least I have this forum to warn other consumers!

Good KFC.
Food is always hot and fresh (have had issues at other chicken places), whether dine-​in or DT, service is consistent and above average, and they handle requests in a friendly manner and execute well (i.e. questions about specials, custom orders, extra sauces and/​or napkins). All in all, that is what I want out of a FF place… and they deliver.

I had the new hot shot 6pc meal with potatoes wedges and a soda for $ 3.99 .My hubby got original meal (2pc, 2sides and soda) for $ 5.99. Everything was really good. Clean restaraunt.

Today I went to get something for a quick turn around and get back and feed my son before the NBA game. I ordered a delicious sand which and the lady told me it be 5 minutes. I said that was fine. I then paid my meal and was told to go up front. I said really and the lady said yes. So I pulled out front. 10, 15, 20 and 30 minutes rolled by. I finally had enough and turned my truck off and unbuckled my son out of his car seat. Went in and the lady at the drive in window looked at me and said shit. As they were finally filling my order the guy and the lady were smirking like it was funny. I was heated and f-​bombs flowed as I saw their reaction. Totally don’t recommend this place.

Ok this is a new review I got rid of my other one. Tho I’m more a Popeyes chicken guy. I do like other items at KFC. The chicken littles are good for a quick snack, get 2. The popcorn chicken is very good & there chicken pot pie is feeling & good you can never go wrong with that.
And I got to admit the customer service here is for the most part very good & fast & friendly & the store is clean. There DT is pretty fast that’s good when your in a hurry.

Jessica the manager is an horrible customer service agent. She doesn’t understand the need of customer and is so rude and unprofessional. I will never go to this location until I m alive. I wouldn’t go if I were you either

On some random occasions, I remember being treated by my parents with a Chicken Little as a kid and it’s kinda cool that they’ve made a comeback after being on a temporary hiatus for a couple years :) I like going through the drive-​thru at this particular location because they’ve always given me great service when I’m in a hurry. Also, they are always friendly! This time the new KFC GO-​GRAB Cup caught my eye and I ended up ordering the Chicken Little with potato wedges Go-​Grab Cup in addition to my main family order of Original Chicken and their yummy cole slaw :) So what did I think of the Go-​Grab Cup?! OMG! What a neat idea! The container fits into the drink holders of your car so if you want to munch while you drive… It makes it so much easier! :) (yes I munch while I drive… So?) hehe ;) And what’s even cooler is that there are a variety of Grab-​Go Cups (with the type of chicken you love) for only 2.49! Woo woo! :-)

Went last week and they forgot the biscuits for my meals no biggie i still ate my chicken and called the store so they could know what happened they said they would give me biscuits on the next visit ok, so I went today and they gave me my biscuits after I told them what happened last time so this time before driving away I reminded the drive thru girl that she didnt give me the kids drink for my daughter this was the same girl from last time. After getting home I looked in the bag and saw they forgot one of the two meals I had ordered I looked at the reciept and yes I paid for two, now i have experience at drive thru windows and I know its your responsibility when handing out food that you know the customer is getting everything they ordered she obviously doesnt pay attention. Thats it for me im never going back to this location again and management was not a big help they just said they would refund me ya after the gas I spent going twice thanks for making the situation better and having me not leave with a sour taste in my mouth for this kfc and having to review them like this so be warned check your bag for everything you ordred ill bet your missing at least one biscuit.

There is nothing good about this place. It’s unhealthy. It’s greasy. It’s not that tasty. I don’t like their fried chicken. The mashed potato bowl is a gross concoction of potatoes, corn, popcorn chicken, and cheese. This place is just one step above what I would consider poisonous.

Stopped by for a pot pie and a honey bbq snacker. Ordered drive thru. Costumer service was good, I was even offered extra sauce and napkins, usually I have to ask.

The worst one in the world. Two of us in line, took ten minutes to take my order and when she finally did, she told me she was out of chicken… HELLO YOU ARE KFC. At least have the courtesy to say, «I’m sorry it will be 20 Min’s before we have any chicken ready. Rather than doing something so simple they chose to let me stand in line for ten Min’s, then take my order, then say «I’m sorry we are out of chicken and it will be 10 Min’s till it is ready.» I just walked out… just sad.

Service is good, when they have food to serve. It seems to me that they’re always running out of stuff. Last time I was there, I ordered a meal that came with a drink, along with some other stuff for my girl and her family. The order took forever, and the girl working at the counter seemed to be truly sorry. So sorry that she offered me a drink for my wait. Wait… don’t I already get a drink with my meal? She said «Okay, but here’s a drink for your wait.» Wow… I got a free drink that I already paid for. A-​W-​E-​S-​O-​M-​E. Don’t go to this one, please. Especially don’t bother going through the drive-​thru. They always forget items you order.

EVERYONNNNNNNE knows i LUFz me my chicken and KFC is one of my favorite chicken spots. BUUUUUT this KFC is not the BEST one i’ve been to. I’ve always had at least ONE thing go wrong almost everytime i’ve been to this particular one. AND i tell you i go here a lot due to my chicken fetish. It’s the closest KFC to my house besides the one in Bonita (i like that one better… ahem plus its an A&W…you ask… why don’t i just go to the Bonita one… actually that is a GOOD question… i might have to get back to you on that one.)
So last night, my bf and i just finished working out and we think… CHICKEN, healthy and cheap. Hey what about KFC… i know KFC chicken is not the healthiest… lol…but who cares. So we head over to the drive-​thru and order this new UNBEATABLE mega meal or something. Pretty good deal… a bucket of 10 pieces, 6 biscuits, and 3 sides. Not bad right? WRONG!!! We get to the window and I ask for hot sauce, honey and butter (real healthy, right?). She says «Okay.» I hand her the $ 21.54 and she gives me the huge bag of food.
We rush home hungry. We get home and open the bucket of chicken and disappointed to only find 1 wing, 2 breast and 1 thigh. The rest were legs… that’s PERFECT if you’re a leg fan but i’m a wing and breast kinda gal. But oh well, it’s chicken. We open the biscuit bucket and find 1 of the biscuits missing (say whaaaa). Then my bf asked me to pass the honey and butter, I reach in the bag and DUN DUN DUN… what do we have here… NOTHING…luckily we had some in the fridge. But geez louise… we were the ONLY people in that Drive-​Thru line so it’s not like they were rushed. But hey… it is what it is!
Overall, i rate it a 3 because heeeeey it’s CHICKEN, cheap, and it’s KFC.

Worker: one second let me see if we have any… umm is 5 ok?

ok.last time I checked. I was in the drive thru for KFC. Kentucky Fried Chicken… how u gonna have no chicken at KFC!?!
I know it was 9… they close at 10. why didn’t they have sum available or at least offer to cook sum. geeesshhh…
When it came time to eat… the big box meal was just a big greasy box… and can I get sum napkins tho… the wings were ehhh… the wedges were over cooked… only thing I enjoyed was the fact that I planned on jumping on Unilocal to give them a bad review… sorry KFC… as I say in my reviews with low ratings… STEP UR GAME UP!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE fried chicken. But for some reason this particular KFC does not satisfy me. Either they cook it differently marinate differently or it just seems like they dont cook the meat enough. Ive ate at different KFC’s and I really cant figure out why the chicken at this place isnt that great. Ive had better chicken at the ghetto KFC at the corner of paradise valley rd. Not only does it taste different but the portions are smaller than regular KFC’s that ive went to. This sucks.
