Went here for dinner with a friend and was not disappointed! The service was great! Very polite and very quick. I ordered Phở #6 and it was delicious. The prices here are really cheap as well! Most are just under $ 10 and the portions are humongous. You must try out this place!

I ordered the steamed rice with pork chop and fried egg with a Thai iced tea with boba. It tasted good! Minus two stars for the ridiculously small portion of a pork chop. It was the size of my palm and was like a half a centimeter thick. I’ve ordered this kind of dish plenty of times before at competing restaurants and this is by far the worst portion size ever! Not worth $ 8. I might as well have gotten a box of carne asada fries haha! Service was good. Clean place.

First time trying Phở and let me tell you I was NOT disappointed. Had a Vietnamese ham sandwich, beef spring rolls and a P11 and every bite was delicious. At first glance the sandwich didn’t dazzle us but the first bite was a burst of flavor that cannot be explained. The Phở was just as good made from scratch. Try this place you will not regret it. The service was top notch too very friendly and let us try their Asian salsa yummmm. We will be back for sure.

Large number of food selections. Food very fresh and hot. Friendly and helpful service. Parking is limited and a very small lot in back off alley. Recommend.

Finally a Vietnamese place that has a few vegetarian items to choose from — including tofu eggrolls and spring rolls. They were slap yo mama good! Light and crispy fresh out the fryer. The phở was good and according to my carnivore other half, brisket bowl had lots of meat. I took away one star because they didn’t offer a fork to the obvious American and never returned to see if everything was OK. We had to go ask for a fork and it took a while until we got one.

I have been going here for years, Have always loved it but Last week I found a rubber band in my soup. But I thought hey that could happen to anyone. but I went back yesterday and they served me bad meat, It was black and hard. I had ordered rare when I complained he told me it was the meat on top. Then came out with a bowl of broth and some fresher meat like I was suppose to put in my noodles from my original bowl. I told him I would not eat that. I paid for my soda and spring rolls and left. I will not be back! to many other places to go… LOSTCUSTOMER :/

I’ve been to a lot of phở places and Phở Vinh by far is the best I’ve ever had. It’s all about the broth and Phở Vinh’s broth is absolutely delicious. No matter what size bowl you get, is definitely worth the price. So if your ever in Chula Vista and want good phở, GOTOPHOVINH.

I’ve been going here for years now. Great phô spot in Chula Vista in a shop that’s easy to miss when you’re driving down Broadway. The restaurant is a medium size and never too full. The waiters are always very attentive to us and provide us with some of the quickest service I’ve ever had. I always order a phô(usually the shrimp phô) when I’m here and I’m never disappointed. The flavor is great and the portions are perfect. I appreciate the fresh toppings that they provide us here — they MUST have their own basil garden in the back somewhere. Their spring rolls are very fresh and are my favorite appetizer to order. A tip I have when you go there is to order their lemonade — it’s fresh-squeezed and my favorite part is that there’s sugar at the bottom of the drink. Their espresso over ice with condensed milk is soooo good too! Their thai milk tea with boba is pretty standard but still tasty. As long as I live in the San Diego area, I will continue to go here for my phô fix :)

I’ve been to a number of Phở places in San Diego, and this one is one of the best for best tasting food. The service isn’t always the cheeriest, but when you become a regular the owners and family are friendly enough. It is clean as well, and the atmosphere is a-ok. But the Phở’s and the Bun’s are my favorite. The fresh spring-rolls are great as well.

Our go to place for Vietnamese food. Good food and great prices. Love the pork sandwiches and bbq beef and pork. Only downside is spotty parking.

This is the best Phở I’ve tried in Chula Vista area. I love the pork sandwich, spring rolls and vietnamese coffee. Food is always fresh and service is good as well. The only down side to this location is parking!

Me and the fiancé eat a lot of phở. Especially this memorial weekend because he’s been sick. Anyways this place has the best broth! I think it might be from the green onions they put in it.

We been coming here on sundays when our usual phở place is closed. The staff is always friendly and we get fast service. The phở is delicious and very flavourful. The tables always clean over all i give them 5 stars.

I came here on a very slow day, the lady at the counter greeted me but the waiter said not a single word — as if he was scared of me. I sat myself at booth, he followed me and handed me the menu, stood there, so I asked for hot water(repeated myself three times) — Awkwardness! I don’t mind incense, but they over-do it here. The Buddha shrine is located right in front of the entrance door, and they lited a handful when I was there — the smell was too strong! I personally felt like walking out, but didn’t only because I was hungry and wanted to give this place a try. I ordered a three color bean dessert and vegetarian vermicelli noodles with veggie egg rolls. The egg rolls were good. Noodles was alright. I found chunks of hard uncooked noodles which made me lose my appetite. The silent sever never bought out my dessert. Tried flagging him down but he was too busy watching t.v. I would’ve given this place a 3 star if my noodles were cooked and better service!

The best place for Phó and Vietnamese egg rolls. I always get #17 plus shrimp. When we eat in the service is outstanding. Fast and everything very clean. When we order out, its always ready in the time they tell you. I wouldn’t trade it for any other local place.

Did I mention I love this place in my previous review? So delicious. We’ve been to Saigon, another phö place on L street, another one on Otay lakes(only because my cousin recommended it) another one in Linda vista. I do love phö, but neither of those places compare to Phö Vihn. This is the my favorite and every friend/family member I bring here, falls in love with their soup!

Slightly below average phở house. Looks nice walking in, but they need to clean better. Tables were dirty. Typical miserable little men with no customer service running the place. Standard menu. No water refills. Went for the bbq pork and egg roll vermicelli. The egg rolls were stale and hard. The pork was over cooked being tough and chewy. Noodles and everything else was good. Think I got the left overs from the night before. There’s better options down the street.

This is my go to spot for Vietnamese food! Customer service is spot on. I’m a regular and they know me so without giving me a Menu they place my usual order. My husband and I always get the #3 which is an extra large bowl of phở! We also get A3 which is an order of spring rolls. They have broth that you can’t find anywhere else. Not to mention, this place is always packed. The owners are really nice and cater to my kids. My son(5yrs) always gets the pork plate with steamed rice and veggies. They usually put green onion on the meat, so we request no onions. When they bring out his plate, they are so kind that they cut up his meat so mom and dad don’t have to. They are legitimately great people! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

This place is actually pretty good. I was craving a nice bowl of hot phở after running on a cold night and it was perfect. I had the chicken phở which was really hot and yummy. Just gotta add sriracha and it’s perfect ;) He had the #4 and this thing was huge! I can’t even imagine getting the extra large. It was filled with different meats and noodles. Their service is prompt and courteous. You ask for something and it’s there one second later. The phở comes out just as fast. Definitely going to be visiting this place again.
