We came here for my mom birthday and Gabe was our server. He was so friendly and the service he gave us was amazing! He was always checking if our food was ok or if we needed anything else. He was on top of getting our drinks refilled and was funny when talking to us. He also gave my mom her birthday sundae and didn’t want singing. She forgot to make her wish so he relit the candle for her which we all though was so funny so she could make her wish! Thank you Gabe for your great service!

Expected more. It was ok. But frankly $ 75 for a meal for 2… It did not taste $ 75 worth. Sorry! But will not be coming back. Again not horrible food. Just. Ok. Waitress was nice. Best part was the free bread.

Came in for a late lunch early dinner, wait wasn’t long 10 – 15 minutes. After being seated our waitress Becky came and introduced herself. I should’ve known then it was going to be a great experience. We have the same name. immediately she asked us what drinks we’d like, not long after our drinks were there. She went over the menu and explained all the specials and how you could add a lister to any meal. Our appetizers we out quickly and then our meal. She was so tentative and up on her game. Customer service was great food was great!!! When you come here ask for Becky she will give you great service!!!

It was very busy on this Saturday night, we waited about 45 minutes. Came here for dinner with my boyfriend’s family for an early Mother’s Day dinner, and red lobster doesn’t disappoint! Especially the biscuits! Ahhh, can’t get over how good and buttery those things are. Anything on the menu is great, you have to definitely get lobster if you come here! I ordered from the land and sea menu, which consisted of a New York steak and lobster tail, along with veggies and a salad as an appetizer!

03/16/2016 We came here during lunch & were pretty much the only one at the restaurant. The Waitress was very attentive to our order & kept our drinks filled up. The Steak & Salmon wasn’t on the menu but I appreciate their accommodation for my request. Other restaurants just say, «I’m sorry but we can’t do that». Which is absurd because all you have to do is make your steak & make your salmon & put it on 1 plate. Anyway, there wasn’t anything too memorable with the steak or salmon but overall I had a great experience at this restaurant.

Arriving after watching my nephews little league game and my family and I were very satisfied. We were a party of 5 and enjoyed a 4 course meal. Our waiter was prompt and very nice. He catered to our every request. Next time I’ll call ahead and make a reservation to save some time up front

I ate here tonight during Lobsterfest and had Becky as a waitress. She provided outstanding, friendly service to my family and recommended the Dueling Lobster Tails. Normally, I don’t eat food going to battle, so I was expecting a claw fight on my plate. Disappointed that both lobster tails had already sliced one another in half and forced stuffing into one another’s shell, I was very pleased to find that the entire meal was delicious, despite the lack of epic dinner plate battle.

My husband loved the lobster fest. The salmon was okay but since I’m allergic to shellfish they couldn’t grill my salmon instead it was almost poached. Blech. But the manager came through and removed it from my bill so I am very happy with them. Go here with people who are not allergic to shellfish.

Went here the other day for dinner and it was really good. :) the hostess sat my little party of two fast by the bar and we had a great server/waitress. I believe her name was Becky she had a flower in her hair. She recommended so many options on the menu to choose from. She knew the menu like it was on the back of her hand… The margarita was great plus the food. I was so full! Glad I came here and enjoyed my dinner! I highly recommend this place and ask for Becky she is wonderful.

Anyone who knows me, KNOWS I’m a P***e’s fanatic for lobster. My dad suggested I try Red Lobster. He mentioned that the lobster was better and less expensive. I’m always down to save money, so we went for it. Greeted by a sweet lady named Kelly who directed us to our table, and offered us our drinks right away. The drinks arrived almost instantly. There is nothing quite like having your server return with a smile every time. She took our order and suggested nothing but yumminess. Two of us ordered the Ultimate Sirloin Surf & Turf for $ 29.99. Another person in the party ordered the Lobster Linquini for $ 23.99. Another person ordered the Coconut Shrimp. The Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms for $ 9.79 for an appetizer. Well my plate arrived and my jaw dropped. There was steak. There was a lobster. There was mashed potatoes and green beans. The presentation was so beautiful, I couldn’t believe I wasn’t at a place like P***e’s. A plate like this at P****e’s would easily run me over $ 60.00. The whole bill was $ 149.00 for 4 people including drinks and alcohol. This was a lot less than HALF of what we’d pay at P***e’s. ************************************************************************** We were so impressed with the food and service that we decided we want to have our company holiday party here. I called a couple of days later and spoke with the manager, Rene. He was such a pleasure to speak to. The conversation probably lasted a lot longer than it should have trying to make reservations because he kept making me laugh! No wonder the team at Red Lobster was so happy! They have an incredibly bright-spirited manager! Unfortunately, we couldn’t make the reservation because our party was larger than they can accommodate. But I will definitely keep them in mind next time I’m in the mood for some Rock Lobstaaaa!

This is a fairly new location. It’s been around about two years. There’s hardly ever a wait unless it’s Friday or Saturday early evening. The place is really clean on the inside and customer service is usually really good. The food is not really any different than other red lobsters. I’ve been to this particular location at about five times. Today unfortunately, we had an hour wait. And it really wasn’t that packed. Went at 9pm and didn’t get our food until 10pm. I’m not sure why the long delay. But we did get a free lemonade and our server Gabby, was outstanding. She was quick on keeping drinks refilled and very apologetic for the cooks long delay. I think the place is a little pricey, we spent $ 160 for 4 people, but the food was pretty good so I guess it was worth it.

Crab Fest & Endless shrimp! I always come when they have one of those events going on & well worth it. I’m a big Crab leg fan & I love the crab legs here. The customer service has always been good here, yes the food might take a while sometimes but hey you got bread & Cesar salad to hold you down, the wait is worth waiting. On my last trip I had Carmen as my waitress & she was great. Got our drinks right away & tho our food took awhile(which it ain’t her fault that’s the cooks plus it was during Endless Shrimp so it’s understandable) she still was very good at making sure we kept getting bread & refilling our drinks. The place is always very clean & the workers are always very friendly. The team work here how they help each other out is very good from what I’ve seen every time I come. Once the food got there Carmen was on it! We had a table of 8& she just kept bringing us shrimp not missing a beat & made sure we always had refills. My crab legs were on point. Steamed just perfect with a good portion of meat in them, love there crab legs. All the shrimp was good all was hot & fresh. My fav was the Shrimp Scampi & coconut shrimp. I’ve had there salmon & it’s one of the best salmon’s I’ve had. The steak here is also very good & filling. Yes the cooks might take awhile sometimes but it’s never too long of a wait & the food is always hot & fresh & good so it’s worth it. The team work here is good our waitress had a lot of help from other workers as they kept cleaning up our empty plates. And if it’s you’re birthday you get a free desert & song which is cool(you can even lie it’s ok they never check you’re ID& there is you’re tip for this review :) good tip right there). Over all Red Lobster is one of my fav places & yes the prices have gone a little up during the years but with good fresh food & great customer service it’s well worth it. I’ll keep on coming back for sure!

Haven’t been to a Red Lobster in eons. Had a friend rave about a recent visit so I said«what the hell». Decent interior being nice and roomy. But still felt like a seafood version of a TGI Fridays. Get a young inexperience server handing us a giant menu. The menu is impressive at first glance, but gets annoying fast on how it’s put together and jumbled. I was a little shocked of the crappy beer selection. Thought a Chula Vista location would have other Mexican beer selections besides Corona. The annoying server would come back 3 more times every minute or less asking us if we’re ready to order. It was comical yet beyond frustrating. I rush an appetizer order just to get her away from the table. I ordered calamari, but wasn’t able to read the description. They put a bunch of vegetables in it to skimp on the calamari. Bad start. I get the Admiral’s Feast which is a platter of fried scallops, sole, clams, shrimp and a side of lobster mashed potatoes. The lobster mashed is a must! Above and beyond anything else they offer here. I was hesitant to order it because I thought it sounded to good for them to execute it. They killed it! I love fried clams but these fell very short. Fried butterflied shrimp impressed me as well as the scallops. The sole wasn’t that good. Wish that server that was on my ass every minute would come back to check on us to get me some lemon I never got, a beer refill and more cocktail sauce. A mediocre experience with some major disappointments and one great surprise. TIP: GET3ORDERSOFLOBSTERMASHEDPOTATOES.

Went with family on a weekday for a late lunch… Service was friendly and attentive. They were very patient with the chaos of our table! There was one lady though, kind funny because I watched her walk around the dining area talking in her headset about parties being seated, what tables were ready, etc. Not subtle at all. Lol. The biscuits, probably one of the best things about red lobster. They’re very generous with the biscuits and always offered us more… Their calamari appetizer came with battered veggies, not bad. Mozzerella sticks were fine… Main dish, I ordered their grilled salmon. no complaints, I got it with veggies… The asparagus and broccoli were nicely flavored, and maybe just slightly overcooked. No more crunch to it, but I don’t mind… My husband ordered one of their lobster dishes, unfortunately he said it was overcooked… So overall the food was OKAY… But the service was good. Tons of parking, shared with the mall. Lots of seating…

This Red Lobster is pretty much like every other one, except that the customer service was incredible! Our waitress Gaby was hilarious and definitely made our time there more enjoyable. We both started with margaritas, Indira got the 1800 and I got the Lobsterita, which was twice the size of the more expensive 1800. They were both great though. We split some clam chowder and the feast meal and everything was perfect. As usual, no complaints at this location!

Went here for lunch to celebrate my daughter’s 3rd birthday. She had Mac and cheese with French fries with an apple juice. I had the fish sandwich with French fries with an iced tea to drink. The fish sandwich was crunchy and delicious. It had lettuce & tomatoes in it. Very good. Service was excellent! I told the server that it was my daughter’s birthday & they gave her a free ice cream. Very nice! My daughter was tired so she didn’t get to eat her Mac & cheese, so the waitress packed her food & put it in a bag. Overall experience was good! We will be back.
