Was not thrilled at all about the quality of food. I got there early and everything seemed all dried out. will not be returning!

I was going to pass this place up, based on the negative reviews. Funny thing is, I’m still not sure if we should have… Here is my bottom line: Service: Initial service was outstanding!(5) — Service afterwards:(2) We were asked how our meal was, while we were eating it. I told het that the service and the portion size was great, but the chicken which was deep fried was way over cooked and was very tough. Similar to eating a very tough piece of steak. I also told her that the fried rice was very dry. She apologized and asked if I wanted some sauce for the fried rice. I told her that the rice should not be dry. She smiled and walked away. She should have apologized and asked to make us something else or cook it fresh… She did not… Food: Was hot and there was plenty of it. More info is above. We both ordered the 2 item plate for $ 6.80 each. Facilities: Clean, music was appropriate and volume was good. Temperature of the facility was comfortable. If they could tweak a few things, I think that they could be a great solution for very fast Chinese food. Until then, I’m not sure if we will come back

Nope. Ordered a chicken entrée with fried rice and a couple spring rolls. Was like $ 7.xx? Girl said spring rolls would be 5 Mins, so we paid and pulled ahead. The order came out in around TEN minutes. Entrée had FIVE pieces of chicken and was 99% rice. Total rip off. Spring rolls were nearly empty and just rolled/fried empty rolls. Won’t be returning. Sucky Sucky.

I have no complaints. I went on the hottest day of the year, spent $ 10 and got two decent size meals. I had to wait for one batch to be cooked(and you people out there would have bitc*ed if it hadn’t been Cooked fresh!) it was better than Wegmans which has deteriorated alarmingly in the past years. I will most definitely. Be back, I thought it was really good!

I was really excited for This restaurant as I have ate there in other cities and it was amazing. I have been to here about 5 times now and I am not sure I will be going back. Each time I have had to wait for my entrée to cook. Usually there are other people waiting for their food too. The place is filthy. On my last visit I was there for over an hour and never once did an employee wipe down a table. The garbage was overflowing. I hope corporate gets involved soon. Since its opening this restaurant has gone down hill!

It’s quick. It’s Chinese food. The portions are smaller than I’d like to see for the price but I’m a fat kid at heart so I guess it depends on your outlook. For the price, I just think they could toss a little more on the plate.

Not much of a selection. When we got to finally eat(the cashier was having register issues), the food was cold. The orange chicken was ok but the lo mein was bland and noodles seemed hard. The white rice was very dry and hard. When I let the girl know, when she asked how my meal was, she offered me a new plate. It was at least hot. The egg rolls and spring rolls were good, but that was it. I won’t be going back! It was barely Chinese food… but definitely NOT gourmet

We went for the first time today for lunch and thought the food was delicious. Everything was fresh and when it was empty it was quickly replenished. We asked about a couple items for spice factor and was given samples of each no issue. The Bejing Beef and Orange Chicken were by far our favorite and the fried rice and chow mein were good and a plentiful amount with us taking leftovers home. The workers were kind and efficient. Would definitely go back. Welcomed addition to the area.

Have been here a few times and the food is always very good! They give you a lot of food for the money! The only complaint I have is the drive thru. We usually go in, but i used the drive thru once and waited for 30 minutes. It seems like the drive thru is very unorganized.

Definitely not going back. I thought the idea was that it was fast food. After waiting for 15 minutes, we walked out and went to Wegmans. We would have been better off going to get authentic Chinese!

Finally this place is open! Décor is very authentic(i.e. giant faux bamboo poles Inflatable giant Panda outside. Plenty of seating and wide variety of soft drinks available. Pepsi on tap and bottles Gatorade and juice type beverages. Food is prepared in clear view(chefs in black shirt and hat) Behind counter were numerous red tshirted staff to offer free samples and take your order/plate up or package food. $ 6.95 for side of rice/lomein and 2 entrees.(orange chicken, sweetfire chicken).I chose the walnut shrimp and Shanghai steak. I was told they each were upcharge for these«premium choices». $ 1.25 per. Since it was my first time I decided to splurge on it. The bottled drinks are $ 2.09 each. I really enjoyed my meal yet was not happy at the idea of ~$ 12.00 for lunch. Guess its nice to not worry about tipping!
