Applebee’s

It’s an Applebee’s, it’s good food and cheap beer. Nothing special, the staff is hit or miss.

Terrible. I stopped in last night and waited a good solid 5 minutes at the hostess stand waiting to get seated. Once I was seated, a waiter said he’d be right with me. It was almost 15 minutes before he returned. I ordered a glass of white wine and some spinach dip. The spinach dip arrived within about 10 minutes but my glass of wine still hadn’t been served. I finally asked my waiter for it and even then it took another 5 minutes. The spinach dip was the worst I’ve ever had, no taste to it what so ever and the chips were even worse. They tasted stale and had no flavor at all. The whole time I sat there with my appetizer, my menu was still on my table but the waiter never returned to take a dinner order. I finally gave up and asked him to bring the check. I will not be returning. I don’t recall this place being this bad the last time I was there about a year or so ago.

The food and service was awful. Also the place looked like a tornado ripped through it.

My daughter and her boyfriend went here for dinner last night. Food was okay. Server was horrendous. After basically ignoring them all night, she picks up their check and card… and never returned with their card or receipt. After 45 minutes, that flagged down a bus boy to find their server. When they told her that were waiting for their card and receipt, she told them she didn’t Have it. Eventually she admitted that she’d lost it. She then asked if they had another card they could pay with. Boyfriend went to find manager and my daughter offered to pay with her card (which manager later deleted and comped). Server didn’t seem too concerned about the situation. Manager, at least called after store closed and told them they looked but couldn’t find and offered gift cards… which don’t exactly pay bills… Not sure if server gave card to another customer, pocketed it herself or if another employee grabbed it. So watch your card at this place!

I think I’ve gone in here twice in 20 years. It’s solid, as Applebee’s goes. Always a crowd, never over-​crowded. Everything takes just a little longer than you think it should, but not long enough to make it worth complaining about. And half-​priced appetizers are always a must! I don’t have any strenuous objections to this particular Applebee’s location; but with the plethora of other dining options at and near the mall, I certainly can’t say that the ‘bee’s would be very high up on my list.

Enjoyed our girls nite out with Bahama Mama’s. .3 each to be exact. .we ordered 3 appetizers since it was happy hour half price appetizers and then we ordered 2 sandwiches. We had a great time. .our waitress was fast and courteous and checked on us at the right time and kept those Bahama mama’s coming. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip. .the onion rings were crispy and crunchy, not greasy, and the wonton tacos my favorite. .crunchy and a bit of spice. .The «triple hog dare» sandwich was good too. Would definitely go back for another round of Bahama Mama’s.

Not really a fan. I got chicken tenders and french fries, and I’m pretty sure that the tenders were in the fryer a little too long. The service was okay, but I will probably choose another restaurant the next time I am in the area.

I enjoyed my low calorie menu option the chicken cedar dish it included a grilled chix breast on a bed of rice mixed with
pecans & cranberries with balsamic dressing it was very tasty and light.
The other party members had the classic chix wings, ribs, hamburgers they all said the food was just okay. The service was pretty good there was one slight issue one of the party goers was charged 99 cents for playing a game at the table the waitress slightly argued with the customer but then went to a manager and removed the fee.
Applebee’s is an ok spot for the low calorie meals and appetizers and still a great place to celebrate birthdays.

The staff’s awesome enough. If only they’d do something about the food…

I was a bit upset, I don’t come out often and I decided to stop by with my kids. Poor service, drinks were cold, soda was flat, silverware was dirty and my poor server seemed very overwhelmed. I ordered a steak medium and it ace well done with mushrooms when I asked for none. My server came with the food and said «at least they are on the side» I tipped my server well but was very disappointed in the food and service. I will not return to this location.

I am not a huge fan of Applebee’s to begin with, so this one was no exception to the unexceptional food/​service that has made me not a fan. We got there a little more than an hour before they closed. I knew this going into it, so we told the server we would just be getting a couple drinks and an appetizer. I was hoping that by telling them we weren’t gonna be a huge pain right before they closed, that they might have given us better service. WRONG. The server had a huge stack of dirty dishes in his hands when he stopped by to take our drink orders. I was majorly put off by that. The rest of the service was decent enough. Our server just seemed like he was way more interested in getting out of there on time than serving his customers. We ordered the appetizer sampler, which was the same old stuff. I do not understand why restaurants put bacon in quesadillas. That’s disgusting. The spinach and artichoke dip looked like something left over from St. Patrick’s Day. Don’t they know that the spinach is supposed to be green, not the whole dip. If you love Applebee’s, you would probably love this location. I am just not a fan…
