Food rather mediocre. Hamburgers are better over at Five Guys. Macaroni and cheese advertised as «homestyle» but was barely a grade above Kraft Mac N’ Cheese from box.

the parking lot always seem packed so I stopped in. First impressions was very nice and busy place. The decorations were fitting. After that I lost interest in this place. It was my first and last time here. The food was not good ether looking or tasting. It seemed thrown on the plate. The place was busy but service could of been better. I was not impressed by anything here but the decorations. And yes I herd bike night is better but I not sue how.

The chips with the beer cheese dip was a great appetizer. The wings were big in size, hot and crisp. I loved the golden garlic sauce. A little more expensive than competitors but worth the price. The staff is what made the experience enjoyable. Bartenders Becky and Zak were fantastic. They have daily specials for the budget conscience consumer. You must go here when in Colerain!

What a disappointment. My family of four was excited to try Quaker Steak. After all day playing basketball we arrived hungry for a relaxing dinner. It wasn’t busy, we were sat quickly and our order went in quickly. Good so far… 50 minutes later I grabbed a waitress to find out if there was a problem with our order. The waitress came back and explained that there was a «glitch» in their computer system. «Glitch»? I’m not a moron. Our waitress never put our order in. Why lie to me? We won’t try again. Go to the bathroom before you get there. Gross. The guy taking his bath in there was friendly I guess. Wear a coat. And don’t sit near the front door if you don’t like cigarette smoke. The employees get their fix right outside. Be careful in the parking lot. Major pot holes. Tons of TVs. Plastic furniture. Might be a good place to watch a game if you could bring your own food and drinks.

Service was fine but my husband ordered a medium well steak & when he got a rare steak, the waitress tried to make it right. She had them make a new steak but by the time we got it we were already done with all the rest of our meal. Our wait was more than 20 minutes. She said she would have a manager come to our table but that never happened. There was no adjustment to our bill for the inconvenience nor did we feel the customer service was appropriate. We won’t return again so they have lost our patronage. If you like all the«stuff» hanging from the ceiling but not service try them out.

Interesting twist on the normal sports bar or wings place. Nice menu, interesting décor, great mix of people and casual(plastic chairs) seating. Appeared to have robust after work crowd. Have wanted to try this spot for a long time, glad I did!

Went here to watch the Bengal’s game. The atmosphere was lively for game day. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered wings with garlic medium sauce, loaded fries and a skinny limeade rita. The food was tasty and the drink was very good. The wings had a good amount of sauce. The loaded fries were delicious it had bacon, cheddar cheese and green onions. I ordered a side of sour cream. I always have an enjoyable time at this location. I saw advertisement for unlimited wings for $ 14.99 on Tuesday’s. The parking lot was crowded but we did not have to wait to be seated. I will plan to go back here for game day festivities.

This is one of my favorite places to eat for wings! Love the sauces and the menu variety. This place is great for the whole family, my kids love coming here as well to look at the fun décor on the walls and of course the arcade games too!

Veronica was our server and did a great job. I had a turkey, BLT wrap that was really good. My wife had a burger and she was happy as well. Restaurant was empty due to bike night being cancelled due to the weather. Enjoyed the visit and will certainly come back. Thanks !

My family and I stopped in for some dinner before a Reds game last night, we were all very pleased with our choice! The décor and atmosphere was very cool with all the bikes hanging all around, the little arcade area in the front entrance was pretty cool as well. Our service was very educated on the menu and very friendly, the food took awhile to get to us, but we weren’t into too much of a hurry so I let it slide, haha. I tried the breaded boneless wings with the original bbq sauce, very tasty! My family and I all enjoyed our meals very much! We will be back for sure, it was all of our first time at a Quaker Steak & Lube, we were happy with our selection and I believe if you haven’t been here you will be happy too!

I’ve heard a great deal about this place from friends and they all raved about the wings so we took the family to go check it out. Did they have the best wings in town? Or the best ribs in town? Maybe the best giant fudge brownie in town? Well no, BUT everything was really good! It isn’t often that an eatery does so well at so many things plus the service was great, prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was welcoming to everyone. I can’t think of another place where they have so many events for their patrons, absolutely anyone can go and have a good time and not spend a fortune. We really enjoyed it here and will be back for the summer cruise ins and other special events!

The management staff is friendlier than the other location nearby(Milford). We came to this Colerain location for the Tuesday’s $ 14.99 all you can eat wings. Sampled mild, golden garlic, smoky gold bbq, and original bbq. All pretty good. After your initial 10 wings the refills come out in increments of 4. Since every table nearby was cashing in on the same deal, the waitress was making her rounds pretty frequently and efficiently. If I have to pick my favorite right now it would be the mild. I’m a classic chick, what can I say. We’ll have to come out again to try the rest of the sauces, but I can’t do anything above Arizona Ranch which is 2,050SHU. The alcoholic beverages sound delicious, though we didn’t indulge in any, but the lemonade is the absolute best you can get anywhere. Freshly squeezed and just the right amount of sweetness. Burgers and other sandwiches are really good, as well. This location is a short drive beyond retail stores and through a construction site(another restaurant?) beside the Olive Garden. There is no drive up «Wingo Window» here for take out orders, like Milford has. I’m considering trying a new item: fish tacos!

Just had New Years Eve dinner with a group of around 30 some friends. We had two long tables and two servers for our group. We were singles and couples needing separate checks. No problem. They took our names and assigned us a number as we filtered in. Servers addressed me by my name the rest of the night. Drinks, appetizers and entrees flowed like clockwork. I cannot think of a time when I have had better service anywhere. My onion ring appetizer was only average, but the steak entrée was excellent. This was my first time here. I will return.

The service in here sucked from the start. We waited at the front door for 5 minutes before a server advised us she was not on the clock and pointes to the areas that still had servers. When the server Kelly arrived at our table she did not introduce herself and kind of just stood there looking at us. When we asked about the drink special she had no idea and when we advised her it was our first time here and she just smiled and did not offer any recommendations. The wing sauce«Buckeye bbq» was great. The wings were fried hard. The manager we talked ro was really nice. He made a wonderful recommendation of a sauce that was amazing. He made us feel like he loved his job. Talking to him was the best part of lunch!

Every time I pass Quaker Steak and Lube on the freeway the parking lot is full. I open the coupon books that come in the mail, and there are coupons for Quaker Steak and Lube. I have been curious for some time, and yet it has taken me a year to try this place. Start you engines race fans, and speed into Quaker Steak and Lube. We were sure glad that we did. While we are not race fans, the racing themed décor was fun to look at. There are full sized race cars suspended from the ceiling. Food was hot and fresh. My husbands mac & cheeseburger was the best thing we tried. While I wasn’t particularly fond of the sauce on the Lubeburger(a little too acidic for my tastes,) I enjoyed the way the mushrooms were cooked. Best of all, the burger was actually cooked the way I ordered it. My children liked that their food came in a paper race car. My son really liked his ranch wings. Menu options go beyond burgers and wings. Salmon dishes, salads and steaks are also available. The size of their menu surprised me. I look forward to trying more of their menu options in the future. Princess Tiffany was our waitress. She was friendly to both adults and kids. She did a great job of taking care of us.

This place is a good regional wing and sports bar. The wings are decent sized and the sauce selection is the best around. You will not find more options anywhere in the city. The rest of the menu is better then average bar food. The burgers are big and juicy and the appetizers and fun and filling. My wife has tried the salads and said they are pretty good too, I think the issue for this place is the location. The trip for dinner is a bit more expensive then some of that area’s typical places and I think that has caused some low reviews. That and the staff there is not quite as good as other Quaker Steak and Lubes I have been to. Even the one across town in Milford seems to have friendlier bartenders and servers. The reason to go here is the wings. And even though most West siders swear to Wild Mikes, I think these are better!

I’ve been here a few times, and I don’t really have any complaints. It’s a typical bar/restaurant type of place with wings and decent beer selection. I don’t really go for the food, but more so for the atmosphere. It’s a neat place, with the race car hanging from the ceiling, or the sports bike lingering overhead by chains as you eat. The pretzels are brought out to you on a car antenna, TV’s galore and even a claw machine to win stuffed animals by the front door. It’s loud and boisterous and just a good time in general if you go with the right group of friends.
