Everyone here is very knowledgeable and friendly making the process of purchasing or renewing service super easy. It’s nice that it’s seldom busy here but even when it’s busy there’s a rep there to help without much of a wait. I think I’ll stick with them and my iPhone for a while. So far I’m pretty happy with both.

On day two of trying to exchange an iPhone. All I need is the 64gig model. First, I go without the box. That’s on me. They tell me to come back with the box. I do. The box and the receipt. This, however, is not enough. I also need to be an authorized user on the account. Such information would’ve been helpful on the first visit so that it could’ve been done. After being scoffed at as if a criminal(ATTENTION: UNAUTHORIZEDUSER!) I am finally added as an authorized user. While this was happening I ran some errands in the mall. Authorization complete. I re enter the store, many familiar faces. Then I am informed that it will be 40 minutes before anyone can help me. THISISJUSTANEXCHANGE. I understand there is a «queue» but I have been here everyday this week, treated as though I’m some kind of scam artist trying to get the bigger phone, you really couldn’t spare 5 minutes to complete this transaction and keep me from having to go to the store a THIRD time? Customer service at its finest. Not.

I had a bad experience at another Cincinnati location and then I came here. At first, I wasn’t impressed with the customer service. When I came back to pick up my phone, I had the pleasure of working with Toni. She was amazing. I was pretty annoyed when I came in, but she diffused the situation with a great personality, great eye contact and the ability to listen. If you go to this location, I would ask for her. You’ll get a great experience from start to finish!

I stopped by this location to upgrade my iPhone. The employees were friendly, got my new phone set up, and sent me on my way. No pushing unnecessary equipment on me, no trying to get me to add more to my cell phone plan. Nothing out of the ordinary, perfectly good experience. If I need any AT&T equipment in the future, I’d be fine coming here.
