I would suggest going to one of the other corporate stores. This one is busy and its location in the middle of the mall is terrible. People were waiting around as the manager just stood there starring at a computer screen. On occasion, he would ask if you needed help and then direct you to another associate’s line where you would wait as he stood there.
I had a return and decided to visit the store on Union Cemetery. Their service was so much better and now I have learned to stay away from the one in the Kenwood Mall.
