My Samsung Note 3 had a persistent antenna problem and speaker problem. I went to another place twice and they failed to fix it. I took it into this place and in one hour they had the problem resolved and my phone is like new. Impressive.

6 months ago the other reviews for Digital Doc may have been accurate, but not now.
After explaining I was getting a new iPhone in 2 weeks, and was wondering if my screen could be secured back into the frame. (2 screws loosened at bottom of iPhone so screen drops back in) They offered to REPLACE the screen for $ 120. Yes that’s right. Offered to fix it for $ 120 so I could trade it in and get $ 75 for it. Umm???
After asking a 3rd time «So your suggesting I spend $ 120 to get $ 75 for it on a trade in?» (he concurred) I decided this is not the place to get any repairs done now or in the future.
Oh, and the kicker. He offered me 10% off (still $ 108 cost) since I told him AT&T referred me, and thought that was a great incentive to now do the repair. LOL Think AT&T should stop referring anyone else because it just makes them look foolish as well.
Try Kenwood mall kiosk for repairs instead.

Great experience replacing cell phone battery. Price was 40% lower than three other iphone repair places I called and everything was finished in a little over 20 minutes.
Definitely will come back should the need exist.

Quick, friendly service and a discount for Unilocal users! I smashed the screen on my iPhone and they fixed it while I waited.
