Having dropped(and thusly smashed) my phone at 8:15 on a Wednesday night, I drove half an hour from the west side to Kenwood Mall, thinking that the Apple Store could help me out. No dice(they wanted me to come back over the weekend). Since going three days without a phone wasn’t a viable possibility, I scurried over to the Fast I Repair kiosk where they were closing up for the night. These guys could have easily told me to piss off, but instead they immediately fixed my phone with minutes to spare before closing time. I practically live on my iPhone, so this was a huge lifesaver. Thanks, guys!

I dropped my iPhone 6, and shattered my screen about 20 minutes before the mall closed, and was about 10 minutes away. I was frazzled because I knew that I had an important client proposal the next morning, and couldn’t walk in with my phone in pieces. I called Brandon G with Fast I Repair, and he fixed my screen in no-time. He even stayed a few minutes past closing time to be sure that he took care of the situation. I can’t thank him enough for his excellent customer service and friendly demeanor. Thanks again, Brandon G for saving the day!

Had a crack in my iPad which was working fine until this place attempted to fix it. They gave it back and not only was the screen uneven and one could see the glue protruding from the edge of the screen) it appeared to be working when the guy handed it back to me. BUT by the time I came home to charge it… it wouldn’t even turn on. It was working fine for years until this place. I went back a few days later and told the guy what happened and he tried to pawn it off as a software issue. My brother is an advanced IT guy and did his work up on it and said it was very clear that the repair had damaged my iPad. I had a death in the family and I work a ton and I returned months later to get this issue resolved. The guy was very rude and had his arms crossed most of the time. This is a side note but another customer was standing there beside me and they quoted him two different prices for repair in the same breath. This to me is telling and very shady to me. Anyways the dude would not budge and I asked to speak to the owner. He replied«can you talk to the owner of Walmart ?!» with a smug attitude. Then he gave me his contact information and told me he would forward it to his superior. I was not born yesterday and did not trust he would forward my complaints. He refused to give the email of his boss. Not only is that unprofessional but shows he was trying to save his own ass. Not only will I never return, but those employees and ESPECIALLY the manager Brandon Greene are thieves and need to learn a thing or two about customer service and integrity. Save yourself the grief and do not use their services!

Took my iphone 5 with a broken screen in on Friday, repaired the screen and the headset which allows me to hear people stopped working. Took the phone in today(Sunday 4⁄12) to repair the headset issue. Neither Adam nor Robert could figure out the problem, so they asked me to come back in tomorrow to get it resolved since the mall was closing(granted, I was there for an 1 hour 15 minutes). I say fine, they put the phone together and give me a screen with a black line going through it. I use my phone a ton for work, so I ask them to please resolve the issue… Robert puts it back together and hands me a screen that doesn’t stop flashing and asks if it’s acceptable. Sure, if I want to seizure every time I use my phone. I say no and ask him to resolve it… he takes apart the phone, puts a new screen on, puts the phone together, turns it on, and boom… my phone is toast. Doesn’t power on, just freezes with 5 white lines on the apple load screen with a bunch of text on the top. He says there is nothing he can do about it and says that he needs to mail it to «corporate» in OKC. I tell him that this customer service is atrocious. I spent $ 70 for some guy to break my phone? I ask how long it would be to get it fixed… he says, 2 weeks! So, I tell him that it is totally unacceptable to ask a working professional to spend 14 days without a phone because of a screw up on his part. I took my phone back, and here we are.
