Don’t usually give 4 stars or above on Chinese. So my wife and I was heading to church st 2:30 at New Day Church was craving for Chinese, drove by and did a Unilocal. It gave 3−½ stars, so we tried it. We ordered Family special not too bad. A lot of assorted meat and seafood and portion was huge. Then ordered beef chow fun thin noodle was also good and I had to get my fried dumpling. That was awesome. Not to bad for $ 26 with drinks. I will be coming back again. People were very friendly.

Cheap decent Chinese food. We ate lunch here for less then $ 10 a piece. That included a meal and drink each, plus an order of dumplings. I had the cashew chicken. It was good, I’d say about average compared to other places. The girlfriend had general Tso’s chicken, and it was also good. It was listed as spicy, but it wasn’t at all. We both ordered the small portion, and it was still huge, we both had left overs. The dumplings were really good and I would definitely order them again. I would come back if in the area and needed a quick cheap lunch.

This is a pretty standard Chinese takeout place(though they do have a dozen or so tables inside if you want to eat there) with all the typical americhinese standard folks are used to — sesame chicken, fried rice, general tso’s, pepper steak, eggrolls, etc etc The thing that makes this place rise a little bit above many others are the lunch specials, which are very inexpensive and include your choice of eggroll, soup, or drink. Very few places like this throw in a free eggroll or soup anymore, and even fewer offer the option of a soda instead The food is solidly good, and being that this is in the Surrey Square shopping plaza, there is plenty of free parking Recommended for lunch if you are in the area, but probably not worth a special trip

Went here for lunch for some cheap Chinese. Was not good at all. Fried rice had no flavor(here’s a tip — add oyster sauce) and the beef in the beef and broccoli was rubbery. Ick.

Quantity over quality. Excessively sticky, cloyingly sweet, salty, greasy sauces that all taste the same. Another annoying thing: they had no tofu dishes available on their special lunch menu. This makes no sense to me.

My husband got take out last night. I got the Tofu Pad Thai and my husband got the Vegetable Fried Rice. When he got home, I was not pleased with the presentation. I tried my meal and the vegetables and noodles were overcooked. Was charged extra for tofu and they only gave 6 – 7 small pieces. It wasn’t good either. My husband’s fried rice was also overcooked and greasy. He told me that the place was extra pack too. My work loves to order from this place and I don’t see why. Food is yucky! I’m not picky either. Won’t be going back again.

Excellent value, and the sesame chicken was pretty good though it didn’t blow me away

Double Dragon II: Awesome video game, average Chinese restaurant. It does the trick if you’re craving Chinese, but don’t expect to be blown away.

Dude, chinese gut bombs. Generic Chinese food, although it is reassuring when the entire kitchen is just a bunch of Chinese guys slaving away in the kitchen. Keep up the good work. HUUUUUUGE lunch specials… HUUUUUUUUUUGE Deu… well, you know how that goes. Slow service(My friends got their lunch next door in the same amount of time, and their line was 3 times as long.) but when you have that hankering for rice and chicken and a sauce… it gets the job done.

Pretty decent food, typical cheap Chinese food. I like the veggies they add in(for additional cost) to the chicken fried rice. They’ve always been friendly– overall its good for some cheap food.

Good Chinese food but maybe a tad expensive. I love that they have combo platters with a dish, fried rice and an egg roll. Always super fast service.

Their lunch specials are huge and pretty cheap, so I typically only go for lunch. There is nothing really fabulous about it, it is a typical takeout Chinese place but it is not bad for the amount of food that you get.

I love Double Dragon II. They are a typical take-out Chinese place, and perfect for when you are in the mood for just that. My favorite thing on the menu is their sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. I always substitute my egg roll for a bowl of wonton soup too. It’s pretty cheap, and you get a ton of food. They are open late too(till 11 during the week, I believe). If you are looking for some quick, good, take-out Chinese, this is the place for you!

Best cheap chinese that I’ve found in the area. Particularly the steamed dumplings and moo goo gai pan. It’s a little more than I would like to pay for dinner, but their lunch deals are great. Also, it’s very clean which is great.

Ever since I’ve moved up here after college, I’ve been looking for a close place that does decent, cheap Chinese food, and I think I found it. Double Dragon II serves the typical range of American Chinese Food(sweet and sour chicken, lo mein, general tso’s chicken, etc,). I got the dinner size general tso’s chicken which was big enough for lunch and dinner. It comes with fried rice and an egg roll for $ 7.95. The sauce was the standard sauce you’ll find in most of the American Chinese restaurants. If you’ve had the chicken with vegetables before, only expect about 2 or 3 pieces of broccoli to be included with the chicken. The place is small, they cater more to carryout. They probably had about 75 items on their menu, so you can find something that you have heard of. Overall, the food was good cheap. If I’m in the need for a quick meal, I would probably come back here… we’ll see how I feel tomorrow after eating all of this food.

Looking for lunch in the area and not wanting the normal American food, I decided to take a chance on this small restaurant in the shopping mall. The location is quite small, enough for a few tables. The options are comparable to other fast food Chinese restaurants(the standard Americanized Chinese food) and what you get I’ll say is quite similar. They do have a lunch special is a pretty good deal so if you’re in the area for lunch I’d recommend it as it’s not half bad. I might shy away from dinner though but you get what you pay for and for lunch that’s good enough.
