I love pf Chang’s! The food is tasty. You can pretty much find something on the menu to fulfill any dietary restrictions or needs. I love the fact that they have brown rice to serve with your entrees at no additional costs. My favorite thing to order are the spicy fish and chicken lettuce wraps. For dessert the banana spring rolls are the bomb. Service is outstanding every time we go.

So… I’m not sure what has happened here but things have changed. The prices have not only gone up, but also the classiness of the restaurant has gone down. I feel like PF’s still has that delicious food, with a high price, but with a Max and Ermas kind of feel to it. I don’t know why kind of changes has happened, but I didn’t enjoy my last experience. We went rather late at night and it was super bright. Just not the experience that we were used to having.

Well this is probably one of the better Asian place I went while I was in Cincinnati. loved their Pork dumplings, chili Beans, and Kung Pao Chicken… their lobster fried rice was very good and tasty but a tad greasy. but still was delicious. their tea was unique with a peach flavor. would love to go back again…

I’ve gone twice in the last 30 days because I was given gift cards for Christmas. PF Chang’s is known for upscale«Chinese» dining so I went in with high hopes. During my last two trips the service has been horrible and the food bland. I hate to bash the place. It’s nice inside — a lot of Chinese décor. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. FYI to Chinese. There is no Chinese menu.

Bad service. Food is expensive and not delicious! Never back again! They got our order wrong twice! I went there several years ago and it was not too bad but now when I went there, the food had totally changed. Anyways it is not a good restaurant. I thought they might have changed the boss.

Went for«happy hour» to have dinner and what a joke… first the good we ordered the chicken fried rice and changs spicy chicken. The food was good what I expected, a little over priced but it is what it is. Can definitely find better cheaper«Chinese» but I knew all that going in and had a gift card so that is not my issue… The issue is the service. Turns out they only offer the happy hour menu at the bar??? And of course the bar was full so I had to eat in the restaurant. But they only offer the happy hour menu at the bar so I had to pay more for a beer than the guy sitting 2 feet from me. What a joke! Also there is a separate menu for the happy hour so I could not even order the same items… what kind of logic is that??? The servers or hostess could not explain why just simply said it’s not an option. For that reason alone I will not be going back… if I did not have a gift card to use I would of left and given my money to a more deserving chain… I used to actually really enjoy this place but the way they acted when I asked to be served the happy hour offers was like they were shocked I even brought it up. The server brought me a beer and then literally turned around and put down the same beer on another table but I payed more!!! Something about that really got under my skin and tainted the whole experience

Overall service was average for PF Changs. I was with family and went up to the bar to grab a couple drinks and it took about five minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. The bartender was personable, which made up for the mishap in service earlier. Our server at the table was friendly and checked in on us often offering any assistance. Will be back when in this area again.

First time ever at at PF changs and I plan on never coming back. I Can’t complain much about our server because I don’t know his name since he never introduced himself and basically yelled at me for a drink order and if I wanted Anythjng the entire night i had to stare and wave him down. As a server in a very fast paced environment I get it BUT this was unacceptable. I wish I could give no stars

I am sure some people like it, I was not one of them, egg rolls have no flavor, none, might as well eat cardboard! Unless you smother with some sauce. Had calimari, tasteless dry rubbery, another cardboard dish. My husband had lobster rice, needed a microscope to find the little pieces, rice was tasteless too. Quite noisy inside. Full. The dumplings were good. Friends had their favorite dishes and enjoy the food, but even their food was tough. Maybe I am too picky, I enjoy tasty fresh food.

Food ok. But do not sit at the bar if you want service. Especially if Adam is the bartender. I was watching the army navy game at one end of the bar and having dinnet. H e came to change the channel. I said I was watching it and asked if there was a problem. He said«yes… the other customers will be pissed off» R eality. There was nobody else at that end of the bar. Total jerk. Never going back. Fish stink from the head down.

We stopped by Friday after a long absence. We found it had a decent Happy Hour at the bar. Loved the cold chicken spring rolls and their pork dumplings were good. The service was efficient but has a real chain-restaurant feel. But their ribs are much too SWEET and the menu is far from authentic. Kale and quinoa? Really?

I would say I am not the biggest fan of P.F. Chang’s in general. But the staff and service team was spot on considering it was a busy Friday evening. Note: These are«Americanized» dishes based on Chinese favorites. Nothing more, nothing less. The serving sizes are very large. We split the lettuce wraps with one entrée and we were full. And we had leftovers! A few tips: ask for more lettuce for the lettuce wraps and ask for more rice with your entrees.

Called ahead and made sure they had vegan options and was told yes, they could make almost anything on their menu vegan(which is also something PF Chang’s is usually good with at all locations). Went there today, the main hostess said yes, they have vegan menus and then asked the other hostess where they were, to which she replied sorry we don’t have anything vegan on the menu except one appetizer dish. Never going to this PF Chang’s location again after this incident.

I am not usually a fan of chains. There are very few of them that I will visit for themselves and not as matter of convenience but this is one of them. The food is of pretty good quality, the taste is there, and the service is always excellent. They have a new menu(well at least since the last time I was there which has been a while) and it was fun and delicious. We had the Jicama Kung Pow Tacos. Wow! The jicama shell was a unique and fresh twist on tacos. The filling was spicy and a great compliment. We also tried the summer rolls which were bright and fresh. The Mongolian Beef was good as always. We also finished with the dessert wontons which were the perfect size for a rich dessert bite.

I hadn’t been to a P.F. Changs in years, however, the one dish I did remember was the chicken lettuce wraps. This was the most enjoyable part of the meal and these wraps are a must for every visit. As for the entrée, I ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken which had pretty flavor. I tried the Changs Spicy Chicken which we were told was the equivalent to General Tso’s Chicken in which we were pretty disappointed. There wasn’t as much flavor as we expected and the consistency of the chicken was pretty rubbery. I would probably visit my local Chinese restaurant before returning to this location.

Oh PF Chang’s… A star from Heaven fallen from grace. You used to be my favorite restaurant, my every-year birthday destination, but you keep declining. I don’t have any desire to visit you again. First you ripped my heart out by removing your red-sauced wonton’s from your menu. Then you earned my trust back by rolling out the Dali Chicken — your first respectable spicy dish that was actually worthy of the«pepper» icon on your menu. Then you took that away too. Next it was the visit where you emailed me a week later saying one of your employees had a communicable disease and didn’t wash his hands as instructed and I should go to my doctor for a check up. That kept me away for a while. Seriously — if you know your employee screwed up that bad — send me a frigging gift certificate along with the warning email. But I digress. The nail in your coffin was on our most recent visit. Gone is the piece of showmanship where they combine hot mustard, pepper paste and sauce to your liking and leave a tray of condiments on your table. No more adding hot mustard or pepper paste to your otherwise bland and not-menu-pepper-worthy spicy dishes. We couldn’t even get a bottle of soy sauce to add to our rice. Not to mention, in years past, you could count on taking leftovers home with every meal. Now the portions are so small, that they should stop purchasing to-go bags, because nobody has food left. But they prices continue to go up. Its no wonder our table of 8 was able to be seated immediately on a Saturday evening. That NEVER would have happened 5 years ago — that would have been a 3 hour wait. What a shame. Its sad to see the great ones fall so hard and so fast.

What can I say… it’s a P.F. Chang’s. When you go to a chain restaurant like this, you enter with a lot of preconceived notions and expectations. This particular P.F. Chang’s didn’t do anything to alter that, either in a negative or positive way. We had the Kale & Quinoa Dip and Crispy Green Beans as appetizers. Neither was stellar(and the tempura-battered green beans weren’t exactly good for you either), but a decent way to start off the evening. I had the Sea Bass as my entrée, which was nicely prepared. It was easy to break apart and eat with chopsticks, proving it was cooked in a competent manner. They give you a complimentary fortune cookie at the end. If you have young ones, you might want to pre-screen the fortune. Unless you’re in the mood to explain something like«Your smile is a curve that can get a lot of things straight» to your 5 year old.

Abby and I went here a couple days ago with a gift card. We started with cocktails which were well done and tasty. I had the Twisted Whiskey Sour, which had good flavor; Abby had some kind of ginger lime drink that she really enjoyed. We did the«PF Chang’s For Two» deal, which got us each a soup, a shared appetizer, individual entrees, and a shared dessert for $ 40. It was well worth it. We both had the wonton soup; it had water chestnuts, shrimp, mushrooms, and spinach in addition to the pork wontons. Soup had good flavor. We split the«hand-folded crab wontons», which are basically crab-rangoon. Very tasty. Abby had the«Spicy Chang’s Chicken», which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had the beef and broccoli which had good flavor. We finished it off with warm chocolate wontons with a raspberry sauce. Service was prompt and friendly, and they boxed our left-overs up for us at the table! There was enough food for us each to have dinner and take home lunches. It was a great value. This wasn’t the best chinese-esque food I’ve ever had, but it was solid, and it was nicer than just getting carry-out. The atmosphere was casual, but still nice.

Beware! Beware! Beware! We ate here and my friend came down with food poisoning to the severity the doctors think it has given her Hepatitis A!!! Now, PF Changs is paying for her doctor bills but not worth that risk. The scary thing is when she called them they made it sound as if this isn’t the only case or first time! No more PF Changs for me.

The Chi Chi’s of Asian food. The food is safe. For the same money I spent on dinner for three of us I could have bought a better tasting meal and easily fed eight at a dozen other Asian restaurants! The menu is over priced and vastly over hyped. Why three stars? The service was impeccable and the little things were all done right. The décor, the cleanliness of the restrooms, the overall atmosphere, the drinks… everything but the food was top notch. Unfortunately I choose which restaurants I eat at based primarily on how good the food tastes. It’s a shame that such a nice place with such a fantastic staff has such mediocre food.
