I love Einstein Bros. I’ve only been a few times, which is unfortunate, because they’re fantastic. The menu is pretty straightforward — I’m always reminded of the NYC bodega deli counters. They have a nice assortment of coffee and coffee drinks, too. And their fresh orange juice is divine! Each time I’ve been in, the place has been spotless, the service friendly and quick, and the food delicious. Two thumbs WAY up!

Limited hours. Took longer than expected for an egg sandwich then they realized they had messed up my order making me wait another 20 minutes just for a breakfast sandwich. Will not return.

A nice clean place. Very nice people behind the counter. We had bagels egg sandwiches and they where okay but quit bland.

I tried this place when I was in the hunt for bagels besides panera. The cranberry bagel is good. It’s a little sour, and sweet. Which makes it the perfect taste for the delicious taste of carbs.

Good food and coffee once you get past the 101 signs hanging around the place. I’ve come in here twice now. Once for lunch with a friend and once for breakfast. Both times I got bagel sandwiches that were really good. Most recently, I got the Southwest Turkey Sausage and Egg White sandwich. It comes with tomatillo sauce on a thin bagel with plain cream cheese. I switched the latter with their jalapeño cream cheese because I love some heat in the morning. AMAZING! I plan to get a tub of that next time I’m in! I also got their vanilla hazelnut drip coffee. This was seriously good coffee. Too many places have weak flavored coffee, but not this place. The place has way too many hanging signs. I counted 3 different menu displays my second time in, and that was before I even got up to the counter to order! It’s too much! Needless to say, I say facing the outside when I ate my breakfast this past time.

So I haven’t actually tried the food here(though my girlfriend loves it) I’m leaving a review for the overall vibe of the place; I went in today looking for a place to sit and relax and drink a cup of coffee while I waited on a phone call. There were three people in the resturaunt(not counting staff) that were having a quick coffee meeting at a large table in the middle of the dining room. The staff were respectfully quiet while still attending to their duties, took more order, and were both polite and cheerful — always a welcome site anytime someone is handling your food. I sat for about 25 minutes, 10 of which were on the phone, but I got to over hear the owner come by to talk with the group at the table. He was extremely friendly! Encouraging them to stick around, asking if they needed anything, just genuinely seemed to care that someone had a good experience in his establishment. When he left, and the coffee meeting ended/dispersed, the staff started chatting and talking, genuinely felt like they were enjoying their day. The boss came back, and he got right in to talking and joking and working alongside his employees. Business picked up, they filled orders quickly, and never dropped the pleasantries. Menu prices looked great, though I didn’t see the sandwich sizes/fillings, especially if you couple them with a Bearcash coupon from right outside the door. I sat there with my never ending cup of coffee, which I took as an invitation to sample the four brews they had out — the neighborhood«medium blend» was much too light for my taste, and the dark a little acidic, they have the typical coffee shop options for add ins as well(cocoa powder, vanilla, cinammon, nutmeg, half and half, 2%, skim milk) as multiple types of sweetener or sugar. The iced coffee(I used the bearcash coupon for an iced coffee and a regular, kind of a now and later deal!) honestly didn’t taste very good, it was a little bitter and I think I would have preferred one of their other roasts over ice instead. The bathrooms, and the whole store really, are impeccably clean, the dining area is very well organized and managed. My one complaint: There are no newspapers! This is a coffee shop right? A breakfast place! I mean I know print is dead and no one bothers with those anymore, but there wasn’t even a City Beat on hand for casual reading. The free wifi required a log in, but worked well once you did, so I guess I can’t be too upset. Still, it’d be nice to have to complete the feel. All in all, I will definitely have to try some food here, because they hit on every thing else you want in a store.

Just moved to Cincinnati from San Diego, where we were regulars to Einsteins. I love the cinnamon pull-aparts and the fact that they are dairy-free. What I would really love is if there were an Einsteins near Blue Ash, so we could become regulars again– downtown is too far!

I’m very happy we have an Einstein Bros. so close to UC campus. Food is good, some nice vegetarian options, and very friendly service.

Breakfast is the best meal of the day imo. Having said that, between work and spending weekends away from Clifton, I never had a chance to try Einstein Bros. I’m so glad I did – I like this place so much more than Brueggers. I had a coffee and a Breakfast sandwich – the Applewood smoked bacon, cheddar, and egg on an Asiago bagel. Supeeeeeeeer eggy and delicious! It reminds me of the awesome breakfast sandwiches you can order at your go-to bodega back in New York City(NYCers know what I’m talking about!) Service was super sweet too. While I was making my coffee, a guy brought my to-go order up to me. They’re patient while you’re trying to decide. Definitely want to try the honey almond schmear next time! tl;dr breakfast lover’s heaven. Yummy bagel sandwiches and great service

I have had consistently good experiences at this location since its opening. Every employee is friendly and good-natured. I come here mostly for coffee drinks — they have an amazing happy hour deal in the afternoons that make them much better than Starbucks. While their service has always been great, I knew I owed them a great review after my experience today: To start, the employee at the register made sure I got my discounted drink after the first person forgot to apply it, so the price was great. I asked for my drink to be made with decaf. The employee was chatting with me while preparing it, but realized he had forgotten the decaf part. He apologized and instantly remade the drink and gave me the first one for free! I thought that was a really kind gesture and it made my day — also the day of my friend who got the free one! I truly enjoy coming to this Einstein Bagels and I will spread the good word to those I know.

I am a big fan of Einstein Bros. Bagels, as I used to frequent them in Cleveland, but this location still needs to work out a few kinks. Overall, I think the quality of the bagels is very good, but I will probably wait a month or two until I return to this location. There was mass confusion over which smoked salmon sandwich we ordered, and which comes with a side and which doesn’t. The lady at the register kept trying to charge us for the sides which are included in the price of the lunch sandwiches. She also told me the fruit cup that comes with the sandwich costs an extra $ 1.25 — she was apparently unaware that there is a smaller fruit cup that comes with it. I am a customer and even I know this. I understand she was training, but it ended up taking us about 10 minutes to order. Luckily, about 10 minutes into eating the manager came over and gave us a coupon for a free lunch sandwich because he saw how irritating it was to order. Like everything in this area, it is a good location if you can walk, a bad location if you have to drive. Parking is limited. You can have your parking validated(so it’s $ 1) if you go during lunch, but you have to remember to bring your ticket from the lot. This area is definitely a great place to eat during the summer and winter months when students are gone!
