Bad experience here. I won’t be back. Without boring you with the details, the customer service was almost comically bad and when I got home the sandwiches did not have the extra cheese I ordered and paid extra for. In fact, neither sandwich had ANY cheese. I wasn’t given a receipt so no way to prove the sandwiches were incorrect. Portions are also skimpy for the price charged compared to their competitors.

I eat at Jimmy Johns pretty frequently, so i was excited when we moved to an office building with one less than a mile away. That is, until i actually ordered from here. Last week I ordered a sub and when it arrived and i opened it, the sandwich has JUST ham and cheese on it… clearly not what i ordered. I called them to let them know they gave me the wrong sandwich, and the manager(who never apologized) accused me of not knowing what was in the sub. He did send out a new one, but demanded i return the messed up sub(like he didn’t believe i was telling the truth). I brushed it off because I’m a reasonable person and i know people make mistakes, even if they don’t own up to it. But then today i ordered a sub and drink, added a $ 3 tip like i usually do. When the order came, the guy mentioned he forgot my drink in the car, and he would be right back to bring it. HENEVERCAMEBACK. 20 minutes later another guy brought up the drink, but by that time i was already done with my lunch. At least tell me you forgot it, i would’ve told him to just forget about it because its just a drink, but instead the guy lied to me. Now I’m sitting here with a drink in front of me, terrified to drink it because i assume they spit in it or did something to it.

I eat at this chain at least once a week. Definitely isn’t up to standard! Bread was crusty and sandwich was sloppy. I always get the same thing too. I’ll stop at the one closer to work next time.

Convenient location and decent service. They were in the midst of filling a big catering order when I showed up, so the service wasn’t as quick as it might have been, but no big deal. Quality of the food was the same as every other Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Good sandwiches for a reasonable price.

They are on my way home from work, and I love that I can place an order when I get off the highway and by the time I get to the store my food is ready to go. Everything has been the good quality you expect from Jimmy John’s. They don’t deliver to my house, 5 miles away, when other restaurants in mariemont do deliver. But, they are a newer location so maybe their delivery zone will expand to meet demands.

My friend and I had horrible service– we were the only ones in the store and it took us about 15 minutes to get our sandwiches. When we got home I realized that we also got the wrong sandwiches. The girl working told me that she was the manager when I called back to tell her about the mistake, very troubling. I will not be going back. I couldn’t believe that a manager would have handled things so poorly and also been so apathetic about the mistake. This location would not be my choice of store.

First time I called the week they opened they said it was $ 50 minimum order for delivery, before even asking my address. Then when I asked why, the person handed the phone to someone else and they said $ 75 and still refused to answer the simple question of «why?». Hopefully they have changed since then…

I really like Jimmy John’s. I mostly like the delivery. Unfortunately when I tried to order delivery from this location which is listed as 0.7 miles from my house they said I was outside of their delivery zone. I even told them my exact address and that it was only 0.7 miles and still no delivery even though they state they deliver to a 2 mile radius. Not very helpful.
