I ordered a 12oz prime rib medium and received a thinly sliced steak? I asked to see the manager Christina and roughly 7 minutes later she arrived. I showed her the now half eaten steak and she said they were«probably out but she would check OR she would adjust the bill… She took $ 4.00 off of more than $ 70.00 bill! This was in addition to a waitress(young African American woman) who made absolutely no eye contact and a uniform straight from the dryer. I don» t actually blame her, the entire experience was sadly a mess. What happened to this place? Seriously? I am 63 and have been a customer since its inception but for the first time I gave a 15 percent tip(not 20)

My son and I went to the one on Colerain and it was my son’s first time. When we got our orders after like an hour, my son checked his steak to make sure it was cooked the way he wanted, medium well… it was over cooked! We contacted our waitress to let her know. She apologized and took the steak away. The manager arrived and talked to us and apologized and said she will have the cook make it right and that we shouldn’t have to wait too long. I believe we waited like 25 min, since place was packed. Once the steak arrived and my son checked to make sure it was medium well, he was happy. To our disappointment after we looked at our receipt, they should have given us a discount they didn’t, so we paid it anyway. We won’t go back there again!

I’m always a fan of Outback and this location didn’t disappoint me. My waitress was very nice and pleasant was eager to please. Everything tasted great and came out quickly. The only issue was my sister’s steak. It didn’t come out done enough for her. Luckily the manager was happy to take back the steak to cook it a little longer. When he brought it out again, he also gave my sister an additional side of broccoli at no extra charge, which was very nice!

Went to eat dinner with my family and once we were seated it took 15 to 20 minutes before anyone even talked to us, I had to grab an employee just to get served. Once we got a waitress it got even worse. My food I ordered was incorrect and just plan not good. I just wanted a good meal and was looking forward to a good piece of meat, you will not find it a Outback. Never again terrible service and just bad food.

The Outback on Colerain Avenue has lost its appeal clamation mark used to be one of our favorite places to go. But the last few times we have heat in there the state has not been cooked well we were also charged for the 8 ounce steak rather than the 6 ounce that I ordered. Service is always decent the restaurant looks nice it just isn’t the same anymore

Went to Outback for Sunday dinner after shopping. As we walked up to the door we were told there was a 30 to 40 minute wait so we decided to sit at the bar and have a couple drinks. There bar staff were very friendly and took our order as well as got us some bread to snack on while we waited. Once a seat came open in the dining area we were taken to a table in a high traffic area, not a good location especially since we had requested a booth. There were a few booths vacant but not cleaned so we accepted the table. The waitress was friendly but seemed overwhelmed. She took our order and after 15 minutes brought our food. I had ordered the«endless» shrimp option with the grilled chicken and the first helping was scampi which was luke warm and over cooked. My girlfriend ordered the grilled salmon and the portion was about 2⁄3rd the size she normally got at O’Charley’s. After I had requested the second order of shrimp(this time breaded) it took 15 minutes to be brought to the table. The waitress did immediately request another order so the wait wouldn’t be so long. During our dinner the staff seemed confused on several orders and had to ask a number of tables what they ordered. We saw a number of dishes returned to the kitchen. We completed our meal and requested the check. We paid and left feeling very disappointed in the overall experience for the money we spent. Had it not been for the polite waitress and bar staff we would have rated the experience as 1 star. Very disappointing experience and food quality.

ive always been a fan of Outback and this one in Colerain is probably the best. They have certainly changed their menu up a bit. I like the porterhouse porkchop! so yummy. Also you can never go wrong with their Aussie cheese & bacon fries. On days when I want something lighter, their salads are so good(i like mine with honey mustard) and the quesadillas. The dessert is all that great but thats okay because you will be full after your meal! The service is great and although crowded at times, it seems to move quick. Don’t have time to sit in? No worries they also have curbside to go!

I wouldn’t normally come to a chain restaurant like this but this is where we were meeting the fam. I got the chicken sandwich so I really can’t comment on the Outback menu. They are really known for their steaks and things of the sort. We got the bloomin onion but that is not something I would eat on a bad day so I have not helpful input their either. It is the typical midrange restaurant. Not low quality, but also no where near fine dining. Our server was from TSUN so I didn’t like him. Enough said. We had a pretty good wait here and I believe they don’t take reservations. Similar to restaurants of this kind. A lot of waiting space but even more people waiting.

Call ahead to turn your hour wait into a 30 minute wait… At least there’s comfy seating in a waiting area with standing room only ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We go to outback 3 –4 times a month. The service is horrible . You had to ask for everything. The one thing If**cking hate when the SERVER asks you, do you need more coke? do you need more bread? When I was a server, you will never ever have to ask me for a refill never have to ask me for more bread, its called silent service, I tell you who has a great food and great service MACARONIGRILL excelllent . Actually me and my wife stopped going to Outback. They are also a cheap skates, who doesnt have a WIFI this days? 4BLOOMING Onions will take care of the wifi bill.

Visited a few weeks ago. This location is almost always crowded, so we don’t go much. I had ribs and steak, and it is easy to understand why this Outback is so busy. The ribs were excuisite, and the steak was quite good. Service was excellent. If you can find time to check it out, do so. I would never recommend waiting anywhere for more than 30 minutes, however, so call ahead.

We came here at 9:15 on a Tuesday and the place was pretty empty. Our waitress was friendly but the service was kind of slow(we didn’t get our entrees until close to 10). Other than that it’s what you would expect from a Outback. I recommend a Strawberry Bull with Aussie Cheese Fries. Yum!
