Subway

Not only did I just witness an employe drop an f bomb in front of children, the same employe rang me up was rude and combative I asked about the rewards card and when I should scan it then asked if I could use my subway points. I was told it was my mistake that I didn’t say anything faster and it was impossible for him to void the order and use my points. He was unapologetic and rude, quick to say it was my mistake and not his own. I left the restaurant feeling scared that’s how combative and aggressive he was. I can honestly say that if I had treated anyone like how I was treated in any one of the many food service jobs I’ve had I would been immediately reprimanded and then fired. The manager clocked out early that day so there was no one to manage the situation. Seriously worst experience I’ve had in food service in a long time. I wouldn’t go here, especially if you have kids with you.

Worst customer service ever. The women making the sandwiches were openly complaining about more customers coming in for lunch. Customer requests for extra sides or special sandwich requests were met with irritation. I will drive an extra few minutes to be treated with respect at other Subway restaurants.
