I’ve been playing softball at this place for over 10 years. The people there are, for the most part, great. The umpires are alright.(There are 2 good ones, and one floating umpire that usually sucks) the fields tend to be in pretty great shape. The person who runs the softball league is a pretty nice guy. I would recommend playing here if you’re looking for a place to play softball.

Triple Creek is where we ended up today after escaping from a very busy Sharon Woods. This is a nice, quaint, somewhat hidden park near Mt. Healthy. This is not a park where you should to expect a lot of amenities. No paddle boats, frisbee golf, or camping. It’s small and simple. There is a small lake, a par course trail, a great playground, and multiple baseball fields. It is extremely easy to get to from I-275. It is also extremely quiet. That’s the part that I love. Technically, a Hamilton County park car permit is required, but there doesn’t seem to be a regular attendant checking for them. A word of caution, though. I imagine that, when softball and baseball leagues are up and going in the summer, the level chaos could be quite different around here. Otherwise, it is insanely peaceful!
