This was my second time coming to the park and this time was better than the last. We went for a splash party and the park didn’t disappoint. There were tons of water related things in the park as well as a recreation environment for the little ones. It was large enough to accommodate a large amount of people. Our friend rented one of two canopied areas and had food and music. We had no issues with the place other than the fact we have to pay five dollars to get in because we don’t live in colerain township. I’m not entirely sure why the park wasn’t free but we begrudgingly paid and had a great time afterward. I’d recommend parking on the street and walking to the play areas of you are looking for something to do in that part of town. If you have little ones the water park doesn’t disappoint and there are tons of kids there. Bigger kids have a bball court and baseball. It hidden in the back of the neighborhood and you would never know it was there if you weren’t looking for it. Great for gatherings and family outings.

Clippard Park is a great spot off Colerain Avenue near I-275. Despite being close to two main arteries, it is a bit hidden in a residential area. Recently constructed, this park is clean and pretty quiet. Amenities include ample parking lots, vending machines, on-site restrooms, a skate park, a splash park, a massive playground with sand feature, several benches and picnic areas, a paved walking trail, a small wooded trail, and baseball fields. This park might seem a little sterile to some. Despite hawk-watching on my last visit, it certainly isn’t very cozy yet. Most of the trees are new and still quite small. I guess a more organic feeling will come with time. The only real downside for me is that it is so far out of town, but if you’re in the area anyhow, it’s a great place to stop. I’ve escaped with my kids to here from nearby shopping several times!
