I have been here a couple times and almost every time I have a bad experience. Once I stopped in on my lunch break(I work retail so it was at about 7pm) and no one was at the counter. After about 3 minutes of waiting the manager realized I was standing there but couldn’t find the person who was supposed to be working inside. He ended up going outside to find him and then proceeded to tell him that he wasn’t allowed to just walk away from the register when that’s where he’s supposed to be. A few months before this incident I went through the drive-thru after work and waited 15 minutes for my food, with no cars in front of me. My food was cold and wrong. Do not waste your time or money going to this Wendy’s.

The food is typical usually sometimes so greasy that the burgers will falls through the bag, but my main reason for reviewing this store is because several times I have been treated so poorly, the manages were the ones who behaved so terrible, place is dirty looking and drive thru is usually where this happens. I don’t plan on going back to this store

The food is generally fresh here, but they are so freaking slow it is not even funny. Just to get them to say something to you in the drive thru at the ordering speaker can take them a couple minutes. If there are ever more than 2 cars in the drive thru I generally decide to go inside and order(which is a little faster but still not fast) or I just leave. It’s a shame because I think Wendy’s is a little better than other«fast food» spots but this location needs to get their stuff together clearly.

The food has never been an issue here and it seems to be on par with any other Wendy’s I’ve been to. The issue that I’ve had at this location multiple times is issues with the drive thru line speed. The last time I went thru the drive through I set a timer to see how long it would take. Please keep in mind that when I went it was between 8−9pm, far from«peak» hours. By the time I had ordered and received my food it took 6 minutes. My best advice to anyone going to this location would be to go inside and order if you see the drive thru line backed up. Chances are you will probably get your food much faster.

Good Wendy’s — clean, nice service, consistent food. We ordered inside the restaurant and ate inside. Would go to this location again. Didn’t skimp on the bacon in the Jr. Bacon Cheese. Docking a star for not providing the sour cream for the potato with the potato. Last I checked(when I used to work at Wendy’s), you were supposed to give the butter and cream cheese with the potato when serving it, or at least ask upon the order.

It’s a Wendy’s. Of the fast food joints it’s probably my favorite because they use fresh, never frozen beef. The service at the drive thru at this one is exceptional! It’ll never supplant a real sit down restaurant or jump onto my top ten burgers but getting good service at a drive thru at 1am is RARE. They obviously give a darn about every customer here.
