Had cajun jambalaya tonight and it was delicious. Service was good as expected. Highly recommend.

This location is horrible. I feel like we are interrupting the wait staff every time. Also, off duty staff congregate at one table and act as patrons, the kind that they most likely hate. It’s really obnoxious. I have gone back 3 times now and it’s been consistent. If you want Ruby Tuesdays, go to Blue Ash.

I feel bad for the servers for having to serve patrons such horrific food at astronomical prices! Not to mention that my Caesar salad was served with crappy ice berg lettuce instead of romain! My child, who is 2, had a kids meal that cost over $ 8 dollars. That’s absurd. And you know what? I feel so bad for the people that work there that have to serve this food with a straight face! Especially when they are so good at their jobs! It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your time. This place will not last long. It was dead on a Saturday night. Trust me, do not go. Period.

The food was mediocre as well As the service. It was like a cafeteria with teenagers running the floor. I will never go again. Go to mc Donald’s for a better meal.

We came in for Mother’s Day dinner. We ordered cheese fries for my daughter and that was spicy when there was no information on the menu. My husband ordered Chicken Fresco. The unlimited salad bar was prepared with fresh vegetables like raw zucchini. The goblet sundae didn’t have a good balance between the chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. Too much whipped cream and not enough ice cream. In general, every time we come here, the wait for food seems longer than other place.

The service was just ok. It could have been much better. The food is always good and fresh. None of the employees wear uniforms, its hard to tell who works there and who doesnt. Some of the girls there were dressed like they were headed to the club… Inappropriate.

I know I clam to be a foodie and pretty anti-franchise restaurants, but there’s really something special about Ruby Tuesday’s salad bar. For starters, it’s the only salad bar that I know of in the area, so that obviously works in their favor. But if you haven’t tried Ruby’s salad bar pumpernickel croutons and the accompanying cheesy biscuits, you haven’t lived. My friend and I have made this«our thing» and literally won’t even look at the rest of the menu when we go(which might be unfair to the other dishes, but… CHEESYBISCUITS). This location can get pretty hoppin’ on some nights, especially with the, errr, older crowd, but I’ve never had any wait time. My one complaint is the service on the patio can be spotty(and I’m not sure why they weren’t serving on the patio on one of the first 70+ degree temp days of the year), but aside from that, you know what you’re getting yourself into when you visit Ruby’s. And, if you’ve absorbed anything from this review, you know that’s a killer salad bar.

I’ve been to Ruby Tuesday on numerous times and I’ve always ordered the typical salad bar but today I switched it up and ordered the baked ravioli and I’m quite pleased I made the decision it was quite delicious and I did order the salad bar as well the fixings do make the salad worth it in my opinion. The service was terrific and the atmosphere was great and I will definitely be coming back!

I had heard really good things about this place. So, I’m sad to report– it wasn’t very good. My fiancé got«jumbo shrimp» for $ 15. And it was pitiful when it came out. They were so tiny they looked lost on the plate, and it was served with a herb butter, which tasted terrible. I got the creamy Parmesan pasta– it literally tasted like it was put in the microwave and dumped on a plate. The texture was almost. Plasticy? I barely ate it. The salad bar was pretty good, the croutons were bomb and I loved the bread. But that wasn’t enough to make my $ 50 bill for two people hurt any less(no alcohol on that tab either!). I gave it two starts for the bread and for our wonderful waiter, he was super sweet and patient with us. I have to translate for my fiancé, and he even used some of the Spanish he knew to help us along! Overall, go for salad– go somewhere else for a meal.

This place is convenient to both work and home for me so it’s in my regular rotation. I LOVE this place! Doesn’t feel like a chain restaurant. The food quality, menu choices, décor and service are definitely a cut above the rest! Spend the extra money to have the salad bar. BEST salad bar at the price in the area. They have a variety of bases to choose from and the toppings are changed out often so they are always fresh and delicious! One of the things I love about this place is that they don’t overcook the veggies into a pile of soft mush on my plate. The drop biscuits that accompany the meal are awesome! Having eaten here dozens of times I’ve never had anything less than great service!

I got the most expensive burger. It came back overcooked(black) and without cheese. It also took way too long. The fries were great. Our server wasn’t very good but that’s not why I rated so low. I paid 11 dollars for a dried out burger that took forever to even get. The food selection is not very good and everything is overpriced for no reason. Will not be coming back to this or any location, ever.

The veggie sides were under seasoned and our chicken tenders were burnt and quite greasy. Roommates liked the salad bar as usual, but RT isn’t what it once was. The fries are still decent, though. The service was friendly. I would not go back given price and taste. If you’re into greasy bar food or are just going for salad, you might be happier than we were. This also happens to be a restaurant that has icky tasting water, even with lemon.

Great food and good atmosphere. Tried the new pretzel burger and I have to say it was above average. Great beer selection as well.

The food is always good, love their mini’s and salad bar, however if it has been a while since you were there, you will see they have greatly reduced the selection on their salad bar. It used to be a good deal for what it cost, however they have removed so many items, it is just a run of the mill salad bar now, nothing really special, however I do like their croutons since they are done in house.

Came here with a group. Ordered the pasta dish with chicken and portabello mushrooms, but it seems some of the shrooms were regular. The sauce was oily and everything was a tad spicy, I needed to eat more free bread because of it, and I couldn’t finish it all. The waitress offered to get me a new one but I didn’t want to be late for the movie so I declined.

We ate here shortly after they introduced their new menu. We were hungry and in the area and much like Applebee’s, TGI Fridays etc. it seemed like a good standby. Why one star? I suppose it wasn’t a horrible experience. The service was a tad slow and our waiter seemed to avoid all unnecessary contact. But the food made me never want to eat here again. It was, across the board, completely bland. As in, I think they seriously forgot to add any spice, any salt, any pepper… any anything! I had a steak, ordered medium rare. While it was pink in the middle, it was tough. And apparently not seasoned at all. My husband had something that I can’t remember… with squash as one of the sides. Yet again, nothing… no seasoning whatsoever. I really never have had a meal quite like it. The salad bar was also unappetizing as it was a mess and poorly stocked. A 10 second wipe down would have done wonders. So yes, it wasn’t the worst meal of my life, but for a generic chain, I see absolutely no reason to ever go back again. It’s near a mall so there’s endless chain choices.

The newly redesigned menu(at least it was to me) was nice and had some great options, including«Fit and Trim» offerings that list the calories(but nothing more!). For actual nutritional info check out I liked the tasting notes and setup of the wine list. The salad bar has just enough ingredients to make it worth your time. I had the Chicken Fresco: A juicy, all-natural grilled chicken breast with vine-ripened tomatoes, lemon butter, and a splash of balsamic vinaigrette. I had the Roasted Spaghetti Squash as a side and it was flavorless, so steer clear of that. The server as very attentive and was quick with refills and any other request our group had. I would certainly return to RT’s and hope they keep up the good work. *I recommend that you call ahead and possibly make a reservation. Our group came at lunch time and was originally given an hour wait time. Fortunately, our group was given a reserved table and we were out before the other group arrived. *There must be a nearby AT&T store as I was able to user their WiFi. Bonus!

Just went there for lunch today. This is a reliable choice for lunchtime dining near the office. I know I can put together a decent salad and have either an appetizer or a full meal if I want. I’ve always found the staff very friendly. Today was no exception. Our waitress Ash was cruising around despite a broken foot. At no time did she ever leave my water glass empty or low and she was by frequent enough that had there been any issue, we could have let her know. The cuisine itself is pretty normal fare and it’s priced about average for a decent sit down restaurant. Today I enjoyed the Chicken BLT. A fried chicken breast topped with enough bacon to be enjoyable. Nothing bothers me more than to get a bacon based item and it only comes with 2 tiny strips. Not the case today. The other ingredients were fresh, with crisp lettuce really rounding it out. My favorite part of the whole sandwich was the bun. I can’t really say enough about how well it went with the sandwich. It’s more of a pretzel or bagel style with the glossy texture across the surface and the moist chewy center. When contrasted with the rest of the sandwich, it was delightful. Having the right combo of texture can make an otherwise ordinary sandwich wonderful to eat. That was the case here. The fries that were served were pretty standard, thin cut, whole potato fries. A little on the saltier side for me, but nonetheless worth finishing. I wouldn’t falt them for the salt though as I’m the person that is still on my first container of salt purchased after my divorce some 2 and a half years ago. And I cook at home regularly for 6! Overall atmosphere is subdued with okay music being played. On a gloomy day, I’m sure it would feel pretty dark. Still, I’m happy to say, this isn’t my first and won’t be my last visit here.

My favorite is the Salad Bar! Love the rye bread croutons, soup, salad condiments, toppings and pasta salads! That is my usual order because they never go wrong with the salad bar. I have tried other items on the menu. Which is average. Staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant clean.
