Wendy’s

I know they have had struggles here but I wanted to say Daniel the new mgr seems motivated to make a difference and if Dee is a sign of what is to come improvements are on the way! My fish sandwich and fries were both hot and very good. Dee was super nice and Daniel could use our support getting this Wendy’s turned around! The place was clean, quiet and the staff was nice. I notice alot less of the riff raff hanging around so I have been coming back to try to show my support. Keep up your efforts!

You don’t want Wendy’s this bad.
Incompetent cashier took like 10 minutes to take my order because he didn’t know how to clear the order from the last pissed off customer who left (because they were out of baked potatoes as noted in other reviews) The slovenly manager who looked like he rolled out of bed and came to work in the clothes he slept in displayed sheer contempt for his employee right in front of me as he fixed this problem. Awkward… Ordered a Gouda Bacon cheeseburger. Cashier asked if I wanted bacon on that. What? Had to wait for manager to come over again to clear the bacon upcharge he added… More thinly veiled hostility between the two. Customers lining up behind me while many employees wander aimlessly about the back and some other slob in huge headphones plows a full size Rumpke trash can through the line of customers and then through the kitchen… What. Is. Going. On??? I go to get my drink and ketchup. No ice. No ketchup. (Remember now the wandering employees, what DO they do??) My meal is finally ready. The cashier, standing 3 feet in front of me asks «Who had the Gouda burger??» Funny he forgot so soon after we spent 13 minutes together trying to get it ordered. I sit down with my Coke Zero no ice and fries no ketchup, and open my CHICKEN SANDWICH. Return to counter. Blank stares. No apology. Wait another 5 minutes. Fries are now cold… This place sucks.

If I had checked Unilocal before I would have avoided this Wendy’s. We were in a hurry and thought it would be okay. Nope. Dirty, dirty, dirty, slow, out of soda, out of condiments. Did I say dirty. Best to find another option. This one earns its 1 star rating.

If I could give this Wendy’s ZERO STARS I would. I’ve attempted to order from this Wendy’s multiply times in the past month around 12:15 am and they NEVER answer the speaker. They say they are opened until 1am but the late night crew shut down about 11:30pm. Never attempting again! Lazy f@&&$!

Worst Wendys ever. They’re out of baked potatoes a lot and have the SLOWEST service ever. My husband waited 15 min in the drive thru last week. Every time I’m there I’m waiting for about 5 min by the speaker for them to take my order. They seem extremely under staffed. They have also screwed up our order multiple times. This is one of the few «fast» food places in Mt Washington which is why we continue to go. I use this place as a last resort.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They are woefully understaffed, and no matter when you arrive, you have to wait forever. This evening I waited in line for nearly fifteen minutes at the drive through, and after having arrived at the speaker, waited over five minutes for them to even take my order (which was missing items).
I have been there four times in the last month and every single time service was unbearably slow. Even though it is less than a quarter mile from my house, I will no longer patronize this location when I want a salad. The Anderson Twp location is much further away, but I can drive there and back and get my order in less time than at the Mt. Washington location, which is practically next door.
Hire some people, folks!

This was the worst experience ever dealing with a fast food we recorded these people ignorant I couldn’t believe it was so not right I wouldn’t EVER EAT HERE THEY discriminated against us because we were black we got treated so bad we had to call the police thank God we recorded everything because they lied on us told us we weren’t getting them they weren’t giving us our money back all of the customers that was in the drive thru seen it it was so embarrassing then I called the store to get the corporate number and one of the girls answer the phone and ask me why did I need the number it was so unprofessional I wouldn’t feed my dog from this place I plan to keep posting til everybody know STAY AWAY FROM WENDYS ON BEECHMONT Ashley. And Crystal the Cincinnati police said we should sue

This Wendy’s is always out of baked potatoes! If you are a chain business you should not run out of things. It does not matter what time of day it is, if potatoes are on the menu, potatoes should be available!

The worst Wendy’s on earth. Avoid at all costs. Your order will be wrong and they will cover it in ketchup (especially if you ask for no ketchup). I was served ice cold nuggets and fries and they flat out lied to me and said they were just made fresh. Well then WHY ARE THEY COLD?

If you enjoy rude service, dirty bathrooms, taking a chance that your order will be correct, staff that talk obnoxiously loud, oh yeah, and rude service, then you’ll love this Wendy’s.
I’ve only been here a handful of times, just mainly because it’s an easy stop when heading towards the Parkway from Beechmont, but after the experience I had yesterday, I’ll never go back. I’ll grab food before I head into the Mt. Washington area.
I always like the give places a benefit of a doubt… sometimes the first visit at a place can be crummy, but give it a second chance and the service is great… go around 4 – 5 times and it’s the same attitudes and service EVERY time, you begin to realize something is up. I’m honestly surprised this place is still in business.
