I love that they have crushed ice. Can’t go wrong there. The food is average at best. Worth driving to Potbellys up the road. I’ve always felt they’re a little overpriced. It’s fun to go through the ordering process since it’s just a bit different. They are very clean and the service is always pleasant. They introduced a points system that is kind of silly. Not a big fan.

Fun way to order a sandwich, but if it weren’t for the extra-​fresh produce you can pile onto your creations, I’d have given this place just 2 stars.
So– It’s like a buffet style build-​your-​own sammy, only you check off boxes of innumerable ingredients to add onto your «base sandwich», and it’s prepared for you in about 5 – 7 minutes.
The novel part of all this? Mark your check-​off list on the bag itself of your chosen base sandwich, all of which are neatly stacked in individual wall bins with signs identifying your choice. You grab your bag, mark the add-​on choices, hand the bag off to the cashier.
I found the sandwich bland in terms of the base meats/​cheeses & bread, but the veggies were super-​fresh. Also, although the restaurant was clean as a whistle (dining area, anyway), it is as bland as the sandwiches. It felt like I was in any nameless, uninspired cafeteria-​like dining area. No soul, brotha!
The single saving grace is the freshness of the produce that you can load up. My wife likes the options for skinny sammys, lettuce wrap sammys, etc., so maybe I’ll try again someday, but I’m not exactly salivating at the thought of Which Which…

The wicked is the best sandwich, the coleslaw is a must add on the sandwich, hotwhich toast the sandwhich just right and you can skinny your which taking out some bread leaving more room for fillings. Best sandwich place ever.

Interesting variation on a sandwich shop. Sandwich was fine. Nothing special. Very clean. Staff was friendly.

Love this place! The owner, Emily, is so awesome — remembers my daughter’s name and me every time we get lunch. Quality food, way, way better than other sandwich shops, and the ordering is fun!

First time here. What a cool idea. You write out your order on the sandwich bag so there’s little room for error. Most sandwich toppings are no extra charge. Food was excellent and service was good. The service is excellent. Top notch. Variety is excellent too.
However, I do not like the taste of the food.
Subway tastes a heck of a lot better in my opinion.
For one, the buffalo chicken at which which isn’t chunks of chicken, but rather thin pieces that get minced when eating. Kinda icky sometimes.
The gyro sub I had was also pretty meh. The gyro meat was just not picking up the slack. It was not satisfying.
I think sometimes the sheer amount of options can be overwhelming, which can lead to a poorly made sand which.
I recommend subway for food, but which which for service.

This place gets 5 star because of the cool factor of ordering. You choose a bag of the type of meat you want from the wall. On the bag you fill in everything you want on it to create your sandwich. Of course you can order their created sandwiches as well. I wanted the the whiz, a Philly cheese steak with cheese whiz like in South Philly. Jim Cramer of Mad Money inspired me to try this. If you like meat order double meat and a skinny bread (they hollow the bread out). Oddly online still advertised actual cheese steak meat but they only had beef steak, like beef roast they said. Regardless it was pretty good. Go with the House Chips. Way better than the bagged junk. Easy to go heathy here as well with Smart water bottles water, wheat bread and even lettuce rolls instead of bread or salad. Note: you write your name on the bag to be called when your order is ready. Your could make your name creative for a good laugh ala «Big Stuff your order is ready».

Love this place usually. Asked to get my order «to go» because they closed in 25 minutes. Rude!

I was really excited when I saw Which Wich was moving in right near my apartment in Cincinnati. I loveedddd this place in San Diego so I was hoping it was good here too. Man was I wrong! The meat in the sandwich tasted like pure salt. It was so bad I had to throw it in the trash. Won’t be back again

Total fan of this place! Didn’t really have any expectations one way or the other so was pleasantly surprised. It can be a bit confusing if you walk in when it’s busy, but the basic gist is you grab a bag based on what kind of sandwich you want (ham, turkey, veggie, etc) and a marker and mark on your bag what you are ordering, and the menu is up on the wall for reference. Hand the bag to the cashier and done!
I got an artichoke heart veggie sub, added hummus, sprouts, cheese and a bunch of other stuff to it and it was delish. Best part was it was only $ 5.50! For a «boutiquey» sandwich shop I was expecting to pay $ 7-​$ 9 but got out of here for less than I normally do at Subway! Winning!

My favorite sandwich place in Cincinnati! Fresh sandwiches made to order. They’re better than subway or any franchised sand which shop my friend. You won’t be disappointed. I will say they are always very busy during lunch hours at this location. I feel its worth the wait. I come to which wich quite often since my first visit. Love the sandwiches, selections and brownies.

Endless options, easy to order, fast service! Better than subway!!! A place that everyone could find something to enjoy. Cookies are good too :-) would have given it 5 stars but only 2 bread options: white or wheat. Haven’t tried the shakes but hear they are good.

If you haven’t been to Which Wich yet you are able to totally customize your sandwich selection. They also have lettuce wrap choices for GF or those who don’t want the bread. This location had fast prompt service and even on busy Saturday at lunch time it was really crowded. Bonus when I checked in I got a free cookie offer.

My wife and I tried out Which Wich yesterday and we were pretty impressed. They have over 50 sandwich options and the entire concept is pretty fun. As soon as you walk in, you pick up a sandwich bag and «create your sandwich» picking from tons of different options. This is obviously different than any other sandwich shop, and I think it works out nicely. The quality of the food itself is good too, definitely way better than Subway. Of course, better quality results in a higher price but in this case it is worth it.

I absolutely love this place! They have some really unique sandwiches that you can add your own spin to, or you can create your own!
I love that you can get your sandwich in a lettuce wrap to spare some carbs. If you prefer the bread you can also order it «skinny» and they will hollow out the center.
It takes a little longer to make the sandwiches than say a subway, but it’s totally worth the wait! If you are in a hurry download their app and order ahead of time to have your sandwich waiting for you when you arrive!

Great sandwwich place. I’ve eaten at this chain in Tennessee, and this place has all of the taste and charm of that one. Every sort of imaginable thing you can get on a sandwich. Sriracha? Yup! Five types of cheese? Probably more! Anything you want on a sub, they have it. They are a little pricey, however, as it cost me almost 20 dollars for my meal alone. That was with a malt, a ‘wicked’ sandwich, and a bag of chips. Next time, I will get a smaller sub, for a smaller price.

I gave it 3 stars instead of 4 because I was totally confused when I entered. You have to pick up a bag of the sandwich you want and write which extras you want right on the bag with your name! So cool but so confusing.
I went there for lunch. After a friend straightened me out, I ordered and sat down. The place was packed and it was hard to hear when my name was called so I went back to the counter to check a few times. Once I got my food I was GLAD I went there because it was super tasty. All in all it was a great experience.

Love Love Love! this place. THe ordering is fun and you can get any kind of sandwich your taste buds desire. My fav is the olive salad. Delish.
