Amazing pesto gnocchi! BYOB place… wish I know before but will bring a bottle of wine to go with my pasta next time. Friendly staff.

I have been going to this location since they opened and their food is superb. Wish they had some new/different dinner entrees — change it up a little.

Back to Zoe’s. Tomato basil tortellini soup. Great soup. If you go to Zoe’s only for the soups, you won’t be disappointed. Haven’t had a bad soup yet. Best thing is that the rest of your meal will be good also. Try Zoe’s Tuscan Grille!!!

Their pasta is amazing! Best in the area, I usually go with the veal parm platter but their pene vodka and pizza with the works are awesome too!

We aren’t frequent diners here but when I want some good pasta I say let’s go to Zios. Their pasta dishes are all al dente and sauces are hearty and flavorful. The location itself is always clean and the waitstaff are always pleasant. I do like their ice in the drinks too. It’s the crushed ice… Love it!

Came in here on a Monday night, not too crowded only 2 other tables were in there. Waitress didn’t even seat us properly she just pointed to an empty booth and told us to sit there. Other girl brought sodas sent them back because they were flat as water. When I asked for another drink the waitress had an attitude. ok than. brought us our food and came back to check on us when we were finished. didn’t smile one time or seem happy.

Just had the seafood combo over linguini and another culinary masterpiece. The fra diablo is not too powerful and the ingredients exquisitely fresh. Jen is a doll — such an energetic and effervescent waitress — she will go on to great things after her stint at Rowan. PS — try the mozzarella app!

Zio’s is a great restaurant in Cinnaminson NJ. We are from out of town and we checked this place out… wow, we had a great dining experience. Our food was delicious, hot and plentiful. We returned the following night for Pizza Margerita which was terrific. All you locals should be clamoring to this restaurant. Oh yeah, service was phenomenal and the owner was very gracious.

The house Stromboli and the pepperoni Stromboli are very good. We always enjoy the antipasto for two. Lots of food. Good prices. They sit you away from others giving everyone plenty of space. Will be back again.

Dinner on this visit. It was a fundraiser for Riverview Estates. 15% of check donated. Busy night. I noticed they do a lot of take out as well as diners in. We got the antipasto quickly, good. Salads next, just ok… iceberg, very little else. Small plate of bread knots, pizza, tasty. We each ordered a special. The seafood over pasta, lots of crab meat, shrimp, baby clams, very good! My husband got the chicken with spinach and creamy mushroom sauce, also very good. What wasn’t good was waiting almost 20 minutes for our entrees. So other than the wait, the food is very good. Our server kept apologizing for the delay.

Went in here on two separate occasions. Once with a friend, we sat down and had a quick bite for lunch. The service was a bit slow, but they were nice. There is a good selection on the menu, however, it’s a little bit pricey, compared to the other pizzeria/restaurants in the area — most of their pasta dishes are $ 13 and over — even the ones without meat. Anyway, I had the Spinach Salad. The spinach wasn’t as fresh as I would have liked. The feta cheese tasted bland. And the cucumbers in the salad were mushy. I love cucumbers, I could eat them whole like an apple, but I had to pick these all out of my salad. The second time, a friend had ordered a sicilian pizza for a get together. The sauce was a bit too sweet, and the crust — to thick and doughy for my liking. I like my sicilian with a little crunch to it. But I ate it! It wasn’t gross, but definitely not my favorite. Would I return? eeehh. I wouldn’t go up to a friend and be like, Hey! Let’s grab lunch here, but I’d still eat at my friends get together if they ordered from here again.

Ever since brothers in Cinnaminson closed i’ve been looking for another pizzeria that I can call my new standby however his place just didn’t cut it. The pizza wasn’t bad or it wasn’t good it was exactly a slice of mediocre pie. I also attribute this to a very poor location though it’s located on route 130 it’s an absolute pain to get out of the parking lot which can deter customers. In due time I will give this place another try however it will not be for a plain pizza

The food is good here and reasonably priced. Service can be spotty. It is rarely crowded. From Rt 130, the place always looks dark and closed. I suggested that they mount their bright neon«OPEN» sign near the top of the window for visibility, instead of laying it on the bottom where cars in the lot block it, and they gave me the stinkeye.

Wednesday Night. Started with a slice of Sicilian which was excellent, recommended by Unilocalers. Ordered the gnocchi bolognese. Huge portion. Very tasty and fresh. Byob and delivery are two big pluses. And the service was prompt and attentive. Only thing lacking is a bit more décor and general warmth to the place. Will be back for sure.

I regularly get delivery from this place and they, hands down, have my favorite plain pizza in the area. Their crust is a good balance between chewy and crispy and their sauce is just awesome.

I’m giving 5 stars to the Sicilian pizza here. Both the regular and upside down versions are fantastic. The crust is the best part, Sicilian slices are usually soggy or too greasy. Stop by for slice and you won’t be disappointed, breakfast, lunch or dinner, pizza fits all three. 2 squares for under $ 5 — great deal.

The food was great. Spinach apple salad was very good. Fried calamari was good too, it was fresh, not from freezer. Steak Panini was good as well. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. This is not your ordinary Pizza Place. Will be coming back.

I usually give good reviews, but this time I have to give two stars — not because the food was bad, that deserved 4 stars, but the service was one star at best. I get back to NJ about once a year, I wanted to have a nice dinner with my BFF, drink some wine, and catch up, she said she had been wanting to try Zio’s. The place was empty when we arrived before 8:00, but it was a rainy weeknight, so no surprise there. As soon as we sat down the waitress brought us menus and offered to open the wine we brought. Great start! She was very attentive and took our orders immediately. Before we knew it, our salads arrived and before you could say«linguine» our food arrived. We took a few bites, and our waitress came over and asked if everything was ok. Yes, the food is delicious, everything is great so far! Within five minutes she was back again, everything is still great, thanks! A couple minutes later, yep still good, thanks. back again to refill our barely used wine glasses. Frankly, I lost count of how many times she came by. It got really, really annoying, but I figured we were getting the five star service because we were the only ones there. Before we were done eating, the waitress brought our check. Ok, good, we can relax and finish our glass of wine and chat, I paid the bill and gave her a nice tip. She started cleaning up all around us, pushing in chairs, etc. All that was left on our table was our half-full wine glasses, so it wasn’t like we left a huge mess to clean up. I guess we didn’t get the hint, because she finally came over and said, «Um, we’re closing now». Oh crap, I didn’t realize! I know that drives restaurant employees crazy when customers just hang around when the place is closed, we left around 8:40. On the way out I looked at the sign on the door and saw they closed at 9:00! We weren’t even to our car before the waitress hightailed it out of the place(with my healthy tip in tow, I’m sure). Now, this happened quite a few months ago, I hope this was just an isolated incident where one employee had to be somewhere before 9:00. I wish I had realized that what I thought was an annoying, over-attentive waitress was really someone just trying to get me out of the place. Sorry, but there are plenty of restaurants with great food AND great service.

Went to Zio’s for the first time last night on a whim. We were in the mood for salads and had originally wanted to check out Nick’s Pizza and Pasta in the ShopRite plaza across the road, but I pointed out Zio’s and we decided to go there instead. So glad we did. Our server(Angela) was friendly, attentive and quick. She immediately came to our table after we were seated, took our drink order and brought out complimentary breadsticks/garlic knots for starters. That was a pleasant surprise and they were quite tasty. Ambience is nice. Dim lighting. Place is very clean. Décor is minimalist modern, no clutter, standard tables and comfortable inviting booths, with art work on the walls. The ceiling fans are very cool. Old-timey fans for paddles. Very unique! Everything on the menu sounded great, but we were set on salads. He chose the Grilled Chicken Caesar and asked if they could add anchovies and sharp provolone. They were more than happy to accommodate that request. In fact, Angela said that sounded perfect. I opted for the Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad. Talk about dinner salads — they were extra large! The grilled chicken was cooked perfectly. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. The lemon vinaigrette that came with my Grilled Chicken Pasta salad was divine. I could tell they used high-quality, gourmet olive oil(probably imported). We had a hard time finishing our salads, in fact we only ate half and had to take the rest home. We found the prices to be exceptionally reasonable especially for all the food they give you. Two extra large salads and 2 fountain drinks(no charge for refills which we didn’t even have to ask for) came to $ 26. Add in the complimentary bread for starters and friendly service, we felt we got our money’s worth. Next time we go back we’ll definitely try an entrée or some pasta and bring a bottle of wine as it is BYOB. We have no reason not to recommend this place. Check it out if you’re in the ‘hood.
