Buffalo Wild Wings

It was pretty empty when we went here last night. Seated ourselves at the open bar area since the dining area was closed. It seemed as if there was only one waiter but he was great! He was able to have small talk with everyone, get all our orders down and checked in on us to make sure everything was good. I had the drink Big Island Iced Tea and it’s now my new favorite! I definitely recommend. The lemon pepper wings were smothered just a tad too much but nothing that you can’t brush off. I’d rather have more than less.
Everything was going great until some creep came inside, used the bathroom, tagged the entire bathroom and left his drug stuff laying there (needle etc.) not really something you’d like to be around. However I know there are some things you can’t control.

Walked up to the hostess booth and she had her back facing the door with 3 other employees around her talking and giggling. One of the other girls noticed us and said hello. The hostess turned around, looked a little startled as she finally noticed 2 people standing there.
Wait was 25mins which was fine because it was a football Sunday with no room in the bar area. Got a text saying our table was ready and again the same thing happened… you think after the first time she’d pay attention.
Waitress was great. Friendly and always had our drinks replaced before they were empty. Food was good. Nothing undercooked and sauce was right on. She is the reason this review isn’t a 1 star.
Being in customer service myself — pay attention. Customers are where your business gets their money. If they’re ignored right when they walk in the door, you’ll loose customers right off the bat. I’m glad I stayed but geez. Replace that hostess or train her. She shouldn’t be paid to stand around and talk with her friends.

I love this place! I have been coming to this BWW for the past 3 years and I always have a good experience. Food is always out at a decent time and staff is always helpful. I’ve had multiple different servers go out of their way to make sure I make the right beer selection by always offering samples and making sure I like what I pick. Servers are always friendly and attentive and I always see them hustling which is so important.
For years I have gotten the boneless Asian zing and Jammin jalapeño, and I was very sad to see that the jalapeño are no longer being sold, but hopefully I’ll find another new favorite.

Our waitress Cecilia is not very pleasant and looked disturbed when I asked for more napkins and plates. Place is empty and the managers are doing the same thing everyone else is: Nothing! Thank goodness the food is great. Angela and Dan or guy with the beard need to get it together and maybe do a random drug test on some some employees. I never been to a BWW where I have to go and pay my bill at the front counter. Angela said that’s their policy. Not a great way to represent such a great establishment or a first time customer.
