Decent looking place but one of the rudest managers I’ve ever met. Her attitude is very aggressive with no sense of customer service. Definitely would reconsider before moving here. The back street looks kind of shady.

I have lived here for almost 3 yrs now. I almost can say I love this place! Waterfalls and ducks and it’s really quite! But… They will post the «rules» every now and again… But do not enforce their own «rules». For example parking here is kind of hard if you have more than one car. Someone can not be parked in one open spot for more than 3 days… When I called them to say that there had been a car parked in an «open» spot for more than a month they told me they would have the car towed… 5 days later and now more than a 2 months later the car is still parked there! Also I never see any kids around and now that it is summer time, every time I want to go to the pool there is like 20 kids there… Where the heck did they come from? So you can’t go there because it is always so full!
Other than these issues I have loved living here!

I had the same problem with the above post, but they only gave me $ 6 back from my $ 400 deposit. Total SCAM!!! I cleaned the whole place before I moved out, and there was no problems whatsoever, but they claimed they had to charge $ 394.00 because they had to «paint» the place, carpet cleaning, scratches here and there, BS, after BS, total SCAM. Many fictitious claims! Better Business Bureau better look into these TACTICS!!!
