Fair Oaks Meadows

Worst apartment ever! I do not recommend anyone living here. Ever since we moved here we had troubles along the way. First when the landscapers would come do there job, they would blow all the leaves in our patio. Also our car got broken into and my husbands belongings were stolen, we notified management but they never did anything. What’s the point of having a gated apartment with signs saying there’s cameras, when actually there is no cameras. They only put that up there to scare people but it doesn’t work. Now the property has new management and there even worse. They don’t like to work with you if there’s a issue, they keep a cleaning fee, and not friendly at all!!! Please do not waste your money here. Find another apartment. I rather pay $ 100 more to live somewhere else but here!

UPDATE: after a couple months of living here I’ve had some major issues
From the diesel truck revving its engine at 7am on a Saturday and Sunday morning waking me, my room mate and I’m sure everyone else on my side of the complex, to the cigarette smoke lingering in my unit from the previous tenant.
The worst part of living in my apartment is the fact that I was told after I signed the lease that a woman smoked in the unit the whole time she lived there. Now that the new paint smell has faded away, the smell of stale cigarettes is very apparent. Supposedly this woman smoked in the bathroom (ew) and so every time I take a shower the steam is bringing the smell out more. I recently had pneumonia which I never have a respiratory issue, and is getting worse now that I live in a smoke filled house. Management just changed the air filter and that clearly didn’t do anything.
New management is taking over soon so we’ll see if anything gets fixed. But the fact that I’m sacrificing my health and paying over $ 1350 a month to inhale an old ashtray all day is beyond me.

We moved here last month from Missouri. On-​site management is superb; Kelley couldn’t be more accommodating! She answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable enough to rent our apartment sight unseen. She made us feel welcome before we ever arrived.
The complex has been recently renovated and looks great… both inside and out. With refaced cabinetry, new flooring and appliances, our unit is very homey. The updated landscaping is beautiful and boosts curb appeal.
While some of the new finishes are not the highest quality, they certainly meet expectations for a rental property.
We are glad we chose Fair Oaks Meadows!
