Horrible service! I love the food but the service sucks. I went one and had to wait literally 5 minutes for the girl to help us in the drive through. Her reply was«sorry I was distracted»… Okay then don’t work in a drive through.

I went through the drive through and the woman working was very rude. She asked me to hold on for a minute, and i waited for 5 then she said sorry i was distracted. Really? I love Popeyes but this one in particular is terrible.

Best experience ever at this Popeyes tonight! Went through the drive-thru this evening. I believe the guy working the window was MAURICE.(My receipt says Maurice). Anyhow, I must’ve changed my order 3 times before it was said and done. I held up the cars behind me I’m sure. Anyhow, I was so impressed with the great attitude, patience, friendliness, and customer service that Maurice provided. The food was great, as always. Loved the tenders and sweet heat sauce! Thank you Maurice. I will definitely be back!

Ok all I have to say is they are lucky we like their food. The customer service at this location SUCKS!!! People can’t remember your order and you are lucky to get the order right. No use in complaining to management because they blow u off like its nothing new!!! So frustrating!!!

I swear, everyone working here tonight on 11÷6÷15 had to be high as a kite. Worker at the window(string bean Latino dude) Asked me on several occasions if I wanted sauce. I kept saying no. No means no dude! Worker at the window dropped my forks off the side of the bag onto the floor while handing me my order. He paused then looked at me and proceeded to give me the bag without the forks. I said, uh, I’d like forks. Dude looked straight up dumb and dumber. And wouldn’t you know it, when I got home I found that I did not receive my entire order. Lay off the bud. You do not have enough smarts when sober to handicap yourselves so much with partaking of the herb.

This place completely sucks the big one when it comes to getting your order correct. Drive thru guy was in such a hurry that he couldn’t let my husband finish any sentence he was saying before he interrupted. Fast forward to getting our food: We both got boxes with chicken strips. I ordered 2 sides of red beans and rice. Actually got double fries that were stale and cold and had to put them in our toaster oven. My husband ordered 1 red beans and rice and fries. He got the smallest baby handful of fries so I gave him half of mine and still had plenty. Color me pretty flipping irritated. I worked in food service once upon a time and believe me, it really isn’t that complicated. Very disappointing.

I am not a huge fan of Pop Eyes to begin with, but this experience was definitely my last of any future visits. My friend and I came here to eat on our lunch and as I ordered my simple Cajun fries with red beans and rice, I could not help, but to notice how irritated the employee taking our order was. I understand, you work at a fast food restaurant and you most likely hate it, but you did sign up for this. We got our food and as soon as my friend took a bite into her Cajun rice, she noticed a piece of hair in it. I told the worker that took our order and all she did was take the Cajun rice, hurried away, and came back with a new one. First of all, you didn’t say one word. Second, you just assume my friend wanted a new one. Third, you just acted so unprofessional overall. I didn’t expect too much from the young worker and did not want to waste my time any longer(I only had 30min for my lunch). We did not accept the new Cajun rice and ended up throwing the remainder of our food away. Usually I would contact the manager and somehow find a solution to the problem, but as I had mentioned before, I probably would have been back to work pretty late and it definitely was not worth it. I will not be giving this place any more of my business.

Considering there are so many alternatives, quickly decide on anywhere else. The service here is terrible. You will wait, and wait, and wait. Wait to take your order. Wait to get your food. Wait to get the rest of your order when they mess up. And they don’t care if you complain. They don’t care if you are unhappy. they simply do not care. And seriously, how can a place that sells fried chicken always not have fried chicken. Every time. «Oh, you have to wait 20 minutes.» Really? Get a clue. As for me, never again.

I’d give this place MINUS stars if I could. Whether you go through the drive thru or even walk in, they mess up your order 9 out of 10 times. DONOTWALKORDRIVEAWAYUNTILYOUCHECKEVERYTHING!!! Their excuse is always«oh they’re new» BS! Fast food workers wanting 15.00 per hr? Yea right, you can’t even read a screen!

I came through the drive thru on Saturday afternoon and Alls I can say is the lady who took my order and appeared at the drive thru window was beyond rude! Unprofessional. My box of chicken wasn’t even closed all the way and when I asked for some ranch, I got even more attitude! I will never go back to this Popeyes.

Believe the comments. This place is awful. Ordered a 16 piece family meal. I spent 40 dollars. I said half spicy half regular all tenders. I get home. All regular. All chicken pieces, no tenders. I got frys as one side. This should be a large family size fry, I got barely More frys than you get in a McDonald’s large box. This is pathetic. Oh, and the kicker, 6 of my 16 pieces were wings. Seriously, nearly 40% of my box was wings? I didn’t pay 40 dollars for freaking wings. Do not go to this location. It is awful. Read the other reviews. I’m not the only one.

I used to come here over 5 years ago and they had two piece Tuesday for 99 cents and now its a $ 1.99 The Cajun rice I had to spit out, the jumbalier I didn’t like, Cajun fries 4 stars, bisquits 4 stars, coleslaw 4 stars, chicken 4 stars, and I don’t like the rice and beans or the mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy.

Sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes(3rd in line) get to the window and guy says we erased your order in a joking way, then retakes my order, let’s me sit for 5 minutes at the window and then proceeds to tell me they ran out of mild chicken and they need me to drive out to the front and wait for the chicken to cook! Not exactly fast food, been here for 20 minutes. Not happy

When I first started coming here it was great. My food came right out fresh and hot. Now that we’ve came in 5 or so times I’ve waited 20 minutes or more and my food was barely warm. I’m not exaggerating or being rude; workers just can’t seem to get it together. I brought my cold food up asking for it to be remade and waited 20 more minutes. I love the food but cmon!

The food is decent for the price. Dining inside I found the place dirty. Mens restroom looked like it hadn’t been tended to in some time. Every table had not been cleaned. Both seating and tabletop. This was my second visit. Had the same experience both times.

The food here is always good of Course, it’s Popeyes. However depending on who is working they ALWAYS mess up the order. It’s so frustrating it happens almost Every time. God forbid you actually have the menu screen working to prevent these kind of errors I’m sure it’s supposed to be working per the franchise. If you go here make sure to double check your food.

We like Popeyes, but this place was disappointing. My husband ordered chicken tenders and fries. I ordered the 2 pc combo with green beans. We ordered an additional side of mashed potatoes and gravy. The ladies bathroom was spacious and wheelchair-accessible. My husband says the mens room was the same. However, the mens room lacked toilet paper, and it needed a good cleaning. This is one of those places that has done away with paper towels, so the only thing you can dry your hands with is an air dryer. Personally, I don’t like those. It would be nice to have a choice. Our table was sticky… nothing I can’t handle, but the place wasn’t so crowded(2 parties) that they couldn’t have given the tables a swab. The food was… less than special. My husband said his fries were pretty much cold when he got them, but the tenders were excellent. My chicken breast was dry; the drumstick was nice and juicy. The mashed potatoes with gravy was delicious. The biscuit was good, but it would have been better if a packet or two of honey had been included on the tray. The green beans were yukky! They tasted of artificial smoke flavouring and were mushy. Eww! The staff doled out condiments and napkins as if they were solid gold. When I asked for more napkins, the lady behind the counter hesitated ever so slightly. I felt like I had just asked for the last penny from her pocket. The customers have to request: lemon and sweetener for tea, honey for the biscuits, dipping sauce for the chicken and ketchup. When my husband went up for the sauce, a scowling manager frowned at the employee dispensing the sauce packets. I wonder if he gets a bonus for every extra packet tallied at the end of the day? Oddly, there was free access to the straws and cup lids. So.mediocre food + stingy with napkins and condiments = not going to THAT Popeyes again.

Man, I love this place. I don’t understand why they are always so dead or why their ratings are so low. I have been coming here for years, and have always had good service and fresh, hot food. I stopped in this week to pick up chicken and mashed potatoes between work and the boyfriend’s house. They didn’t really have any good combinations for two people, which was disappointing, since buying two one-person meals was as expensive as the family plan, but the family plan would go to waste on just the two of us. I also did not want to buy drinks. The cashier told me that there were some meals without drinks not pictured on the menu, so I got two three-piece meals with mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuits. I think the total was around $ 12 plus tax. I asked for mild because their chicken is a little spicy to begin with, and it ended up being perfect for me even though I normally like spicy food. So their mashed potatoes are by far the best of any fast-food joint. I don’t even like gravy, but will eat it here. The chicken is unlike fried chicken I’ve had anywhere else, and the biscuits are top-notch too. I guess I’m giving them four stars instead of five because they are a bit pricey for what you get, the mashed potato sides were only ¾ full at best, they changed their sauces to more generic-tasting sauces, and I was disappointed that I did not receive any honey or butter for my biscuits. But I will definitely be back at some point in the future.
